The worst KFC I have ever been to. I have gone to this KFC multiple times and every time I have gone there they have not had their Tuesday special. I have always had to wait for the chicken to cook for that special, if they have the items to prepare it. Many times they do not. When I do actually get something from them, most of the times they get it wrong. I will not go to this KFC again. A specialty chicken restaurant that serves chicken, but never has the proper chicken to serve at meal times. Something totally wrong here I think, the owner should become aware of what is going on and they need to do something about this before it goes under. Drove through today and was too early for coleslaw, they don't serve it until after 10am. Came back and the young male clerk gave me the senior discount from just looking at me, I didn't ask for it, but that is ok. I love KFC coleslaw, it's the best. Service is ok. I was rolling around Lock Ford and I realized it was Lunch Time !!! I happen to run into this KFC so I rolled in and parked in Their Parking Lot. I rolled into the KFC and perused the Menu. And Ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Sammichs . I paid by Credit Card !!! The Had my Sandwich's ready to go in 5 Minutes!!! Service was Friendly and Efficient. Restaurant was Clean and Quiet !! Not worth stopping here. I placed an order ahead on the Taco Bell app. I got the message it was ready. The worker at the counter said no order had come through. When he asked the confirmed I had placed it 7 minutes ago. He said it hadn't come through so we can wait. I told him that makes ordering ahead useless and could they make my order now. I pulled it up in the app. He asked me for the items then just stood there as I answered. Then after a bit asked me to repeat them since he didn't put them into the order. Then he told me I needed to pay! I showed him I very clearly had paid. He said he couldn't place the order if I didn't pay for it all over again. Combo KFC Taco bell. Order Taco Bell and sit on the KFC dining side. Or order KFC and sit on the Taco Bell side. Or order KFC and sit on the KFC dining side. Mind boggling all your options here. I ordered from KFC and sat on the Taco Bell side.... But I'd recommend the KFC side as it looked as if the seating was more comfortable and padded. My chicken sandwich came out fast, was hot and was filling and delicious. The fries had a good seasoning to them too. You can look out on highway 88 as you eat or into the open kitchen and watch the people there hard at work. There was a drink nook where there was the typical fountain options plus a trash can in an unusually convenient location. I liked that. Everything was extremely clean floors, bathroom - amazingly spotless. Bathrooms seemed to be for any and all gender so you don't have to decide if your a guy or lady if you come here... haha. In fact, there isn't much that I didn't like about this experience. Even the two people working the register were unusually personable and easy to understand and super alert and diligent. One star gets knocked off because in the current chicken sandwich wars - the bar is set unusually high. Its fierce competition and everybody wants in on the action. Worst experience, online it says KFC is open till 12 am . Excited to get KFC and find one that was open late . Drive all the way from lodi 15 minute drive since the one in lodi closes at 10 and get to the window for the employee to tell us KFC closes at 10. If KFC closes at 10 CHANGE THE TIME TO 10 on GOOGLE INSTEAD OF 12 am so you don't waste people's time AND GAS ! read more

Don't normally review something unless the service was either really good or really poor so here it goes. My wife and I normally order from here if we want Taco Bell or KFC as we live not too far and we always seem to have a problem leaving the drive through with everything we order so make sure to double check your food as they ALWAYS forget one of our items, but that's not why I am reviewing this store. Last night I ordered a six piece of their KFC Buffalo chicken wings and in my life I have had many wings from a lot of different places I have even made my own at home in a deep fryer and I have to say these were some of the worst wings I have ever had in my life. First off they were extremely small wings with slivers of chicken on the bone, they were extremely over battered and hard, and I only got 5 out of six wings as the six wing was just a ball of batter with no chicken inside. Best way to describe these wings is popcorn chicken with bones instead of meat. Save your money and go to wing stop or Buffalo Wild Wings if you are craving chicken wings. read more
