First time trying this place since they don't have it in my hometown. I thought it was really good, it had just the right amount of seasoning. I tried the kicking Kay Lynn and the classic w onions. I think getting the sandwhich wasn't for me as I enjoyed eating it more on its own. My girlfriend didn't really enjoy the turkey club but that's not what they are known for. Made the drive from Thornton because I saw this on my FYP on tik tok! It was soooo good and worth the hype but it's so far from my house. I think next time I will try the DTC location if I'm ever in Denver. I got the dixie chick and the Jill pickle and absolutely loved both of them. The pickle one didn't have much of a pickle flavor to me but it was still delish. The service was great and the person taking our order was very friendly. It wasn't too busy and we came around 1:30 pm on a Monday. It's a cute spot and kinda feels old school, idk how to explain it. A small shop with a honey feel. Order at the counter from friendly folks. I explained that it was my 1st time and the cashiers were happy to help explain how it worked. A friend had told me how yummy it was, so I had to try it. I got 2 scoops - the lemon basil and the classic. Its served with some crackers, a pickle spear, and a cookie. Food: I had the sassy Scotty chicken salad on a croissant! It was delicious, I loved it. The tartness from the ranch and saltiness from the bacon paired with the chicken for a pleasant surprise. It came with a side soup, and I chose the loaded potato soup which was delicious, warming for a cold day. Lots of cheese and bacon, potatoes were tender too. The cookie was ok, I liked the frosting but the actual cookie was just a little too dry for me. Service: The food came out fast, the person who took our order though seemed almost a little bored. Like she was twiddling with her headset. It didn't detract from my experience at all though. Atmosphere: Lots of seasonal decorations up, and I liked the tall and slender outline for the restaurant. Not a super wide area but pretty long, it just felt cozy. Overall: I recommend this place, I'm excited to try some of their other flavors too! i would give a zero if i could, i ordered from here for dinner through uber eats after work , i have never had this place before but heard it was good so i was excited. i ordered a pimento chicken salad sandwich and two buttercream flower cookies. when i got the order i was missing a cookie and then went to try the sandwich and only thing that was on my sandwich was the pimento cheese toppings....... no chicken salad. absolutely disgusting. won't be returning and suggest people stay away from here. read more

I ordered the sassy scotty on a croissant and I love it. It's super fresh and flavorful. I know a lot of people complain about the size of the sandwich but I personally think you get a lot of food for the price. I'll definitely continue ordering from here in the future. read more

We eat at the CSC near our home in Johnstown, Colorado. Today we went in for a takeout and were attacked by the manager of your store. She recognized me and said she "had been watching me". She proceeded to get angry because we used a small cup at the drink counter. This post is about the hateful treatment of a customer who frequents this store. If you continue to allow this woman to abuse customers with such hate, it would not surprise me if this location fails. If she treats a frequent customer this way,, one can only imagine how she treats your employees. Having been a manager at several law firms, I understand the seriousness of her behavior. In closing, we will never return to your restaurant. She just cost you a very good customer who spends between $40 and $57 every time we go here. FABULOUS! Five STARS for sure. The only thing I regret is that we didn't visit the Chicken Salad Chick sooner. We had the Cranberry Kelli and Lauryn's Lemon Basil scoops. Both were amazing...I would not be able to pick a favorite. We also enjoyed the seasonal strawberry salad with poppy seed dressing - so very tasty! And big bonus - if you Make It a Trio, you get a very lovely frosted buttercream cookie. Can't wait to go back! read more

Delicious! Bright and sunny ambiance and great service. I was expecting a Panera-esque experience but the staff bring your food to your table and pick it up when you're done. Really great! Also, their sweet tea is delicious! If you're unsure of which chicken salad to get, I'd recommend Olivia's Old South. Tastes like a good old fashioned chicken salad with a hint of sweet relish. I've visited this location before and was pleased. Today the experience fell short. My sandwich was primarily croissant. The little portion I had of chicken salad was delicious but the chicken to croissant ratio was a disappointment. Not sure why this place doesn't have more reviews but OMG so good! There are so many options and combinations, and it's all delicious. The interior has a very charming and warming feel. And most of all, the staff is so friendly! We took forever for our party of 5 to decide what we wanted, and everyone was so patient and helpful with suggestions.
