Well for one, me and my sister walked in and waited for 10 minutes for someone to even ask us what we needed, then when someone finally did ask us he was like.. off a perc 30 or something he was definitely out of it. Went at 5:30 this evening. Got the bowl meal with rootbeer and 3 piece chicken tender meal fries and pepsi with BBQ sauce. Pay gives me card back no receipt says it will be in the bag. Hands me both drinks shuts window. Could not get his attention he must have been listening to music as his head was moving. When he opened the window I ask which pop was which. He did not know neither did the kid who filled them. I told them that the punch on top was to push down on to mark. All I got was my bad. When I called to talk to manager dhe told me I don't need to call with attitude when I told her the above. Was not home yet but no bbq sauce either. My husband and I ate there December 30 for lunch. While there the kitchen staff was swearing using the F word more than once. We also saw a worker grabbing French fries out of the fry bin and eating them while in the kitchen. read more

Ordered online to be picked up at the store 6:35pm on KFC website. Was told to pick-up on shelf inside. When I arrived the door was locked & had to go through drive-thru. Got to the window & was told Door Dash just picked up my order. We didn't give our address so not sure where our food is but I can assure you it is not at our house. They would not provide us our order or refund our prepaid ticket. When I arrived home no food & out over $30 dollars. Called the store & confirmed with Manager Carson we did not order through Door Dash and have no order at my house. She stated that nothing she could do, would not give us our order & not refund us our money. The absolute worst form of Customer Service I have ever experienced. Sunday evening, 7pm. Father's Day. We placed an order in drive thru - the basic menu meals and 4 chicken tenders. Total cost - $41.85. Pretty hefty price. Got home to find that the chicken for the "three piece, dark meat, extra crispy chicken" was not in the bag. Also missing an order of fries. I can live without the fries. But all of the chicke? Nope. Go back, drive thru again (DR closed), tell them were missing chicken, received a snotty "just pull forward" remark. Teenage girl opens the window, my husband repeats the missing food to another teenage girl who ruled her eyes. We waited, watching the "party" of three laughing, carefree teenage girls in the kitchen. Offered us "a cookie" for our trouble. Got home again to find the random, cold, visibly old pieces of chicken and cold, undercooked fries. The manager, an elderly woman, refused to do anything if we couldn't go back AGAIN for her to fix the order. "They have new employees who don't know what they're doing" she stated. Told me to call corporate if I wanted to. Yes, I'll be calling corporate. If you are in the mood to throw a bunch of money away, not have a dinner with your family because you need to chase down nasty chicken from a bunch of immature teenage girls and an old woman who can't help you look no further than this KFC. read more

I told the lady taking my order what I wanted and she said it would be a #13. I asked her if I could substitute coleslaw for the fries and she said yes. I asked her if it comes with a biscuit. She said it did not but she could add one. When I got to the window Bev said can I help you? I didn't understand why she would ask me that. I told her that they took my order. My family occasionally picks it up when my grandparents come to town... and even though its free, I'm never really satisfied. The bucket combo is famously a good deal, but lot of the pieces end up being rather bony or fatty. The sides (fries, mashed potatoes, etc.) are pretty good, I guess, but they don't really make up for the chicken. They tend to over-ice their sodas and their biscuits require heavy honey-smothering to be worthwhile. This is not a particularly good KFC. If you're really hungry for some cheap Lincoln chicken, try the other locations or Raising Canes and Popeye's, its tastier competitors. read more

This was the first time I've ever been to KFC. Went through the drive thru. The music outside was playing pretty loud, I had to wait for someone to cash me out after a couple minutes, who ever took my payment wasn't wearing a mask (inside, I'm pretty sure there's still a mask mandate). This location has been remodeled and was exceptionally clean when I was there. Very well lit which is a must for me. The food on the buffet was fresh and the staff was attentive and well mannered. The open remodeled concept allows customers to see what is being done in the kitchen. This encourages me to eat there. read more

I am an almost daily visitor to my local KFC (formerly known as Kentucky Fried Chicken's Restaurant) for their delicious smashed potatoes and gravy. They have the best smashed potatoes in the world. I don't know why that old war hero who invented Kentucky Fried Chicken's is only praised for his chicken breading and heroism in combat, but his smashed potatoes recipe is by far his greatest achievement. If your grandma says she makes the best smashed potatoes, you need to cast doubt on everything she says for the rest of her life. I guess KFC has food that isn't smashed potatoes, but it's the smashed potatoes that brings me here every time, and that's all I buy. I love it, and what I do with it once the lady at the counter hands it to me, is my own damn business. I've seen people's looks when they see me carrying my takeout bag into the restroom. I don't care. I just wish they cleaned the restrooms better. They always smell like greasy turds. Like, I don't know if they came out of people greasy from all that chicken or if someone is coming in later to grease down turds, but that's the distinct scent every time. read more

Gross. Staff do not care about basic sanitation. I got the buffet for lunch, it's close to work and I felt like chicken so why not? The lady that grabbed my buffet plate was picking something out of her mouth, I mean really getting after it. Sucked her fingers off and used that hand to grab my plate. Are you kidding me? One star for this review because I was not impressed. Stopped by around 5:30p.m last Friday and had the buffet. I usually love the mashed potatoes, but that night it seemed like they had been sitting there since noon. Very dry and crusty. I felt the same way about the mac n cheese. The chicken was okay but as usual they hardly had any original recipe chicken put out. I also noticed that the biscuits were hard and dry. Normally I don't have a complaint about the food there just that the tables are never cleaned off. read more

Poor poor poor service! I live nearby and give them a shot each time. But everytime I go, they mess up my order or forget to give me my card! Today the lady at the drive thru told us we had to pull up for our grilled chicken to be done in "10 minutes", well 20 minutes passed and we went inside to see what was taking so long. The manager was getting really rude with us talking about who took our order when they have one person in the drive thru. Turns out she completely FORGOT we were waiting and still got our order wrong! I don't recommend this place to anyone! Just horrible service. read more
