I placed a DoorDash order to avoid the lines. I showed up, checked in their order stall and then called the number as directed on the sign. After about 5 mins I walked up to the lobby. It was locked but it had a sign that said "phones broken." I had to get in the drive thru line that I was trying to avoid. Came to get a 16 piece Family Meal. The chicken was raw. Called and spoke to Alicia who is the "manager" she was very rude and said I was bsing. She said it couldn't be raw because the chicken is pre cooked and they just put it in the deep frier. She told me to come back and I would get a refund. Came back around 8 to then say I will only get a refund for ONE chicken which that's not what was told to me on the phone. Taste is all about personal preferences, but for my money, KFC Original Recipe chicken is hard to beat. With no Bojangles in the area, the title for "Best Fried Chicken" goes to KFC. After a couple of minutes a female worker came out from the back taking an order curb size as she passed by she said we aren't taking orders in the lobby and walked outside. The restaurant had not been open for long and just about every single table was dirty from what I can only assume was the day before. This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell ever. The girl at the front, taking orders didn't know how to use the computer. She had to go back twice to get help on how to ring in my order. I only ordered a combo meal. The manager never came out. It took almost five minutes to order my food. It took another 5 minutes to order food for the guy behind me. I watched this happen at least 6 more times, during my meal. The manager never came out to help this poor, untrained girl. The girl also had gross dirt under her fingernails and the kid sitting on break, in the dining room, was dirty and sloppy. The drive thru woman was EXTREAMLY rude. I had a simple order I asked for 2 regular soft tacos with sour cream and she treated me as if I was a burden when I asked for the addition of sour cream and she goes "any sauce" very quietly and I didn't hear her so I said "in sorry what was that, she then proceeded to yell thru the speaker "Sauce?" This place is a joke! I had a complaint for being over charged for a item. I brought it to their attention. The snotty girl Juanita looked at me and said "you really want me to refund your money" she said very condescending. I said yes I do! She was absolutely unprofessional. I asked why I was overcharged her excuse She yelled at me" I haven't been trained" keep in mind this is the assistant manager. She then just walked away and didn't come back. I called talked to the General Manager Ed. He didn't apologize for his employees behavior his response "there's two sides to every story". I ordered the $20 family fill up and was told that location does not carry it anymore. Asked if there was anything that was similar to it with a similar price. Was charged 25 for less food. It took two employees to handle that order. Then I was told it would take eight minutes. More than 15 minutes later I got my food. The pieces were glistening with oil but not been cooked long enough. They said the only thing they could do is throw in potatoes. Would not refund, or correct the situation. Asked to speak to the manager and they confirmed there was nothing more they could do. Well well well those are words I have lived by for years. My wife, Maxine, chooses to live by the words "pour me something hard and strong, make it a hurricane before I go insane". But enough about our marital bliss. Maxine and I decided to visit our dear friends Todd and Lupita in Johnstown and they took us here to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary. It was a bit fancy pants for Maxine, but I just thought it was fine. Mighty fine place. Finally a restaurant that has proper decor, a wide variety of beverages and tasty food. Maxine and Lupita, who share in their love of sangria, were surprisingly not upset at the lack of alcohol. They kept talking about a new concoction they'd put in their Sprite; was it purple Hank? Or purple rank? I dunno, back to the food. Chicken in the bucket, chicken in the beans! Karl and I ordered the new Nashville chicken meals while Maxine and Lupita ordered chicken beans. Here's the deal about this Nashville chicken, it is finger lickin' goooooood. However, having spent many overnights in Nashville, I'd say it was a bit lacking in true Nashville chicken flavor. Maxine and I were HUGE fans of Nashville Star and would frequent the honky tonks and bars before feasting on Nashville chicken and each other. The pickles on the Nashville chicken in the actual Nashville were different than the pickles on the Nashville chicken in the Johnstown CO, USA. You cannot simply try to slip this by us and expect me to return, not ever. The next day I did return and I ordered what I now call "KFC Not-sure-ville chicken served in Johnstown" and it was still very good, but those blasted pickles, ugh, doesn't anyone care about baby boomers anymore! I never complain about costumer service, I know it's rough and nights can be really hard, but I hope this can help fix the problem. August 4th was a rough night. After pulling into the drive in around 9:25pm, the person in front of us waited for more than 5 minutes and just drove away, confused, we pulled up to the order speaker. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and after so many times of saying "hello, is anyone there?" We got annoyed and just decided to pull up to the windows and tell them that it might be broken. The lady inside saw us pull up and asked her coworker why we were there, thinking they were going to come and ask what was going on, but no, they walked away and kept on with what they were doing for another few minutes. The other coworker came up to the window and turned on their headset and started taking orders for the people BEHIND us, totally ignoring us. After waiting another 5 minutes, they opened up the window and asked what we wanted to order. They looked like they were already getting ready to close (even though they still had 2 hours left open) and were not in a good mood to take our order. I don't know what was going tonight, but I hope it gets better. read more

REPOSTING EVERY THING I POSTED FOR TACO BELL FOR THIS LOCATION SINCE IT IS A KFC/TACO BELL LANGUAGE ALERT, What I have wrote are the words I heard - No BS, I WILL REPLY BACK IF ANYONE FROM THIS PLACE OR TACO BELL CORPORATE RESPONDS. For all I know the female I talk about below was a manager, I honestly don't know. (Kind of made me mad I couldn't actually post survey on their site. In not going to start over on there survey. Just WILL visit the better location on Lincoln. Can't wait to get back to Texas for Taco Bueno and Taco Casa and Rosa's. Spent forever writing review on their survey, went over 1200 word limit I guess. Tried to narrow down(still took time) and then it said I timed out on survey time. So below is what I was writing on there survey that wouldn't go through. So i am copy and pasting here. FYI - I'm 45 yr old passive male and NOT a picky person, but this was ridiculous - Walked in and ONLY one person was in restaurant eating. Used restroom went to counter to order (no one else in line), had to wait 30-45 sec (doesn't seem long but count out that much time to see how long it actually is), the wait didn't really bother me, what bothered me was some girl or woman (not a lady for sure) was loud and cursing, she said motherfucker and fucker in the same sentence pretty loud. I looked around in kinda shock (you might talk like that on your own time but don't talk like that where customers can see you and hear you at the counter and probably the door to the restaurant). She was complaining about someone, either a employee or another previous customer but don't think that the employee was there she was complaining about if it was a employee. The guy that took my order was nice (teenager), but I had to kind of mildly argue with him over Happy Hour drink prices. I always say "its happy hour right" just to remind them and he said "I don't think so, we are updating some prices" (now its 4:20 pm and happy hour is till 5 and I pointed to the sign behind him). So even if some changes are happening you still give customers the sale price especially since you still have it on your sign. He did but, seemed to have to punch way to many buttons to get me the $1 drink price. Other than that, I had no issues with kid taking my order. He was nice. While I was sitting there eating (about 20-25 ft from counter and "cussing lady was at least another 10 feet back from counter from there) and I could still here this female (not gonna call her a woman either she acted like a child) talking or complaining loud and another "fucker" comes from her mouth. I finish eating and while I'm leaving I still hear "fucker" 2 more times. That's why I chose to definitely do this survey. I usually don't for Taco Bell (this store is a KFC/Taco Bell). I do surveys for the free food and taco bells isn't about free food, luckily this is considered a KFC. In Texas Taco Bell is last resort with So many better option (Taco Bueno, Taco Casa So I am kind of in Aw about employees here at this location, but that's not all. FYI the female cussing was kind of short if you want to know. NASTY TABLES When filling my drink waiting on food, I count 3 flies and dirty counter space by machines, I write it off on the flies cause they are annoying but stubborn and hard to get rid of sometimes, but as walking to table I pass like 6 small tables looking for place to sit, THEY ARE ALL DIRTY and I count 8 more flies (that 11 without looking for them). There could have been 20 more at the tables further away from me. All the flies were within 6 feet of me other than 3 at drink counter. THERE WAS NO EXCUSE FOR THE TABLES TO BE DIRTY. 3 PEOPLE WERE ORIGINALLY STANDING AROUND IN BACK WHEN I ORIGINALLY GOT THERE. 1st time visiting this location (only did cause fast and close to hospital, but trust me I will go anywhere BUT this location again)!!!! I'm from Texas and visit Loveland every summer for last 5 years. I always go to taco bell up on Eisenhower and 287 closer to downtown, this store is always very clean and nice employees. this kfc is literally like something you see in the movies... i'm honestly surprised they don't have rats running around. To start, the girl who took my order was extremely rude.
