The restaurant was half full, plenty of parking- we were greeted with a smile and seated immediately. The waitress was prompt, took our order and delivered our food as we ordered and in a timely fashion. She was very friendly checked back a couple times and the food was good! It was reasonably priced and the boneless wings were good. We also got the onion rings and cheese curds and serving size was plenty! We had leftovers! For a quick bite to eat, some sports on tv and a friendly it's a good spot to eat at. very casual, a little noisy and busy but the TVs and the atmosphere is what BWW is known for. It was ok. Idk, BWW in general all across locations have slipped. Our server was amazing. Bartender sent me wrong beer but she comped it. Food is mediocre. The food we had was good. I had tots with brisket, queso and jalapenos and an iced tea. The servers were attentive. They mixed up our bill with someone else. Some of the tin rectangle plates could have used another run through the dish washer. There is room for improvement. read more

As far as the food the wings were good and lots of TV screens with your favorite sport on.. Those screens help to pass the time while you wait to be served. That brings us to the downside, short staffed, Maybe the wait staff should not make a statement out loud "there's only 2 of us, they can wait" Kind of makes the wait more painful. read more

It's just ok now, we came in to watch UFC 298 & drank a buncha beers then ordered food & the fries were cold & the brisket burger was just luke warm. Potato wedges were good, nice and crispy. Don't bother with the bacon bits, they add little to the experience. This was a mid-afternoon takeout order, but still no excuse for reheated food. The walls were torn up, insulation hanging out. The place had maybe 3 tables filled. There were dirty napkins, chicken bones, straw wrappers, and broken dishes all over the floor. And I mean ALL OVER, not just here and there. We walked over the mess to your table. There was food smeared all over our table and the seats of the booth. They sat us there without batting an eye. Waitresses just standing around, chatting with friends and each other instead of cleaning up the mess. It seriously looked like there was a big fight or some kind of bomb had gone off inside the restaurant. I have been to many BWW locations and have never once seen anything like this before. Pro Tip: Look for the wing specials, every time I've gotten something that's Limited time, like when they had those Blue Moon BBQ Wings (Pllleeeeaaasssseeee bring those back, I'll pay double!!!) or the Korean BBQ Wings, etc. I've just been over the moon with them. We got the drinks then first bit food was side ranch then my order, ten minutes later got husband finally got his wings. Then proceeded to wait over 30 minutes for sons meal that never came but finally got onion ring appetizer that were burnt got so mad . We Paid for our drinks barely got talk to a manager, gave up and left. If can't serve a tables meal with five of person receiving their meal don't bother being in business. I've only been to this location twice, and will not be coming back. The first time I came we were sat very quickly, but proceeded to wait 45 minutes for a sever we had to go ask a staff member just for a server, ridiculous! On top of that our fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were both undercooked, the inside was just batter! We decided to come again in hopes of better results. We got nachos as an appetizer and I asked for no onions, and of course it came with onions. Our drinks were gone for at least 15 minutes before getting a refill. Then we waited over 25 minutes just to get the check. I informed the manager in hopes of an apology or something to make up for it (such as compensation). He proceeded to say "thanks for letting me know". He didn't even apologize! It's completely absurd how terrible the service is here. Our High School swim team finished aconference meet nearby. Calling ageless for 30seats, we arrived and were seated by staff in an area for the group.. apparently those tables were for another swim team/group ll. The servers asked us to move to another set of tables that were being set up. Once seated, the kids food took FOREVER, the parents sat in the bar area, finished before the kids were even served. 2 hours in, most of the kids hadn't received their food yet, but were getting their checks. The waiter was good and he was the ONLY ONE thing to be considered to be good. The wings were drier than the Arabian desert, you can't swallow that. I am going to say that the sand paper estimate was 60 grit. In contrast, with the Arabian desert, the air conditioner was toooooo cold. I think I got pneumonia after being there.
