Ordering online doesn't help either. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes, only to find out when you arrive that they're out of what you ordered anyway. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and shows a serious disconnect between their system and what's actually available in the store. It honestly feels like no one is paying attention. I don't know where the general manager is, but something is seriously off here. It even comes across as if the staff simply don't want to work, so instead of managing inventory properly, they just say they're out of items whether that's accurate or not.
