My wife and I decided to finally check this place out and I'm glad we did. The service was prompt and accommodating, while not being overbearing. The food was excellent with great spices that aren't muted like many of the super Americanized Indian restaurants around. You can really taste and smell the spices and that really is something I've been missing in other Indian restaurants. The portions are great. Biriyani wasextremely flavorful chicken and nicely spiced rice. The rice texture was perfectly fluffy and not oily or anything like that. We also got a bunch of different grilled chickens to go (tandoori, etc), and they were all nothing short of amazing. Definitely give this place a chance if you want some very good Indian food. I'm so excited we have a new amazing Indian restaurant in town! I tried the mirchi bhajji, which was absolutely delicious and perfectly spicy. I also ordered the chicken biryani because that is the name of the restaurant afterall. Wow! Best biryani I've ever had. You can taste every single one of the 30 spices in the dish. I also had the buttered roti. All were delicious. Big portions sizes. I'll be back for sure! They offer online ordering that will notify you when your order is ready via email. When I walked in to pick up my take-out order, I was warmly welcomed by 2 staff members. We chatted for a bit about their recent opening and their food. I highly recommend this restaurant!  Unfortunately the other local options for Indian food have gone way downhill, so I was delighted when I looked to see if any new restaurants opened and found this restaurant just opened this past weekend. read more

Service is very quick. They do not offer any complimentary items like papadums. The chicken in the biryani did not taste like it was marinated. The appetizers could have been offered in a smaller size at a lesser price. Since they have a tandoor oven up front they should push tandoor appetizers. The food was what you hoped it would be. That said, ... It is slow coming out of the kitchen, there's nothing put on the table to distract you from that such as papadam, the counter could use a quart of paint, and the parking lot has holes so big you might lose your front end in it. They need a better location, and to pick up the pace if they want a lunch crowd. Next time, and we plan on there being a next time, we'll call it in as a take-out, before heading over. read more

The food here is amazing! The staff is friendly and gave me a free appetizer because our food was taking a long time. ( I didn't think it took long at all). I will say that the interior of the restaurant could use a revamp. It's very boring and rundown but the taste of the food outweighs my regard for it! read more

Been here a number of times. The most authentic food in NH. Also better than most of the places in Boston. The juiciest tandoori chicken and chicken tikka. Fresh made naan, authentic Nihari and Haleem like from back home. Goat curry is also extraordinary. Great chai and lassi. Also a fan of the robust biriyani. All of our food was absolutely delicious. The chili Gobi appetizer was delicious, the naan and mango lassi were great too. The vegetarian Bagara Baigan is a dish I haven't seen on other menus and it was great. And my companion said the lamb korma was one of the best she had had. I highly recommend it. read more

This is as authentic Pakistani/Indian food as you can get. It's absolutely fantastic. Items here can't even be found in Boston like Nihari, Haleem, Goat Curry etc. The Classic Dum Biryani is pure goodness from Hyderabad. Finally (and this is important), the Chicken Tandoori is the best you will ever have. 99% of other Indian restaurants end up with painfully dried out chicken with a thin layer of spice. Here the chicken is incredibly juicy and the spices permeate the entire piece of meat. Eating it off the bone makes it even more flavorful. Trust me on this one. I was shocked that it was so good. In New Hampshire of all places! The only other place I've had Pakistani/Indian food so good and home made is in the NJ/NYC area. Nothing else in Boston or New Hampshire even comes close. Many other restaurants change their food to match more conventional, mainstream tastes. I swear, you will get the real deal here! So incredibly happy this place exists, so I don't have to wait to visit family in NJ to get such good food when I'm having a craving! read more

Soooooo good. I live overseas in a big South/Southeast Asian community so I've had lots of great, authentic Indian food. I was really craving some sort of curry and decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did. I ordered some naan and saag/palak paneer (spinach and Indian cheese (similar to cottage cheese) curry) and it was delicious. The naan is huge and fresh and warm. The palak paneer amazing. Classic Biryani serves some of the best Indian food I've ever had. All of the curries have exceptional flavor that is hard to come by. Their papadums and the gobi 65 are delicious and their chai as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for authentic Indian food. read more

I started my dining here with a complimentary masala tea. It was so good that I had three cups! I ordered garlic naan, butter chicken with rice. The butter chicken is delicious! It's not too spicy or not too sweet. The garlic naan is thin and crunchy. Definitely coming back here again! read more

Love spicy but this was almost not edible and I hadn't ordered it spicy. Chicken Tikka masala was made with thighs not white meat. The chicken was not marinated. The sauce was just standard curry not a tikka masala sauce. The Channa saag had maybe 10 chickpeas in it.... garlic naan was very tiny not really naan. paid a 10$ delivery fee. Wish I could get a refund.... really disappointed read more

Charming, quaint and cozy, if a bit rustic and in need of a fresh coat of paint. The food is amazing, super authentic, delicious and full of flavor. If the interior smelled and looked as good as the food, this would be an easy 5-star. I don't have a lot of experience with Indian food but this place opened nearby to me and I hadn't tried it. I ordered the chicken curry which comes with rice. And the naan bread. While I was waiting for my order they gave me some masala tea which tasted kinda like Chai, and even got to try an appetizer- It's hard to explain it was like a round little crunchy bowl with roasted chickpeas and broth. Everyone is so nice there! Anyway I just got home and my food is really really good and there's a lot of it I'm definitely gonna have leftovers for a couple days. I will definitely recommend. Amazingly nice people and service, and great food. I ordered a dish with okra and the server let me know that they'd had some feedback that the current crop was a bit tough and chewy, I ordered it anyway (it was great!) and the chef came out as we were leaving to ask me how it was. Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. Chef Mac did an excellent job. Everything so fresh. You will not be disappointed.
