My order went well it was completed on a reasonable amount of time considering how busy the drive thru was but REALLY? I said give me as much mild and fire sauce as you can and a few hot. I got 3 fires 7 mild and like 9 hot WTF Look im sympathetic to fast food workers having been one but when I ask nicely for some condiments pleasure don't be a complete failure at what you do. I used to run drive thru, register and kitchen by myself it's not that freaking hard. Placed my order on line for drive through pickup. Decided to eat in and told the counter gal. Waited literally 25 minutes. Asked what the holdup was; they found my order in the drive through area. I understand that the workers hate their job and hate customers. Especially we seniors. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

Very dirty spot, even for a Taco Bell right off the highway. Why is everything in here sticky? The tables, the counters, every surface I touched including the floors (which stuck under my feet) were sticky. Are you cleaning with dirty water? And why was there so much water in the floor? Why are there fingerprints all over the doors and windows? It doesn't look like the glass is regularly cleaned at all... and then there's the bathrooms, which were dirty, as I expected at this point. I'm afraid to know what the kitchen looks like if this is how they clean the lobby. There is a real Mexican restaurant right across the street and a Waffle House next door. Ok I know it's just fast food... but sometimes when traveling you get stuck eating a lot of fast food when you're in a rush. And let me tell you the experience I had... there was a girl name Rachel working she was super cool! Super friendly compared to the other people working asked me how my morning was. My credit card says the ID on the back so she even asked to see my ID which most fast food establishments won't do it I completely appreciate it. In fact when she saw my ID she said wow you're from California that's why I originally was from! She was fast helpful the other workers and their seemed confused which was strange because it's a fast food restaurant could it be that hard... I travel all over the United States and I must say the next time I'm out here I think I might just have Taco Bell again. read more

tried to go in and ordered. the doors were locked without a sign on the doors. got in line to get food and they waited for us to get to the ordering to tell us that theyre closed. it was 4:50. Who closes at that random of a time. if you close at 5 then put that on your page or on a note on the screen or doors. We waited for 30 mins to be told that. Very shitty for them to that. I understand the roads are bad but put a sign up! If I could give 0 stars I would! Very shitty! They were still taking money and had just took the car in front of ours order. We were passing through, on Friday, to go to the Tennessee football game. We stopped, to get some food to go. My son said there was pee on the bathroom floor. I told, the cashier, she said ok and didn't do a thing about it. Instead, of ordering, we left went to Chick Fil A down the road. My experience with a restaurant with dirt bathrooms is dirty kitchens too! If you are a local, don't eat here, there's a lot of places to choose from. if it wasn't for this i would give it a 4 star, whenever i go to taco bell and go thru the drive thru when i get off from work (12:15 am) usually it's a quick maybe 5 10 min wait which i don't have a problem with. i am a patience guy that can wait a minimum of 15 mins at best..... but my only concern is that they run out of product to cook/heat up or what ever the fast food joints got to do to make the food good. it would be nice for taco especially to keep up with there product so they know when to fill up a day or 2 ahead of time before they run out. again this is my only concern if it wasn't for this reason i would have gave them a four star read more

I've been by this Taco Bell more than a few times in the last couple of weeks, most recently yesterday 10/25. They are extremely slow in the drive thru (been inside before too and had long waits, not to mention messed up orders). Anyways I pulled in the drive thru yesterday and there was only one car waiting on food so I said "yay! Won't be a long wait this time". Boy was I wrong. From the time I ordered to the time I drove off with my 3 tacos 13 minutes had gone by. This is extremely ridiculous for any fast food place let alone a taco bell. Only gave them two stars because they got my order correct (three spicy potato tacos with no chipotle sauce) and the potatoes were fairly fresh. One taco was lacking in ingredients while the other two were stuffed, so consistency isn't there either. read more

Never really think about reviewing fast food places, but why not? I haven't physically been into a Taco Bell in years. I used to in my hometown several years ago, but have stuck to drive-thru for the rare occasions I stop at Taco Bell. Anyway! With that said, I came in here for a quick and cheap bite, and I was actually in shock (in a good way) at how clean, and "fancy" this one was. Haha. They had charge stations for your phone and well - I guess this must be the updated versions or what they're supposed to look like, very much unlike the one in my small hometown. On top of that, delicious food. My old, faithful beef hard shell taco was perfect. The cashier lady was super nice as well. I commented to my guest "well, that sure was a nice Taco Bell!" and we laughed....I was serious, though! read more

Great service, standard taco bell foods. They ran a special promotion right when the breakfast menu started, have everyone free breakfast. The people were friendly and were quick with our order. I rate fast food on the level of service since everyone knows how the food tastes already. read more
