Best chicken Philly I have had in a long time. Warm and the bread was so fresh! Good customer service also.

I can sum up this place with one word "Expensive!" I don't know if they think their meats come from special animals or if their vegetables are grown in special gardens. I walked in and looked over the menu and the prices made me walk right back out never to return. These prices might go over well in Jersey but now you're in the south and people don't have that kind of money. Sorry people thumbs down! read more

The one star is for today's visit only. I only started ordering about a week ago since Subway's menu became screwed up on DoorDash. I ordered the tuna sub and it was delicious from start to finish. I've since ordered it about 4x no problems, all great. Today's order was a total hot mess. They received my order at 1:39. Waited...etc. etc... Dasher texted me twice w/updates. He said it was clear that they were taking care of in-store customers only, and there was a long line. He even had to hand off the order to another Dasher, who finally walked out with my sandwich at 2:18!! Bread was hard and dry after all that. Being busy and having to wait a nominal amount of time is understandable. This is utterly unacceptable. Tried unsuccessfully to find owners phone number. We've had good experiences for the most part at this jersey mikes. We frequently get these subs during the football season, because they are good subs and I can order ahead on the app which really make it convenient. The customer service is usually good but I have had a couple times where it definitely could have been improved. I do like this franchise tho. It's overall pretty good and would definitely return. I would recommend this to others for good food and quick if you order ahead with the app. Make sure you get your points too. :) read more

Jersey Mike's subs are awesome!!! My favorites are the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak (we had them add come Chipotle Mayo ) and The Original Italian sub ( we added pickles). The cold Club Sandwich is good and would re-order again. So far that's all we've tried but my hubby is willing to try them all !!! Second time there and the last time. First time I asked for sandwich heated in the microwave and was told they are not allowed due to instructions from corporate. Every other store we have been to has done this for us. Second time I asked I was told they didn't have a microwave. We then asked if they could heat the meat and cheese on the grill but were told that they could not because of cross contamination. We will never be back. read more

Ordered online, was ready and waiting when we got there for pick up. Everyone working was so nice and friendly! Bathroom was clean, (very much appreciated!) Food was fresh and delicious, it's the last day of 2021 and they threw in a lovely candy cane! Will definitely be back. read more

I thought the subs here were great! I never had had Jersey Mike's before. Small but nice little shop. The service was a little slow, but friendly, and the guy in charge seem to be working hard to try to make sure everybody was taken care of. I tried the Philly cheese steak and the chicken cheesesteak club, and both were hot fresh and delicious. So far for me the only negative is the speed, so I may try ordering on the app next time to see how that works out. read more

Very unreliable. Good service depends on who's working there, if it's two high school looking guys, Leave. Ordered on line and had to wait ten minuets beyond promised time. Been to this location several times and usually had a decent meal. Since the "pandemic" we've been getting not so great subs. Didn't recognize anyone in the location when we went this Sunday so the employees might be new. Got the Club Sub and when I got home I have never had a sub from there that had absolutely no meat, one very thin slice of ham and the same on the turkey, the bacon was just tiny bits scattered around, not the full pieces usually given, the bread was hard. Good grief, you need to teach these people how to make a sub, $15.00 for a giant sub is way too expensive to basically have veges on it. Since I've ordered this sub numerous times I know that's not the amount of meat that usually comes on it, I hope you've not decided to start cutting back which would be a HUGE mistake. read more

Have been here twice, subs are good but like other yelpers have said they screwed up my order. I didn't notice until we got home that our roast beef sandwich was actually ham. There is a price difference in the two and we paid for the more expensive sub and got the wrong- cheaper- sub. Gave this place 3 stars because I'm familiar with this chain at other locations. Displeased with the lack of organization at this one. If you pay 9 dollars for a sub it should be correct. read more

I had never heard of Jersey Mike's until one came to Lake City. I looooove the food! I want to say that the employees have always been great. I have had slower service before, but it is always friendly and accurate service. The employees are really awesome and I want to give a hand to the management and Jersey Mike's in general for making a wonderful place to grab a sandwich in a pleasant atmosphere. read more

Skip this one. Went at 3 pm on a Saturday. One person before us in line yet we waited 10 min on 2 very slow employees to serve us. Place was filthy. No soap in men's room (wonder how employees are washing hands??), no toilet paper in women's room. Ordered 3 kids meals...they were down to 2 cookies (which come with meal) and proceeded to add extra charge for getting chips for 3rd meal even though they had nothing else to give us. The upside was that subs tasted good but rest of experience was a thumbs down. read more

Placed an online order for a club supreme and got home to realize it was missing both bacon and mayonnaise. Please work on training your employees on how to correctly make the sandwiches as advertised.. I'll probably not be back for another few months until this location works out the kinks.. read more
