First of all, it's half the size it used to be for all the cost. Secondly, there's no sour cream, there's some stupid thick seasoning sauce that you'd never put on over chili that I don't like. Then, there are basically no chips; there are a half dozen short, crunchy taco strips, but not enough to add anything to the salad. And they added corn to it. Fine. Not to my liking, but okay. Then there was the hamburger. It was wrapped in such a manner that you couldn't pick it up and get it out of the bag without the whole sandwich falling out. Ours fell in the floor. At least they got everything in the bag this time. That's the first time in a long time.

I witnessed what seemed to be a team lead yelling at and berating other employees for the littlest things, all while the customers could clearly see and hear. They were constantly messing up orders and remaking things, including clearing my order without even making it, then proceeding to send it to the drive through while I was standing at the counter. All of the pops in the fountain tasted flat and watered down, couldn't even tell anyone because no one would come to the counter. Once I received my food, I had noticed it was smashed, poorly made, and cold. Overall, I have never had a fast food experience be this bad, this specific taco bell always has issues and it definitely needs addressed. Do better. Update: Found some sort of blue string or scrap of paper in my crunch wrap. Seriously?
