I went to this KFC expecting to have some tender and juicy chicken tenders and what I got was a 5-pc day old fried chicken with no crunch to the tenders. The coleslaw seems that it was washed with water bc it was soggy and had no flavor. What a disappointment. read more

This place is a cesspool. Perhaps this is a bit of an exaggeration, but it does not miss the mark by far. The floors, tables, and kitchen is filthy. (see posted photos) The service is exceptionally slow. We waited over 20 minutes for our order, and they were out of multiple pieces of chicken. One woman came in complaining she had been in the drive through for 30 minutes. I'd tend to believe her. The manager was belligerent and yelling at customers. His attitude was horrible. The manager flat out said that he did not care that the store was filthy. He said it was what it was and that they were working on a remodel. He would be an incompetent employee, but the fact that he is a manager is inexcusable. I would avoid this place like the plague. Remedial training is clearly needed. read more

Just tried to sit down in the lobby and all the doors were locked. A customer let me in only to be verbally abused for letting us in. We were told that the lobby is closed yet there were at least fifteen people inside. Girl at the counter is rude and obnoxious. Screaming from the kitchen for us to leave. I just left my house to go out and get a soda. I was on my way to McDonalds but the line was too long so I decided to go to KFC/A&W instead. There were only 2 vehicles in front of me and I imagined it wouldn't take long since I was only ordering a Pepsi. I sat behind the two vehicles for roughly 22 minutes. I was very patient and understanding believing that maybe they had just ordered a lot of food. When those vehicles left I pulled up the window with my money in hand. A man was standing at the soda fountain but then he walked off to talk to a customer at the front counter. This again was absolutely fine to me. What was not fine was that I waited another 7 minutes after that. I watched as three different people neared the drive thru window but none of them came to take my money or give me my drink. The final straw was when another guy came back near the window and started working on something else. I looked at him and in a very calm way threw my hands in the air to suggest that I was confused as to why it was taking so long to grab a medium Pepsi. He promptly looked away as though he hadn't seen me. I then drove off. I was going to go in and find a manager but I wasn't expecting to have to get out so I was wearing slippers. I drove just down the street to McDonalds where I had 7 vehicles in front of me. I received my drink in less than 5 minutes. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I came here recently and got a chicken meal with cheese curds and a root beer float. Growing up in Wisconsin, I know cheese curds better than anyone in this city so I was excited to have the hometown treat. They burnt them the first time so had to cook them again. They were OK at best. Definitely not fresh. The chicken I ordered ended up being very dry and barely edible. The saving grace here was the root beer float. This is the one thing that is hard to screw up, and they didn't. It was mixed to perfection and was just what I was craving, or maybe it truly was terrible and with the rest of the food being mediocre at best it just tasted like it was the best thing ever. I'll go back and decide that on another day. For the record, I've been to other locations and it wasn't this bad. This particular location just isn't very good. read more

Literally 20 minutes later, still sitting behind the car in front of me and watching the young girl through the window sitting there with her drink in her hand, back to the window and three cars sitting there. I finally get to the window and ask for the "manager". As I am waiting for him, I notice my food is still not sitting there. As he comes up, I ask him "20 minutes?" Been here three times in the past. This time will absolutely be the last. The first time the inside was dirty and they ran out of chicken. Then Both times in the drive thru had to wait over 30 min. Needless to say we didn't order this time, but we still got stuck in the line with a dog and a hungry baby. Friendly Cashiers is a plus. Keeping the line moving even a bigger plus. And that its close to my job great. Hard to Decide between KFC and A&W though on some days. I seen they had 2 burgers in a meal for 5.00 Not bad at all. So i thought. The burgers tasted microwaved, and i Did see them come out of a microwave. The cheese was melted to a point it was goop and no longer cheese. Im unsure as if the burgers even touch a grille. The bun was hot too BECause it just came out of the Nooker. They said oh yeah we can do that, which clearly indicates it was not fresh.
