Incorrect order and there are no refunds. I ordered a bucket and mashed potatoes with gravy online in their app. I did not receive my gravy. I called the store and was informed there are no refunds. I could return for the gravy, which would have resulted in cold chicken and potatoes or possibly receive a credit next time. My chicken sandwich was piping hot! The chicken is very thick with mayo and pickles which sets it off! I used my receipt for this and my sandwich was free with a drink purchase! Excellent stop on my way back from Columbus! read more

Love the new look of this restaurant! I posted pics for everyone to see! Pros: Food came out hot and fresh. Very clean interior The cashier was very very friendly! I'd hire her in a heartbeat to work for me The atmosphere was bright, fun, and welcoming They have diet mt dew!!! I know this isn't a pro for everyone but it certainly is for me! Cons: Other than the cashier the employees seemed to not care. Overall I was very satisfied with my order and plan on coming back soon. read more

They do not have grilled chicken at all due to 'low demand'. I have always been under the impression that all KFC restaurants have the same menu items regardless of 'demand'. If you are looking for a less greasy option with grilled chicken, drive by this location and look for another one. read more
