They were efficient AND pleasant and when they did make a mistake (salt vs no salt on fries and a vanilla instead of strawberry milkshake) they rectified it easily without any fuss with table service too!!!!! The manager Miranda accused me of cursing at her employee which I didn't. I was confused about their unmarked drive through and the shifter in the car I was driving and I said a curse word. Not at all directed at the employee, and yet I was told I would be refunded my money and asked to leave. Now I'm not typically one to say something but I didn't do anything wrong. I was freely speaking which I have the right to do in my own vehicle and then next thing you know I'm being harassed. I don't even eat fast food, it was for my family. It's seems this Chick Fil A is always busy. The drive thru always has a long line. Inside always has a long line too. That lets you know they have great food here. The customer service is pretty good as they are always waiting on people in front of you. You can expect to wait a few minutes before being waited on and taken care of. Just be patient and you will get some delicious food especially their chicken. Menu items ordered: I usually get their number 1 chick fil a combo. It's a chicken sandwich and waffle French fries and comes with a drink. I usually get their lemonade. This restaurant serves the best lemonade that I know of. On Scene: I walk in and get in line. It's usually just a few minutes because they are fast in waiting on customers. I order my chick fil a combo and they give me a colored plastic table stand. I sit at a table and they bring my meal right to my table. Now how cool is that. read more

I've been going through the drive thru with my friend lately (COVID has inside seating closed) and it's amazing to me how EVERYONE knows her and her girls by name, AND know her order!! What customer service! Yesterday we got home before we realized they forgot my sandwich. So she called the store and 10 minutes later a hot, fresh sandwich was delivered along with a coupon for a free dessert! My goodness! Most places just tell you to come back or they'll write you down for a free meal the next time you come in. Chick-fil-A Mount Juliet is an EXCELLENT place to visit!!
