Horrible service. Went there and nobody was inside but me and I stood there at the counter for at list 10 mins. Sooooo KFC is now in the pizza game... kind of... Behold: THE CHIZZA! It sucked. They didn't even bother to melt the cheese, and the pizza sauce had a hint of a chill to it. Barely luke warm. $14 out the door for this combo. Balls. A pizza with a fried chicken crust sounds great in theory, but this failed in execution in just about every way possible. Do better KFC. The service was slow, there weren't enough employees for lunch rush. The same kid that took my order was also working the drive thru. He was nice and helpful, so they get points for that. The manager was sitting in the office during my visit. A fine place to be during lunch rush. The restaurant was fairly clean for the most part. A few dirty tables, restroom was ok. The lady handing out bags wasn't even calling numbers, just what the food was. So everybody was trying to figure out who had what. Turns out just about everybody had chicken. That needs work. Some napkins would have been nice too. Overall doubtful I'll be back to this location. In closing, the Chizza was fairly terrible. (Just look at it) If somebody from KFC is reading this, tell them to melt the damn cheese on the pizzas. The only reason this gets 2 stars is the mashed potatoes and gravy were on point and the kid taking my order was great. read more

Come through the drive-thru a few weeks ago to pickup an order placed by my son online directly through KFC website/app. When we first pulled up we were immediately "greeted" with a gruff "WE'RE CLOSED!!!" It was not yet their scheduled closing time so I let them know we were there to pickup a mobile order. We were then told they were out of chicken wings, breasts, legs, etc. I advised that the pickup orders were for two of their "bowls", to which they responded, "Yeah, we're out of all that as well!" I told them that I wanted a refund then because the order was already confirmed and paid for. They advised, "You'll need to figure that out with DoorDash", to which I told them DoorDash wasn't involved in any way as the order was placed directly with KFC. At this point, I knew I wasn't getting any kind of help, assistance or service from whomever was in the store and behind the microphone, so we drove away and I've been trying to settle things with KFC corporate. Sadly, they have also been unresponsive and not helpful. It's very sad the lack of service these days from so many retail establishments and restaurants. read more

What a disappointment. Had the buffet, no dark meat on buffet. Place is dirty. Would love to see the health inspector find the drink caps under the dispenser. They have been there for quite some time because it is only 1:30 PM. Men's room did not have towels and I felt like I should take a showers after using the men's room. read more

I went to the KFC on Cumberland Rd in Lebanon on a Friday evening at around 7PM. I pulleup to the drive through and gave the very listless person on the other end. She told me that they were out chicken pot pies. What? This is what they were featuring. I ended up ordering some chicken strips. The lady at the pick up window was wonderful and the food was warm and tasted wonderful. Why do fast food managers not insist in cheerfully and speaking audibly when greeting customers. Women working there have a stank ass attitude for no reason. Older lady who I assume is one of the managers is rude to other workers. Other ladies just sitting on phones while there's a massive line. Had to wait 30 mins.. for 8 pieces of chicken (that apparently you can't pick what kind you want such as thighs or wings..). Mashed potatoes and gravy are always good though. Never go inside the place cause it's usually locked so I wouldn't know about the "ambiance". Probably as nasty as yalls attitudes. Y'all just give me a headache. read more

Be sure to check your order before leaving the drive thru or walking out with an order. I ordered 4 biscuits and they forgot to give them to me with my drive thru order until I told then that they forgot them and they brought the biscuits out to me. I also ordered 5 Famous Bowls and 1 was supposed to be spicy and they did not make any of the bowls spicy. read more

Typical LFC, this location is nasty though. Staff is usually pretty rude, good luck getting your order on time and made correctly, and you may or may not get all of your items. Me and my grandpa happened to stop by Kfc in Lebanon Tn. And asked for a five piece chicken tender meal with french fries and Mac & cheese didn't get my mac and cheese and they asked what kind of dipping sauce and I said honey mustard they didn't give me any dipping sauce either so I would not go here if you ask for something!! read more

My wife and I wanted to grab a sandwich. Pulled in a 7:50 and noticed all the parking lot lites off, but a couple of cars around. I mean it's not yet 8 on a Friday night. Nope lobby locked up so went to drivethru. Only thing they had was tenders. On a Friday night. Both the chick Fil a and the zaxbys literally next door had cars lined around both buildings and lobby busy but the kfc decides to not make food on a Friday night? Just seems an odd manager decision. I won't ever go here again. I placed a 63$ order and got home to feed 8 people only to find I did not get the 12 piece tender I ordered. So I had to drive up there twice wasting my gas. Worst customer service I have ever seen, even for a fast food restaurant. They forgot half my order and when we went back to get the rest instead of replacing our cold food they told us to warm it up in the microwave and refused to give us a refund either. Food was good but when I went through the drive thru, it took nearly 30 minutes to get my bucket of chicken brought out to my car and it was at dinnertime when they should have had chicken cooked and ready for the rush hour mealtime. Check your order before you leave and keep the expectations low. No matter what type of chicken I've ordered, it is always dry and tastes old. The quality has dropped even further that I would have imagined, which would explain the year gap in me stopping by. Potatoes are dry, almost powder mix, and if it wasn't for the gravy the food would be nearly inedible. The KFC in Lebanon TN is by far the worst buffet I have ever seen at a KFC. My family and I travel extensively and every KFC I have visited has been terrible. If I could give this particular KFC zero stars, I certainly would. The buffet was unkept and dirty with food spilled all over the sides. The food was old with crusts formed on top of the food where it had been sitting for an extended period of time. We left immediately and will never return. I can see why this business struggles. Gross... bathrooms are gross, floor is sticky everywhere. After you order, about 10 minutes later when your food is finally ready, they just put it right out in front of everyone else that is waiting for their food, too and everyone looks at each other like "is that yours, or is mine finally ready?" They are offering a $20. Family fill up??? Don't bother it's nothing but over cooked wings and legs that are so hard you can't eat them. So I ordered just a 20 piece with NO wings and NO legs, and paid the extra $$ to get it and got home and had the very same thing. 1brest, 1 thigh and the rest wings and legs. Why did I have to pay extra for this? This KFC just keeps going downhill. Every order is wrong and the chicken is way over cooked. We stopped going there for a long time because of this entire problem they have, and after the last 3 times we are not going to stop again. This is a fantastic location. The food on the buffet is fresh. The vegetables aren't mushy like they used to be, the biscuits are moist, the chicken is good, and every position on the bar is stocked with food. The desserts are above average compared to other locations. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean and everything is well stocked. read more
