I like using the mobile app. Apparently they decided to make anyone making an order through the app to go inside and not the drive thru. I'm in the drive thru and told I need to come in. I get to window and I'm told I need to come inside. I ask for a manager who tells me she I need to come inside because my orders not ready. I get inside and my order is sitting there. I've never been treated worse in any business than I was here. A couple of my friends and I decided to eat lunch here, and when we got to the counter we were immediately greeted by someone who looked like they hated their job. However, the bad service we received is not why am upset. Upon receiving my meal I sat down to eat it. I attempted to scoot my chair forward, and not realizing the chair was broken, I badly injured my finger. I yelled out in pain so loudly that everybody in the restaurant stopped to look at me. With blood running down my hand, I ran to the bathroom to rinse off the injury. I then went to the counter and asked for some ice and without asking me what happened they just handed me a little cup of ice. My friend luckily had a first aid kit and we sat down, in a different chair, and wrapped my finger. We sat there for a minimum of 30 minutes and nobody came to ask me what had happened or why I had yelled in pain or why I was bleeding. When I asked to speak to manager, it took several more minutes for somebody to come speak with me. I told the woman that I was injured and wanted to show her what had happened. She reluctantly followed me to my chair and I explained how when I scooted my chair forward, my finger got stuck between the broken chair and the chair frame. The pinch was so bad that it literally popped the end of my finger. She never once said I'm sorry, never once asked me if I was OK, all she said was she "didn't understand how I could pinch my finger bad enough that it would bleed", and " we will just have to look at security cameras to see what happened". She never offered to let me fill out an incident report so I asked her and she simply gave me a blank piece of printer paper and told me to write my phone number and name down. She then tried to put the chair back under the table and I told her she should probably not keep that chair in service being that it was broken. She responded with " well it's never happened before so...". And walked away, that was the end of my experience at with her. To make matters more interesting, I called their corporate phone number twice and they still have not been able to get a hold of me. As I looked at the menu which was a little far and unless it I was searching for a three-piece white meat without the drink. It is 7:20 p.m. so it is it quite Dark Yet so the menu board was not lit. When I arrived at the speaker I was asked to hold on for a few minutes. The young lady did Apologize when she came back. I asked if there was a three-piece white meat only was no drink and how much it will cost. She stated it will cost an extra $3 to order the combo without the drink. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I am compelled to express my growing disappointment. This is my neighborhood KFC and I have watched it's dramatic decline over the past 7 years. Rarely, today is no exception, there's an issue, from no chicken to only card payments, and most of all, incorrect orders. The people are nice enough, but the attention to detail is just not there. Well, this is the last time I pay $15 for the wrong order, it's just not worth driving back to correct or the long wait time. Based on previous reviews I doubt management cares. I recommend you start because Chick-fil-A is just a minute away and their success model is based on good food, accuracy, and customer service. Just something to think about, KFC. Visited this restaurant today. Cashier repeated my order wrong, but no worries, I repeated the order again (two breasts & one wing) and when I got my food, the pieces were still wrong (legs & thighs). I politely told the cashier and he was nice enough to try & fix it. But he seemed to have a hard time finding breasts. When he came back I opened the box and it had a thigh and two wings. He then said this meal comes with one breast and two wings. I get this order every week and it always comes with two breasts and one wing. He said this is how it was. I asked if this was a breast? He said yes. I told him it didn't look like it. He said it was. I got into my car, took out all the food I ordered and checked all of it. I checked if my one breast was a breast. It wasn't. It was a thigh. My husband at that point was upset and after two errors, lying to us and giving us a thigh (and denying it was a thigh) and no chicken, we wanted a refund. I walked back into the restaurant and told the same cashier that he didn't give a breast again. At this point the cashier was still nice and so was I. When the manager came out he looked down at the floor and yelled "are you the one with the problem?!" I was taken a back. I replied "I don't have a problem, I just want a refund please". He answered "what's the problem?!" Not once did he look at me the whole time he was yelling at me. I nicely explained everything that had transpired. His answer "and you can't just take the right pieces of chicken?!" To which I explained nicely that my husband was upset after two errors, trying to pass off a thigh as a breast and shorting us a breast. His answer "ok so you want a refund?!" Still being very rude, yelling and not looking me in the face. I said yes please. He pulled the bag of food away from me and said "fine, I'll take this back and I'll refund you, but it's going to take three days!" I said that's fine. He proceeded to refund my card. Not once did he look me in the face, apologize, nothing! When he was done I said thank you and I'm sorry for the hassle, and in no way was anything the fault of... [the cashier], to which he interrupted me and yelled "Thank you ma'am!!!" and held his hand out, pointing to the door. He was kicking me out of the restaurant (Yes, that's how he meant it). I was nothing but nice for that entire time I was in the restaurant. The manager was so rude, nasty to me and never looked at me, I couldn't believe it. Never have I experienced such a disrespectful and hateful person in the food industry or any other business. While i was waiting for the manager, I overheard two employees laughing about how they argue with customers. Maybe it's normal for the manager to run the restaurant this way?That guy should honestly be fired. It's a shame that this is who KFC has representing them. We came through the drive through and ordered 2 number ones withleg and thigh and two thighs. We gave them a $10.00 & 5.00 bills. We got $.37 cents change. When we checked our orders they were breast's, so we ask why they didn't tell us they were out when we ordered. We ask for a refund and gave them back the food. The young man at the window gave us $9.00 and told us that was all we had coming back. He said it was our change. They refused to refund our $15.00 because the young man didn't know how to count money and told us he couldn't give us anymore because that was correct. How does $15.00 turn into a $9.00 refund? Bless KFC for being open on the holiday and getting me out of a pickle. We were out of town and just got back last night to find we have an invitation to a barbecue with friends today. So now we are charged with arriving with coleslaw in hand. What to do in a urgent crisis? Run by KFC, buy seven 16-oz. containers of coleslaw, dump them in a nice bowl, and put some parsley and sliced lemon on top to make it look pretty. Thanks for the save :)!!! LOL Why am I rating this "4" stars? Because when Mr. Picky called the location they were extremely helpful and polite. When he called back again with more questions, they continued to be very polite to him, very helpful, and just generally made it a very good experience. A place like this should be rewarded for having quality staff on hand. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a KFC in my whole entire life: I placed an order online at noon today for pick up at 1:15 this afternoon as I had to go to Target to pick up a couple of items. I went inside and went to the pick up window and told them that there was an order ready for me. I brought it to my car, started driving back to work, and noticed that my food was very cold and my soda tasted like a disgusting disastrous Dr Pepper all watered down. I called them and explained to the girl that I spoke to on the phone what time I placed my order and what time it was supposed to be ready for pick up. She told me that orders that are placed online are treated like delivery orders and are immediately prepared and then sit on the counter, not even under any heat lamps, to wait there for people to pick them up!!! I have never heard of anybody preparing an order that's supposed to be ready an hour later prepared an hour before it's picked up and just sit out to get cold. This is the worst service I have ever encountered anywhere! You guys suck ass and included two Spork's with my order when I didn't even order anything that needed a Spork and then you didn't even give me my fucking dipping sauces. I ordered the extra crispy recipe and when I got back to work it was soggy and cold, including my fucked up french fries. Worst restaurant ever and will never ever be going back there. read more

Ordered an 8 piece bucket with biscuits and a large side (Mac n cheese). Food was as expected from KFC, super greasy. But that wasn't the problem. Waited 20 minutes for our order. Watched them serve two people who came in and ordered after us and idk how many cars through the drive through, but it was a lot. Stayed in the dining area the whole time only three other customers inside. Finally went to ask about my order because I saw an employee packing two bags and walked one outside to a customer. Nice lady tried to help me out and asks the manager what happened to it, he grabs the other bag the previous employee just prepared and tells me he called the number a long time ago and nobody replied. Lied right to my face. Even if that were the case, which it's not, you couldn't figure out if the three people in the dinning room who it might have belonged to and directed your announcement to me while I was looking your direction the entire time?!?! I came in for a craving of KFC chicken and left with nothing. I pulled into the drive through around 7pm and sat there for 10 min with no movement. I left the drive through as the line was long enough it was blocking traffic if they wanted to enter off of 10th st west. I went inside "still craving KFC" and stood there for another 5 min and watched as two people left and watched one customer ask if they had been helped and they responded no one had come to the register as they were doing something in the back. They finally returned and took one order that went somewhat ok. The next person who came up had a large order and that is fine, but someone kept walking up to the front staring at the gal runing the register and then walk back to the cooking area to only return 10 seconds later as the line inside got longer as well as the drive through. After a total of 10 min inside I gave up and left and went to the Habit across the street. I was in and out of the drive through while the customer that was ahead of me when I left was still waiting for their food. Several factors made me leave this place with no hopes of ever returning and after reading a few reviews before posting this reassures me I made the right choice. The place is understaffed, one person running a register, the staff in generally appears to be working extremely slow. The Soda Machine that was reported to not be working back on 3/2/2019 is still not working and the were out of several sodas. It also appears the Chicken Sandwich craze is still going on strong as they were out of two of the sandwiches. Not what I was after but they have had time to bring in more inventory. It appears the Franchisee owner does not care about this store or is making just enough money to keep the doors open and his pocket book fat. I will not return to this KFC or any in the Antelope Valley as they all have terrible reviews. I am not sure if it is the ownership, terrible employees dragging the stores down or all the above but KFC licenses this name out and should see how their reputation is doing out here.
