I placed an order at KFC to be ready by 12:15 PM on June 17, 2026. I arrived at the drive-thru at 12:13 PM, expecting a quick and simple pickup, especially since I had my 4-month-old daughter crying in the car. Instead, I was told I had to come inside to get my food. Once inside, I watched several customers place their orders and receive their food before me, even though I had ordered ahead of time. That made no sense and was extremely frustrating. I did not receive my food until 12:34 PM, nearly 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. On top of that, I had to fill up my own drinks. I have been going to KFC for years, but this experience was very disappointing. Ordering ahead should make the process easier, not more stressful. After this visit, I do not plan on returning. OMG! This place is awful. I went o the drive up at 7PM on 7/9/26. The girl asked me to wait a minute. After over 10 minutes and several cars behind me, I gave it the 10 sec countdown then went to the window and honked. The same girl said she was the only one working there. I told her they shouldn't be in business if they can't take an order on a timely basis and I would be making a complaint. She got angry, swore at me then shut the window. I contacted a manager(so he claimed) and he said he would speak with her.He had my phone # but never called me back. I will never go there again as I would be afraid of my food being tainted as retribution for my complaint. You can do better at Popeye's, Raising Cane or Dave's Hot Chicken. read more

This restaurant is very consistent. You will never get exactly what you ordered. Literally EVERY time I've ordered here something was wrong with the order. We entered the building on Thursday night, around 6:45 and there were several people standing around waiting for their orders. We stood near the register waiting to be acknowledged. There were at least six people working and they were all working to pack up online orders. About 10 minutes go by before one person acknowledged us and said they would be with us shortly. This is fucking horrible. At the time of writing this I have been here for 25 minutes, and they just told me they're only starting on my order. One of the people at the counter, Christina, looked very obviously like she wanted to smack me for having the gall to be here. She actually slammed the register while staring at me, hard. Then about 5 minutes after I ordered she stormed out. The woman who took the counter after her proceeded to act mildly racist to a woman who obviously was struggling with english as a second language. The floors are NASTY. I mean my shoes are sticking to the floor with that nasty peeling sound like you get when you step in 3 day old soda. There's trash all over the place, and behind the counter doesn't look any better. The Extra crispy chicken I ordered was, Out of the Box a light cream color and was about as far from extra crispy as chicken coating can get, the chicken itself tasted old and chewy. The 2nd bite was spit back into the Box in disgust. The chicken tasted like bad hospital cafeteria breaded chicken and I mean BAD hospital Cafeteria breaded chicken. The macaroni cheese tasted like it was made sometime back in the early 2000s And even the mashed potatoes and gravy weren't what they were supposed to be I can only imagine that the colonel is spinning in his grave somewhere because of what he built and fought so hard to make an American icon has become.. I asked if the drive thru was closed as there weren't any signs that stated it was closed. The woman then responded "inside. You can place your order inside." They weren't busy at all smh. First off, the lady who was talking to me through the drive through was rude asf and when she apparently couldn't hear us when we were still talking loud and repeating ourselves. Went in to place an order for extra crispy. I was told that there would be a 25 Minute wait. Clearly the management at this is quite incapable of managing the inventory. I realized that KFC is another of the companies that believes they do not need to provide quality customer service. If there's an argument for the power of a brand and it's food, certainly many fast food operations benefit from it. This place has got to be competing with the McD next door for absolute worst service possible. I think the tight job market makes it even more difficult to get good workers, but this place has always had terrible service. Went on a recent Saturday, was first in the order line with a lot of folks waiting for food and left after 15 minutes without placing an order. They closed 45 minutes early and would give me my Uber eats order (I work for Uber eats) .. they told me they close at 10:30.. and it was 10:15 .. and their website and schedule on the door says they close at 11.
