Ordered a 5 piece tender combo and a chicken little. It's noon and you would think the food would be fresh... I was hungry and ate two pieces of this tough leather overcooked tender meal. I have no idea whats going on in this location but ive put orders for doordash in twice now and my driver had to wait over 45+ minutes for our food. As someone who has worked in fast food I still find this unnacceptable. Wasting a dashers time who makes money the faster he can deliver and mine who payed for the damn service. I dont know if you are understaffed or if you cant get your employees to do there job than maybe a change in managment is necessary. I love KFC chicken. Have never ordered any from this location in Lakewood. Stopped there for the first time and bought one of their specials. What a disappointment. The chicken was the worst chicken I ever had from any KFC restaurant. Awful tasting! It went into my garbage. How can you screw up KFC chicken that badly? Drove to the drive-up window to see employees not wearing masks, or wearing masks incorrectly (not covering the nose). Got home to find mashed w/o gravy, and not all white meat. I guess Covid is included free, but not the gravy. Sent a note to KFC corporate and received a reply within a few minutes... signed, like it was from someone who took the time to read my review. The response: "Please accept our sincerest apology for not meeting your expectations. We need to know when we have not honored this commitment for you. KFC has designed training programs for our employees in the preparation of our products. Your feedback gives us the opportunity to improve in this area." Really? As I have grabbed large meal deals for family gatherings in the past...I havent learned from my mistakes with this location. My only word of advice is once you get your order...DO NOT LEAVE THE STORE....Stop and individually remove each container from each bag. It seems the larger the order...the more they dont include everything. I can assure you that if you dont...you will get to your families house and you wont have coleslaw. If I could give a zero star I would! I haven't eaten at a KFC in 10 years, I was really excited about getting juicy chicken strips like I remember them having. What I got instead, was a dried out, tough as nails, leathery, jerky type chicken things. I ordered the nine piece chicken strip Bucket for $10. Not only did I only get eight pieces, but two of those pieces were roughly the size of a McDonald's chicken nugget. The manager at this place should be ashamed and embarrassed to have served something like that. My dog would've been challenged at chewing the stuff. I ended up throwing 7 1/2 pieces of my eight piece, what should've been nine piece, chicken meal in the trash. I would hope KFC corporate would pay attention to this particular establishment because they are surely tainting the name of KFC. I will not eat it at KFC again for likely another 10 years, if ever. read more

This location says they're open until 11:00pm on Sunday. The location is staffed until 11:00pm on Sunday. If you go through the drive through they will respond. If you want chicken before 11:00pm you are out of luck. Plan to be greeted by a voice telling you they are out of chicken and because they close in 15 minutes they won't make any more. Don't come here. Definitely avoid the place after 10pm. If you really want fried chicken go Popeyes where they will serve you chicken during the hours they advertiser they are open. read more

Been waiting here for 30 minutes. They didn't have chicken, biscuits or tenders ready on a saturday night. When finally got my tenders they put hot sauce on regular tenders. Cashier left front unattended until another employee collected them from the back to take our order and the few other people behind us. Ours and another order were forgotten about and we had to bring our receipts back up to the cashier so they could fulfill our orders while orders taken after ours were fulfilled.
