OK, so Super Bowl Sunday I have the bright idea to order some chicken pot pies for to be exact and apple poppers for our lunchtime delight before the game. I order online. It states My order will be ready by 12:46. I get there at 12:55 and had to wait in line for about 10 mins for them to help those before me since no one acknowledged me standing at the pick up area! Not only is my order not ready it hasn't even been started! Hence the reason I assume no one was acknowledged me at the pick up counter in the first place In case one doesn't know pot pies take approximately 30 minutes to cook so now it's after 1 o'clock and my pot pies are just being placed in the oven at this point. I just asked for them cold, frozen or however they generally receive them and I'll warm them up at home do they accommodate me? NO! Even after they advised they'd add some strips for the inconvenience of my having to wait an additional 30 mins I really don't understand the managements thought process on not making any men work Superbowl Sunday (unless of course they give the same grace to all their female employees for Mother's Day!) Because they looked like they were struggling a bit with the weight of those trays of chicken. But for me I'll locate another KFC. That has their act together a bit more. read more

I strongly recommend avoiding this KFS location. During my recent visit, I was shocked to discover what appeared to be a deep-fried cockroach in my chicken order. This was an extremely upsetting experience, and it completely destroyed any confidence I had in the food's cleanliness and safety. When you order a meal, the bare minimum you expect is proper hygiene--this was unacceptable. I guess I should have read the reviews before I visited this place. I went through the drive through, first big mistake. I ordered an 8 piece original recipe meal and asked the cashier if I could get 4 legs instead of 2. He said absolutely. I asked for the gravy in a separate container which he also said absolutely. I never checked my order until I got home and it was completely wrong and the food looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Came to KFC today cause I saw a commercial that said they had a chicken sandwich and it was only for 3.99 so I had to check it out it's a pretty good size sandwich. it comes in two different flavors original and spicy. I chose the spicy version. The spicy version is very spicy at least to me, but it was very flavorful and juicy. I was very surprised and all under four dollars this is a bargain. The service at KFC was very very slow. I don't know why but it was very slow but at least they got my order, right. so I can't argue with that. read more

We decided to have chicken kinda late in the evening. Drove in from Rosamond and placed our order at the drive thru. Got home and a whole meal was missing. I immediately tried to call and let them know.. They don't answer their phone. The next day we were shopping near and I had my husband stop in at let them know we were shorted a meal. Management had the audacity tell him he needed to contact corporate because he didn't have the receipt with him still. I told him to pull up his banking app that could atleast verify that we had been to the restaurant the night before... they know they shorted atleast 1 customer the night before and had they actually answered the phone, I would have been able to inform the right away. The ended up giving him the shorted portion of our order but it was with a lot of hoop jumping. CHECK your order before leaving this seems to be an issue with this location. read more

We got to the drive through and waited 10 mins to order, then when we ordered we were told there were NO breasts or wings, none at all. How do you run a chicken restaurant and have no chicken breasts. It's was 4pm, not the end of the day. When we asked the cashier when the breasts would be done she said they didn't have any at any time. 07/27/23 @ 6pm I placed an Uber order with this KFC. I ordered 2 kids nuggets orders, 1 fixe piece nuggets order, a famous bowl which had nuggets in it as well. Plus sides of course. But basically all the chicken were in nugget form. First bite, BOOM! Raw chicken. My wife was taking hers, BOOM! Same thing! RAW CHICKEN!!! Pulled the food off my kids. Inspected all the nuggets. ALL RAW!!! My ordered arrived hella fast. More than likely they were in a rush, but that's not an excuse. Feel free to eat from here if you like raw chicken or if you're ok with inspecting every piece of chicken you consume.
