Lake City Chick Fa La operates a food truck that services the surrounding area. When it comes to my hometown every other week I am ecstatic ! The service is prompt, clean, hot, friendly . We came in late from our drive , the Service was fast but only reason I gave them a 4 is because the food was not fresh but it was edible to where it didn't warrant a return/complaint. I will say the inside was clean and so were the restrooms so that alone says a lot to me because that's the first thing I look for in an establishment. We frequent this Chick-fil-A quite a bit or will have it delivered to our house. This is definitely a kid favorite. Usually we get a large box of chicken nuggets and the kids love them. Also, I like that they have a little bit healthier option and I can get a fruit cup for the kids. We just stopped here on our way through town and I feel compelled to leave a review. This is the WORST Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. It started with the young lady worker that walked in from outside scratching her head with her food service gloves on. Then she walked behind the counter and went to the back without washing her hands. After that it took 5-7 minutes for the cashier to take our order, which was only 3 items. We had to repeat the order 6 times, after she repeated it each time incorrectly. When we received our food, one of the fries was 1/2 full so I asked another worker for a full order. She laughed and said "blame it on him" to which I responded that I didn't care who did it. A young man who had just walked behind the counter from ordering his own food, went and grabbed my fries (no hand washing). The other young lady went and told all of her coworkers that I asked for a full fry and laughed again about it. Not one "my pleasure" was heard, the cashier didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce, and there was an overall bad attitude. How were they even hired?? This manager and owner aren't doing their jobs and this Chick-fil-A falls drastically short of what the chain is known for!! read more

I was here on a Monday morning at around 9 am. The service was good, team members were nice but what bothered me was my fruit cup only being 1/4 full. It was a medium fruit cup that I've gotten at other locations with it being full. It was like 4 oranges and a couple of strawberries. It was sort of disappointing that it wasn't even half full. This can location offers the typical Chick-fil-A experience! Top quality service, consistent good food, and a convenient location. My favorite is the original chicken sandwich. And by far my favorite side is a yogurt parfait with granola, add in two packages of their clover honey, and it makes it extra good. Drive-through is my typical experience. Over lunch the line can be very long and two vehicles wide, but the service time is typically acceptable. Again, consistency is the main benefit of this restaurant. And their employees are consistently well trained professional courteous and polite as well. I typically will see the owner - operator at the store. Typically around the same time (6-8pm) and they're usually pretty quick but the past few days it's been different... they've been taking nearly 30 minutes to get 15 cars through & my nuggets have clearly been sitting in the pan for hours, if you're gonna sell old food there should atleast be a discounted price, also the worker who took my order last night didn't even tell me it was her pleasure to take my order.
