Built my own. Everything was super fresh and they had lots of toppings! Purple rice base, avocado, broccoli, corn, tofu. I asked for extra broccoli and tofu (for small chrg). Big bowl and a drink - definitely filled me up. $16 Great value. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restaurant very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff super friendly and patient as I decided my choices.

This location has welcoming staff. I was greeted with a "Welcome back". I love the app and noticed I had a well being deal saved that I was able to use to get a bowl, cookie and drink for ten dollars. The location was mostly clean. The tables needed cleaned. I enjoy this location and will be back soon.

Big portions that are very tasty and flavorful as well as priced at a point that makes you feel like you got what you deserved. Atmosphere is nice too.

My new favorite restaurant! I can't wait to go back. Delicious healthy gluten-free vegan food. Loved everything! Tastes delicious with or without the sauce. We asked for extra helpings of some of toppings and only paid $9.49 each for our original bowls. Great price for lots of food! There was so much food, that I could have saved half the meal for the next day, but it was so delicious I ate it all. We were there 8/1/24 5pm & the man who took care of us was friendly & helpful. We ordered the food to go. I highly recommend this restaurant & the University Hts Ohio location.

Nice place for a quick meal. A couple times I have picked up food so I could take a proper meal with me on airplane rides. Their kimchi, all meats, tofu, and most but not all sauces are gluten free. I love this chain!

This place is like Chipotle style, but a build-your-own (Americanized) bibimbap. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have bulgogi beef because that is a classic protein choice for the traditional bibimbap. I added kimchi for $1 and did enjoy it with my dish, but wish the flavor was stronger. The miso soup is free but after one sip, I instantly knew there was much left to be desired in the flavor department. Overall, I did enjoy the price of the meal for the large portion of food that you receive but will definitely go to a more authentic Korean restaurant for my next bibimbap craving. However, with that being said, I would choose this over a Chipotle or Qdoba if I'm looking for a fast-casual meal.

The Korean version of Chipotle. As a big fan of Korean food in general I was curious to try this place out, curious and skeptical. It's customizable so you pick a base. My friend and I went with japchae (the noodle option) which was probably the most bland japchae I've ever had. For protein we got the organic tofu, also bland (and yes, tofu doesn't have to be bland). We got the black beans from the hot toppings section and then pretty much all the veggies from the cold toppings section. We also got the sesame ginger sauce on the side. Overall the bowl was just...okay? It's hard to judge because it's fusion. In terms of an Asian-fusion rice bowl type thing, despite the sauce, I think overall it just lacks flavor. As a Korean-rice bowl I think it's a disappointment. If you're in the area and need lunch, sure go ahead. It's a healthier option in comparison to a lot of to-go foods you could opt for. But if you want Korean food, whether because you've never had it and want to give it a try or you've had it before and you have a craving, just go to a Korean restaurant.

BIBIBOP was a great choice for a quick late lunch. I ordered a bowl with purple rice, half spicy chicken/half chicken, and all the fixings. My bowl paired excellently with my passion fruit lemonade. My rice bowl was delicious and the portion size was bigger than expected. The staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. Parking might be tough, but I was able to find (paid) street parking quickly. Pro tip: mix some of the passion fruit lemonade with their green tea.

BIBIBOP is a solid choice for lunch. A Chipotle-styled restaurant, BIBIBOP offers fresh, delicious ingredients for any meal of the day. The workers love to work there (or so it seems), and the line is always speedy and efficient. Why a four and not a five? The quantity is good, but I've never been full after eating it; furthermore, the price is comparable to Chipotle or other competitors, but the quantity is still less. For a nice change of pace, definitely fresh meal, BIBIBOP is a great option!

My first time here was awesome! Great location near shops, clean interior, and easy parking! The staff were very friendly and patient. They offered suggestions since it was our first time and explanations of items. The portion for your money is well worth it. Plus miso soup included! I like that they have a sauce bar so you can try different sauces. The selection of lemonades and teas was great too, looked so refreshing! All of the ingredients in my bowl were fresh and the chicken was cooked well. I mixed the sesame ginger and teriyaki sauces which was scrumptious. Miso soup was not my fav but maybe it was a bad day for it. Mom loved her tofu bowl. Cannot wait to go back!

Solid bibimbap chipotle-style-concept. Came here while visiting my brother and grabbed 4 bowls for our group of 5 adult for lunch. Firstly, I appreciate SO much that there are multiple, customizable low carb options to fit my dietary restrictions. I did a mix of cauliflower rice and purple rice for my base, spicy chicken as my protein, and most of the topping options (minus pineapple and cheese.) Since I've never been here before, I got the sesame ginger, the yum yum, and the gochujang sauces on the side so that I could figure out what I liked. The bowls are kinda huge. I think 1 bowl comfortably feeds 2 adults and if you are like my family, would better be suited to splitting amongst 3 people. The spicy chicken protein and purple rice and veggies were my favorite parts of my bowl. The chicken isn't super spicy, but IS super flavorful and tender, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The yum yum sauce is slightly sweet / mayo style sauce was my favorite, and I don't think the bowl requires much sauce to be tasty. The gochujang sauce is legitimately spicy, which my brother and SIL (who love spicy food) doused their bowls with. My parents were most into the sesame ginger sauce, which adds flavor but is probably the least intense of heavy as the options I chose. All in all, while not "authentic," this place is a tasty, healthy option for a quick meal and I'll likely be back.

What?! Another amazing BibiBop near by me! It is opening day! Come on in! Spicy chicken is my fav with yum yum sauce and this time seasonal special is spinach! You can try the new bubble teas at this location since they have changed to make more healthier! Strawberry milk tea is definitely the best on the menu as I was huge fan of their strawberry bubbles before. Everyone is so welcoming and would like you to try the new selection. They have steak, spicy chicken, tofu, chicken options as protein.

Then I got the sandwich, and I was like, actually, $17 is a more than fair price, LOL. For a second, I attempted to eat it with my hands, but its size made it an unwieldy experience. So I ate it with a knife and fork. And it was DELICIOUS. The sandwich came with a big piece of crispy fried chicken that the bun could barely contain. The chicken was fried fresh, so it was hot and juicy. In addition to being hot in temperature, it was hot spice-wise. It came with candied jalapeños, soy chili jam, pickles, and Sriracha. The spice was balanced well with some nice sweetness and a tasty kale slaw that added some brightness to the sandwich. Even the bun itself was delicious. The place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a few tables if you want to dine in. The water is self-serve. There are cups and a sport cooler in front of the counter.

I pulled up the Chicken Ranch menu online and decided I would try them. It is a small establishment. Tables were clean. There is seating inside and two small tables outside for diners. The manager was explaining they make everything fresh and offered to answer any questions I had. I took a look at the specials then decided on a two piece crispy tenders meal. It came with a jalapeño corn muffin. It was 10 dollars and I chose a chocolate chip cookie with caramel and pecans in it because, why not. My chicken was delicious. I chose hot honey sauce because I was curious. It was so spicy and cleaned my sinuses right up. The sauce came on the side, thank goodness for that. The muffin was OK. It would have been better warmed. The cookie: sooooo good. Because I was being nice, I gave my kid a piece, but next time I will eat it in the car before I get home, like the pros do.

I appreciate greatly from them that you can select in your reservation which zone of the restaurant you want to sit in. Service has been very good when we've been there most recently Corinne I believe her name was was very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job managing many tables some with difficult customers. One note, NOT a negative to me but may be noteworthy for some: I don't think Gigi's is a spot for kids or large family events with kids, unless they have a private dining space I'm unaware of. Space between tables is tight and the space overall is not huge but they make great use of the space. The staff are extremely efficient and there are many of them moving with trays at any given time, it's absolutely not a spot to walk around with a toddler if they get bored at the table. The chairs for example are also small so don't expect a giant family size booth here. Again these are positives to me but just notes!

The food had always been delicious until this last visit. Given we are regulars at the place, we know the quality of the food has been consistently fantastic and the wait for the food is typical - not too fast or slow - enough to prepare the meal given how busy the place has always been. This last time, however, it was a good 45 minutes before the order came to the table. Neither one of our meals was very good. I was very hypiglycemic by this point and so I ate the french toast that was completely uncooked inside. At first I wasn't thrilled that the bread was considerably smaller than it used to be until i bit into it to find cold wet mush. I should not have eaten it at all. My friend had ordered a patty melt - medium which should be light pink in the center. It was bloody red. She sent it back and about 20 min later it came back exavtly the same. She sent it back again. Another 20 minutes later it came back well done and with spices in the meat that made the meat taste lousy. So now she had a burger that wass over cooked and tasted bad. She didnt gat to eat because by that time we were done. I wish i had turned back the french toast. I kept hoping with every bite it might be cooked. Not one bite was cooked. Not even one. Being hypoglycemic I felt like I would lose my cool if I didnt eat something so I ate. It turns out the place had been bought and the new owner really didnt care. We got to talk to the brother of the new owner who only said that the place has been very busy and that should speak to the quality. He couldnt care less about our experience. All I have to say is that they are going to be losing a lot of money having to replace meals and once people find out about the sudden drop in quality of the food, those peeople that have been filling the place will not be returning as we wont be either. We refuse to go somewhere that the owners could care less about their patrons.

Jack's Deli is an Eastern European/Jewish deli that's been a part of the community since the…read more1980's. The original owner grew up in then Czechoslovakia and brought a part of home to the US. Recently the deli was acquired by the Cleveland Restaurant Group. I've been visiting the deli for over half a decade when I crave Eastern European meals. Lately I've been less enthusiastic about visiting due to food changes. RECENT CHANGES: The deli operations have remained unchanged from the customer standpoint. There is still restaurant area and deli. The menu is the same. The hours of operating were reduced with few dinner times remaining. The food recently drastically worsened seemingly due to ingredients. Soups especially took a hit tasting more artificial. ATMOSPHERE: Casual, old style, mom and pop atmosphere. Most guests are families. The front of the business is a deli where you can order your goodies and pay at the counter. The back is the restaurant where you can get seated by the host who is located by the deli. The layout makes entry and exit challenging. FOOD: I always take my food to go, and never dined at the restaurant. I previously ordered many dishes and to be honest can't remember them all. All were good. As a result, I'll talk about my latest order. - Cabbage Borscht ($11.75 for a quart) - I'm from the country who invented borscht and had many borschts in my life from different countries. This is not borscht. It has no beets. It's a vegetable cabbage soup. The menu does not indicate this is a spicy soup, the receipt indicates "hot cabbage soup." The soup is spicy which borscht never is. Worst of all, there is a very strong hint of canned tomatoes or some tomato paste. I couldn't eat more than two spoons of this soup due to artificial flavor. It's very poorly made. It's hard to name this homemade soup as listed in the menu because of artificial ingredients. Real tomatoes would drastically improve this soup. - Mushroom Barley ($11.75) - The soup wasn't pleasant. It tastes slimy. I think that the problem is the base is some vegetable puree. I didn't enjoy it. - Knishes ($7.90 x 2) - I love knishes here and they taste the same as before. Very heavy on the meat (Rueben in my case) and delicious. To be very honest they don't always feel fresh but I love them just the same. SERVICE: Service is average. The guys at the deli aren't too warm or friendly. The checkout people are always nice. There is clearly some miscommunication between the kitchen and the front of the house. Items are frequently promised but then denied. The front of the house seems to not know at all what's available in the back. There has to be some communication or inventory tool to fix this. It's confusing to the first time customers. It's also confusing to me with every order. PARKING: Plenty of parking available with two entrances and exits. The main entry from Cedar Road is the easiest. Stay vigilant as you navigate the parking lot, there are some narrow parts and alleys with two way traffic. The one differentiating factor of this restaurant was its homemade appeal. Everything tasted like someone's Eastern European grandma shared the recipe and prepared the food. Now the food is tasting commercial and lost its initial appeal. I'll be back to Jack's Deli for the deli (knishes) but won't be ordering any restaurant items again.

I also prefer this store for Amazon returns when I have them. While there's sometimes a line, I found that returns and refunds are somehow processed faster here than at other locations (such as Rocky River). Only downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle when it's busy (like during the weekend). However, there's so many parking options in the plaza that you'll always find a spot. Overall it's a great spot for high-quality groceries and quick meals on the go.
