Bathrooms have a code entry in a newer looking building. The place was so cold inside I am glad I was layered up. Dr.pepper was out (needed syrup) and when I asked for the drive-thru Dr.P, was told that one was out too. The cashier did get our orders right, although no dipping sauce was offered for the non-KFC chicken tenders! We were not advised that the chicken tenders were not as advertised nor KFC brand. I simply wanted to ask if they had a certain item (pot pies) bc they often give out after you've stood waiting in line for a long time. Sadly, no one acknowledged my presence at the counter. I left, and went to a Wesley Chapel location, drive thru this time, no greeting whatsoever. Then received by pot pies in sandwich bags, no explanation or anything until I inquired. This location is CONSTANTLY in the struggle. There's ALWAYS a wait for fresh hot chicken. They're ALWAYS understaffed, and it's standard for them to be out of one or more sides. Tell me how is it I can walk into your restaurant and there's a parking lot of ten (or more) cars with customers waiting for their order and a line or gathering (there wasn't a sign of a line) waiting to order or waiting FOR AN ORDER. Consistency is important, it's key...but not when it's about a bad reputation when it comes to Uber orders. You can depend on them never getting the order right, missing items, incorrect order, undercooked food...it's always a hit or miss with this location and most times it's a miss. Ordered multiple times and they always seem to forget some of my chicken as if I when I order a 16 piece family meal I always end up missing at least five pieces of chicken or three pieces of chicken is always something missing from my order, but they are usually really really good and you know food is always hot and fresh, but they need to just be more considerate of you buying a family meal and getting what you pay for. Horrible! I went last night (6/10/22) and ordered a five piece chicken wing combo and a famous bowl. When I got home, I did not have five chicken wings and whatever piece of the chicken I received, which appeared to be the drummers portion of a wingding, they were incredibly spicy and inedible inedible. I brought a three piece dinner from Kentucky fried chicken store just beyond West Park place on highway 78 eastbound. The chicken taste horrible. The breast was dried like it was sitting too long. The drum stick had no flavor and the wing look old and dry up. I believe cardboard would had a better flavor. I gave this a store two stars because the coleslaw and mash potatoes were the only items worth eating. I threw the chicken pieces in the garbage. My husband and I was heading back home and stopped in to get something to eat before getting back on the road. There was two people in the lobby that had already ordered. The cashier came around to give the other two customers their order at two different times, so the cashier seen us waiting to order. While waiting the other workers were peeking through the racks and around it at us. One worker stood at the manager door talking looking straight at us. After waiting about 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, we finally left and went across the street and ate. It seemed racial since we were the only whites in the lobby. One star is still too many stars. For starts all of the employees were in the parking lot when I arrived at 9:30. I had to wait at the drive through for the employees finish their TikTok video and come back inside the restaurant. Once they came to the intercom I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for a simple small family meal. Ordered 2 Pc meal and 12 wings. 45 Minutes I am still there! 3/23/2021 8:55 - 9:35pm After ordering from drive through, i noticed the lady in front of me not happy with her order and trying to give the food back to the lady through the drive window (I should have known then). Lady leaves and goes around front of KFC. I ordered 2 pc grilled and 12 wings, i was asked to go around front as well due to currently making grilled. ok, no problem, been pushed around front before. After 15 minutes, i am thinking, how long should this take, and thinking that she didn't say how long of a wait it would be. After 20 minutes waiting, i decide to go inside (still not upset) After about 2 minutes, the lady that ordered in front of me comes inside as well, wondering the same thing (What's taking so long?). The nice young cashier doesn't know what to say, therefore I ask for the manager. Nice cashier goes to get the manager, only 3 steps away, and she doesn't respond at all, we are both still standing there wondering if she is going to address us. Finally she (Sharee) comes and asked what's the problem, we both say we have been waiting for about 25 - 30 minutes and we would like our food. She says it is almost done, tells me that the other lady will be first ( no problem with that, she was first ), Sharee gives the lady her order and it is not complete (No fries). Lady says there are no fries here. Lady gives me my order, ( I know now I better check it) Of course i also have no fries and no drink. I tell Sharee, I was asked what side i wanted and asked for fries ( not here) and still have no drink. She walks away , as the lady and i are thinking she is going to get our fries. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I am from out of town and I stopped in because my 4 year old had to use the bathroom really bad. He was visibly unable to hold it! The cashier told me he couldn't use the bathroom unless we bought something! I told her he is 4 and has medical issues and she proceed to tell me no. This is the worst kfc that I have ever been to. We waited 20 minutes for freshly cooked chicken only to get home 10 minutes away to find out that the chicken was barely warm. The mashed potatoes were cold and had to be microwaved. The gravy was like water. We decided to call the restaurant and let them know that the food was unexceptable and that we will be returning the entire meal uneaten. We we got to the restaurant, I showed her how watery the gravy was and how cold the rest of the meal was. The manager came out and said that the gravy is supposed to be watery because it was freshly made. REALLY????? I told her that is a lie. I use to work at kfc as a teen and I know exactly how they make the gravy. So she said that they follow the directions a can't do anything about the way it turns out. REALLY?????
