Delicious! Clean! Quickly! Just like at home. Every option your mom's made you and more! Even the halo-halo!

This is exactly what Johnstown needed. Boba and snacks were delicious. I ordered the Oreo waffle and Turon which is a banana egg roll.

    Brown sugar Milk tea boba.

The boba was great but it took them 25 minutes to get a brown sugar milk tea boba out and 3 fried Oreos. Mind you they had drinks in front of me but it was all drinks. It's not so quickly ... also Oreos not what I expected them to look like lol

Porkchopsilog (breaded deep fried porkchop) and Sinigang Fries.

Finally found a place serving Filipino food! I'm so happy! Food is made fresh to order, so there's going to be a wait for that. Seating is like a normal boba shop, and it's tucked away between other shops. I ordered the Porkchopsilog (breaded deep fried porkchop) and Sinigang Fries to go. The porkchop was nice and salty, crispy, and just so tasty. If only there was a sauce that goes with it, but still, it's really good. As for the Sinigang Fries, it has a citrus taste to it, but you may want to eat it fresh there. I brought it home from a 30 minute drive and some got soggy from that drive. I still love it though. I can't want to try all the Filipino dishes they have! Too bad they don't make small bowls of their adobo and such. You have to get party trays of those...

    Beef Lumpia (7pcs.)

We tried the Lechon Kawali, Pancit Bihon, and the Tapsilog with garlic rice. All were so delicious and flavorful. They have so much other desserts to offer. A lot of people came for the Boba Tea. If you have not gone there yet...you are in for a treat. Turon for dessert will be your new go to.

This venue is in a small space. Seating is limited, and whether dining in or taking out, it's well worth the visit. Order at the counter or scan the QR code. Your item is called out when ready so be at ear shot :) All items are in takeout boxes. Pancit noodles were cold. They were happy to address this. They were on the salty side though. Chicken add on - delicious but very hot! Filipino spaghetti - delicious and flavorful. There is a distinctive sweetness which fits right in with the flavor profile. This was lukewarm. Egg puffs: you get 5 large egg shaped cakes. I chose powdered sugar on top and it was perfect! Boba tea: regular sweetness was way too sweet. One thing they could improve on is switching out their tiny plastic forks. Plus we were given one tiny napkin. Luckily you can get more at the counter. I fully expect this to be a takeout place given the cold/lukewarm temperatures plus tiny plastic forks.

This is mainly a bubble tea shop that serves Filipino food. We ordered the fried chicken, they were large pieces and crispy. I enjoyed the spaghetti, it was just the right amount of sweetness. My nephew devoured the pork chops. The Lechon Kawali came out overcooked, but they were nice enough to offer a new batch and gave us new lechon. The breakfast entrees came with garlic fried rice and a perfectly cooked egg. We ended the meal with a really good sized halo halo. It came with leche flan, it was great. The kids loved their brown sugar latte with crema and boba. Can't wait to try their sisig once it's available.

Mochi waffles, taro, oreos and chocolate. Takoyaki & Spam Musubi.

This is a cute little place. They are so friendly and very welcoming. It has a big selection of boba and tea drinks that are so yummy. We have tried all the mochi waffles and Love them all. They aren't too sweet with a perfect crunch with a chewy center and are served warm and fresh. We have had the spam musubi, and it reminds me of home (I'm from Hawaii). Our other favorite is the takoyaki they are warm and delicious. We look forward to trying more of their menu.

Boba tea and delicious chicken snack!

I ordered the Brisket Plate as it offered both fatty and lean brisket, with two sides and a corbread muffin. The meal also came with samples of three of their BBQ sauces. For my sides I choose the baked beans and the mac & cheese. The brisket was sliced thin but it wasnt dry. It was tender and had a nice smoke flavor. The baked beans were great. They had good texture as there was a variety of beans used and they had a nice hint of sweetness. As for the mac & cheese, I would say it wasnt my favorite, but the noodles were perfectly cooked. The cornbread was tasty and sweet and was both moist and tender.

Luckily slightly different things were ordered each time. The restaurant and parking lot were busy. It is casual and popular. The wait was quite long so we ended up sitting in the bar. Our young server was very good and friendly. Nordy's in the bar was loud and bustling as you'd imagine but a fun atmosphere for lunch. We enjoyed our meals & drinks. The coleslaw with tiny noodles in it , aka as pasta slaw, was the bomb! I could have eaten more of that. The Mac & cheese was good. The corn muffin was delish. The grilled chicken salad was so tasty as was the pulled pork. I tried multiple table-side bbq sauces on the chicken and enjoyed them all except I didn't try the jalapeño one. Also, the beans are so flavorful. Really can't go wrong with the bbq here. I will definitely be back.

My wife and I don't eat out very often, so when we do, it's a big deal. This was supposed to be a…read moredate night, a little "I love you" dinner where neither of us had to cook. Instead, I accidentally took her to intermittent fasting with table service. We both ordered bowls. She got the Pineapple Bowl ($21), and I got the Lazy Dog Bowl ($20). When they arrived, we honestly thought maybe the rest of the meal was still coming. Nope. That was the whole production. Each bowl featured what appeared to be half of a chicken breast. Not "about" half. I mean it genuinely looked like one chicken made the ultimate sacrifice so two entrées could exist. Somewhere in the kitchen a chef is holding a ruler saying, "Easy... if anyone gets an extra bite, corporate loses twelve cents." I've had Costco samples with more commitment. The best part was watching my wife try to convince herself she was full because she didn't want to ruin date night. That's when you know you're in trouble. When your spouse starts chewing slower because she's hoping time will create calories. You know how sometimes you get annoyed when the waiter or manager keeps coming by asking how your meal is and if everything is alright? The good news was that Lazy Dog definitely doesn't have this issue: Nobody asked how the food was. Not our server. Not a manager. Not a passing employee. Not even the emotional support dog I assume inspired the restaurant's name. It was almost as if everyone already knew the answer. The only thing that arrived promptly and confidently was the bill. For over $40, I wasn't expecting to leave stuffed, but I was hoping to leave without wondering whether we should split a cheeseburger at the drive-thru on the way home. I've seen airport salads with a stronger sense of abundance. The food wasn't bad. That's almost what makes it worse. It tasted good enough that I wished there had been... more than six bites of it. Lazy Dog, I came hoping to impress my wife. Instead, you gave us a memorable evening, a shared chicken breast, and the strongest argument we've ever had for eating before we go out.

Sis and I shared a Mediterranean Panini with chicken and no hummus. They actually brought it on two plates and split the fries. Very beautiful presentation. Unfortunately the fries weren't really warm and were kind of blah. But the sandwich itself was tasty. Two friends each had a margarita pizza, which comes on a cauliflower crust. They should've shared it because both took half home! Again, it was a beautiful presentation. They both said it was very tasty. Sis and I each had some tomato soup and it lacked flavor unfortunately. Yes, we would encourage you to go to - - a nice broad menu so everybody should be able to find something

I had never heard of Fat Shack, as we just moved here but as we were walking by, honestly headed to Smashburger, a sign on Fat Shack caught his eye, stating that on the store anniversary (the 15th) you can get a milkshake for 15 cents! I wanted to check out the flower/gift store next door first before eating so as we continued on our way, a man ran out and explained to us about the poster and how every month on the 15th he was going to choose an item to be 15 cents for that day. I thought it was really great to see such a go-getter attitude, you don't see that much these days (usually just get the millennial stare when ordering anything nowadays haha). I digress, after going to the flower/gift shop, I asked the kids if they still wanted Smashburger or wanted to try Fat Shack, especially after meeting the nice man. They enthusiastically replied Fat Shack! We went inside and the guy chatted to us about the menu and even obliged my request for bacon and jalapeños to be added to my cheese fries. He heard the kids liked milkshakes, and gave them a little cup to try the chocolate flavor out and totally spoiled us by also letting us taste the fried Oreos and funnel cake bites. They have coloring books and crayons for kids too which my daughter loved. To top it all off, my son, who in his own mind, is a burger connoisseur, declared his cheeseburger from here Top 2 in best burgers he's ever had (sorry, I don't think anything will ever knock in n out from its golden spot for him haha) so that really is sayin somethin! We will definitely be back for the good food and good company!
