Great Sports Experience Restaurant. Lots of screens and open seating for watching sports. The restaurant felt spacious with open ceilings. The host counter was clean, tidy, and inviting. We tried six different wing flavors: Huli huli, teriyaki, Honey BBQ, Garlic, Lemon Pepper and Smoked. They all had very distinct flavors. The Huli Huli was my favorite. It was tangy & citrus-y sweet. The lemon pepper was too salty for my liking. Honey BBQ was the typical sweet bbq sauce. Garlic and Teriyaki were also fairly salty-- but the teriyaki had a bit of sweetness to it. The smoked was a smidge dry. There was a cajun spice we sprinkled over them but didn't really add to the flavor much. I think I was too distracted by the leathery skin of the chicken that I wasn't able to enjoy it fully. It definitely hit the spot to combat the late night cravings and hangry pangs. read more

I ordered carry out because of the loud volume in the restaurant. When I picked up the order I asked if they verified that the order was complete. Stupid my part trust anyone but myself! I'm not driving another 20+ miles for missing food items. My suggestion: don't use this restaurant for carry out as they don't use quality control . We got Boneless wings and wedges. Surprised that the place wasn't busier, the wings were hot and delicious!! We got some tossed in buffalo and honey BBQ!! The wedges were very fresh and great!! Drew - I ordered 10 boneless wings and Cajun fries. The wings are normally fat and juicy, these weren't bad but could have had better pieces. The fries weren't fully crispy, but a little. You get the point. It's okay food. Wing price is 15 bucks for 10 so that's kinda heavy, especially cause the bowls they usually come in changed. smaller portion size? Also a mosquito problem at this one, had to get a new drink. The waiter was a good dude tho, so a solid place. Kylee - um, I expected a little bit more flavor to the burger, but they didn't ask how I wanted it cooked, guess they cook the kids burgers all the same temp. Experience, food, and service were all good until the end of our meal. After we paid our bill, we asked our waiter for to go drinks, only to be told that since we already cashed out he would have to charge us for two new separate drinks on top of the ones we already paid for. When we asked for the manager he told us that according to the policy "all customers are only supposed to get 2 free refills and anything after that will be an up charge because they lose money if not". Mind you, this policy is not stated anywhere around the restaurant or in the menu. Coming from a food service worker, I know that drinks have one of the highest profit margins so I don't want to hear it about them "losing money". If you're going to have that policy, that's fine, just post it somewhere for people to see it so people like us don't sit down and pay almost $4 for a drink, just to get only 2 refills. this is the first time we ordered salads, 2 cob salads and 2 harvest salads. we brought the order home. It didn't taste awful but absolutely nothing was good. 1) all the salads had limp lettuce and some slightly brown. It should have been green and crisp. First look VERY unappealing. 2) cob salad toppings should be diced in small pieces and placed in rows. It was not. 3) The egg was cut into 4 wedges rather then chopped, and it was hard to find the small amount of avocado and the blue cheese crumbles in the salad. Between limp slightly browned lettuce, small amount of avocado and blue cheese. and not placed in the container like a cob salad should look, it was an entire fail. The restaurant should be ashamed to serve such a sub par food. The harvest salads were chosen by our guests. Was told they stop seating the last hour and they are on take out only! This location doesn't close until 12AM! Now, correct me if I am wrong but I was taught how to tell time in 1st grade! Clearly 10:33 is more than an hour before close. Asked for manager and this RUDE male came up and said take out only and he refused to sit us. He just kept saying take out only take out only. I told him I was contacting corporate and he turns to me and said, "go ahead, but we are franchised so it will do you no good." I then said I will contact the franchisee and he said "oh really!" I just shook my head as I was walking out and he is yelling behind us saying "we are the only wing place you will find that is open for orders." Very disappointing. Writing this right after we walked out the door. We were sat down at about 5:58pm and no one came to ask for our drink order or check in on us. There were two tables that were seated after us and they got their drinks and were helped before us. We noticed several workers were watching the TVs and the games instead of working - they didn't even notice us. We decided to leave after about 15 minutes of being sat down with no one coming to acknowledge us, ask for our drink order, or see if we were ready to order (which we were). The young woman at the front didn't even offer an apology when we mentioned we had been sitting there for over ten minutes and no one came to serve us, but rather laughed and gave us an apathetic look as we walked out the door. Usually the service here is 3 to 4 stars and the food is 3 to 4 stars. This was abnormal but very upsetting, especially since there were only a few other groups there and at least one was paid and about ready to leave. read more

She is from Cincinnati and tries to make every Wednesday 7 to 10 PM. Also present was Matt from season 13 I believe who is also a Cincinnati native. Both meet and greet before and after the show. I placed my first - and last - pickup order at this location today. They put my husband's wings in the bag upside down and all the sauce spilled out onto everything else in the bag. Not sure how that could even happen. I asked for no cilantro on our queso dip - we got cilantro. Why offer customizations if you're going to ignore them? And the wings themselves were inedible. My husband got bone in wings and he said they were tough and not very flavorful - probably because all the sauce spilled out onto everything else in the bag. I got boneless wings and they were like eating dry wood. Honestly, these wings were so overcooked they were like bricks. I ordered 10 and stopped eating them after I ate only 2 1/2 of them. First time at this location and not really impressed. We ordered food to go. The 3 stars are only because the Boneless wings are good. Sandwiches not so much. We had two fried tender sandwiches and a buffalo chicken sandwich. Also I got mixed signals about the sauces...this is the only time I've bet been told the sauces all have 3 heat levels? I got sweet Thai chili at Fairfield and this was never mentioned. However we ordered additional wings at the bar and that person didn't mention anything about what heat level do we want. So who knows. We had an order of "fried pickle chips" that didn't seem cooked all the way and for the price a very small amount...I mean honestly it seems like we had more potato wedges as our sides than this "shareable". Not at all what I expected for fried pickles. Mac and cheese was dry and bland. Basically if you're going for wings and a beer you're probably good. We went into this location 3 weeks ago and couldn't have been more disappointed. Our waiter, Bryce (I believe), was basically harassing us for 45 straight minutes. We ordered waters and cokes, which led to him mocking us and making AA jokes. Despite us not laughing, he just (bizarrely) continued with his annoying shtick. We asked for an extra side of BBQ sauce for our Saratoga chips and he responded with "GEEZ LOUISE, GUYS!" and brought it out 10 minutes later. He clearly didn't care that his jokes were not landing at all because he just kept right on brazenly making them. Also, he didn't use a notepad when we ordered; rather, he opted for asking us 4x in a row (legitimately) what we ordered. Oh, and refills were never given - to us or any of his tables - because he was at the table behind us trying out his accents all evening. We decided to ask to speak with a manager after we paid. A very, very young kid said he was the manager and essentially said that Bryce was the resident comedian. No apology was offered whatsoever. I have only been to this location once. I went with my brother before a Christmas Eve service at my church down the street and was very pleased with my whole experience. The building is new so obviously it is beautiful and clean and very welcoming! This was def the case and they didn't spare expense on tv screen size or amount! WOW everywhere you look had beautiful tvs with all the games you could ask for and I'm not even a sports fan. Now to the service... This I expected to not be quite to par since they only been open for a month or so but they proved me wrong! They were on top of it and did a wonderful job serving! Avoid this location. This is a nice facility, however, service is lacking. I ordered about $30 of food for myself and two kids. The chili con queso looked to be a half order (compared to another store I visited just two days prior).
