Dinner options that evening on the way to the hotel in Manchester, NH brought me to this Subway restaurant in nearby Bedford. We had road tripped from Boston Logan international airport and headed across state lines into New Hampshire that evening. I thought of what's cheap and open in New Hampshire around 8:30pm on a Thursday evening. My friend was still full from the Five Guys earlier, so I ended up deciding on Subway and proceeded to mobile my order in when we got to maybe 20 miles away, so we'd pull up and the order would be as freshly made as possible. The entire experience here, along with the mobile ordering, took about 10 minutes in total. Took me 5 minutes to put in the order while on the road, then 2 minutes to pick up the order after arriving and entering the store. It was definitely quick and painless. The lady was helping someone when I was arrived, but my order was already made and waiting for me. She was friendly and nice. So it was just a quick grab and go. Subway's mobile ordering system & app made it so simple, it's really remarkable at how these online ordering apps made life so much more easier and definitely convenient for anyone of us who are on the road and want something healthy to have. Quite nice these days for sure. I enjoyed the ease of building my order and quickly paying for it with a payment method already on the app. It's quite the godsend that technology and community has done to make life so much more enjoyable to endure. The overall experience here at this particular Subway restaurant location in Bedford, NH was quick and easy. It was cool to find an open Subway restaurant in the area that was open till 10pm that evening thru the mobile app. I enjoyed ordering online so I could use the time to get to my hotel and unwind instead of waiting for my sandwich to get made. The restaurant itself was quite empty when I was there for a brief moment but very clean and definitely spotless. Everything was seemed to be put away for the night and thought it was nice too that the restaurant is quite a standard design, so you can recognize the restaurant inside and outside. I ended up getting a turkey ham foot-long with everything on it except jalapeños. I need mustard a good thing along with mayonnaise and pepper. I also got three cookies and a medium size drink, which turned out to be raspberry iced tea. I try to not drink soda so the cookies would taste a little bit better and sweeter. For the most part, though, subway can be your potential option for anybody, depending on what you're getting. It is also a nice meal treats alternative versus McDonald's, Burger King, and all the other fast food ideas you may have. It just feels healthier eating here. At least that's what I think. This particular subway restaurant is located in Bedford, New Hampshire. Its physical address is 209 Route 101. Right off the highway. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. Mobile app ordering is key here because if you're on the road and want something before the store is closed for the night, timing is key here, unless you have the restaurant's phone number and you can phone it in. As far as parking goes, they have a generous amount, a parking for you to park and grab your order, since they share a parking lot with other restaurants and commercial stores nearby. Not sure if Ed, New Hampshire has public transportation that shares with other neighboring towns with Manchester, New Hampshire, but obviously ideally you would want to have a car of your own or rent one. Of course, if you don't have the means to do that, you can also have an Uber or Lyft at your disposal. As for me, though, I had a friend drive me from Boston Logan International Airport to my hotel in Manchester, but we made a pitstop here to grab dinner in Bedford, New Hampshire. So it worked out though, friend bonding time, and I get a free ride to my hotel. The footlong was made fresh to order and was definitely the highlight of my travel day. It was 9am and I was hungry. I had a business meeting at 10am and I knew I should have eaten before I left my home. I go to Yelp to find something close to where my meeting is, and it is a Subway. It has been years since I have been to one and wasn't impressed with the results. ALL THAT CHANGED... when I walked into this one. I was greeted by a gentleman named John. John came down from the heavens to serve me a Meatball Sub at 9am. 9am people. 9am. As we chatted, I mentioned that I was concerned I was going to get sauce on my suit, as that is just the way it is going to go down. I jokingly said that I wish I had one of those Subway shirts to dawn upon me for protection. He gives me a brand new Subway shirt still in the wrapping. Who does that? He did. I went there today and the people behind the counter were pleasant and efficient. Why give a random Subway in NH a 5 star rating? I give it that rating because this particular location has a group of people that go above and beyond what you would expect from a fast-food restaurant. If I have a craving for Subway, I'm going out of my way to go to this one. And all y'all don't go being going in there with a "Can I get a shirt?" Don't be that person. read more

Went to Subway today with three others. The place was busy but the two people there were extremely organized and were done with our order quickly. Though busy, the staff was very friendly. The young man making the subs actually said goodbye to us when we were walking out the door. You don't see such great customer service often. I love this place it's always a healthy alternative to my binging of McDonald's but there are some negative parts of it. For starters I always come in behind at least 2 people and one person is always behind me. It's the worst experience because they always ask me what I want and they always say "that's extra you know?" Of course I know these shitty people are always looking at me weird when I put all the meat and cheese with some lettuce. As soon I get the bread they ask me if want it toasted and of course I want it toasted I can't have the cheese with un toasted bread you sick fuck. Then while I'm waiting for the bread to be toasted they go to the person behind me and I get a crispy piece of toast. Then they look at me weird when I get all the meat with lettuce and olives and I'm like, "What the fuck are you looking at me for? It's my fucking sandwich are you going to eat it? No!" Stopped to get some subs with my family at 7:30 on a Sunday. Was informed by the eye rolling employee (a thin gentleman with a skruffy grey beard) that he was closing soon and he insisted on knowing how many subs we were getting before he would start.
