Ashevillian here. This is a top 3 wing joint in WNC (if not the best). The service & quality are exquisite and I could not be happier that this place exists. The apple butter bbq wings will make your tongue slap your brains out... My fiancé also enjoyed the peal N' eat shrimp like the bottom feeder that she is...

We had a great meal at the Marion Wing Factory! Their space is huge! Big tvs for sports which Josh always enjoys. Our waitress was great and attentive. Bar drinks were good and came out fast! A little pricey but wing prices have sky rocketed so I understand! We tried 3 different flavors between the 2 of us and will be back to try more.

Menu showing no extra charge for grains. It was a 15 percent up charge!!

OK, the good: the chef bowls are good! The rest of the review.. The service is abysmal. Has been for years, never gets better. I keep giving them a shot to see if things improve but they never seem to. Tonight, I came in, sat at the bar. Only one other guy there, apparently a friend of the staff, because everyone just wants to talk to him. I sit for 10 minutes as 4 staff members hover all around the bar and completely ignored. Finally, a redheaded gal from the other bar walks over, asks what I want to drink. I order my meal at the same time. Beer and bowl come out fairly quickly and were good. But that was the last check in I got. No set up (I had to walk around to find napkins). Halfway through the meal my drink was gone, but no chance for a refill. I finish eating, and can't get anyone to check me out. An employee finally had to go find my server because no one else was allowed to hand me the check (weird?). I paid and walked out, and then noticed they up charged me $2 for grain in my bowl which is not on the menu at all (photo attached). What a bad experience, and I feel robbed by then. For $2 I won't make a scene, and I know it'd take me 30 minutes to even get anyone's attention if I went back in. So instead, I'll sit in the parking lot and tell the yelp world. Food is good. Prices are high, they hide up charges and slide them in (so check and question your check), and maybe order 2 drinks at a time because you'll never see your server again based in my multiple experiences. Dang, Marion could really use a decent restaurant here and this place could be so much better. It's clear management really doesn't care about service. But, the bowl was good!

Let's start with the food ASKED for a medium Rare Hamburger and I was very specific on how I needed it because of my gastric bypass, what I received was a WELL DONE hamburger ,the young lady that served us was nice but pressed ,asked for bar drinks and since she was not of age she could not make our drinks which took a while too get ,the ambience was a little noisy hard press to hear .I will try again later. Keep you up-to-date. A little pricey. In case you are wondering the hamburgers are machine made ,NOT HAND MADE, that may be the reason they were over cooked.

The new menu for 2025 at the TMWF is off the chart. The low country boil, and the steak additions are amazing; the flatbreads and pizzas are also an easy go-to. The staff is invaluable and eager to please. Sometimes, they get slammed all at once, as can happen at any restaurant occasionally, but I understand when these times occur. They have several different areas with different styling that make for a comfortable atmosphere.

GROSS. underdone wings. Poor slow service. Not recommended.

Gross underdone wing, poor slow service. Will not be going back. Food was horrible. Really really loud inside

Tasted about like a well done bubba burger, fries decent

Small town place battling LGB inflation rates, so I get it food may be more expensive and size portions are smaller... PRO: Chicken wings tasted really good... salt and vinegar / apple BBQ PRO: they were out of an appetizer (egg roll) we asked for and a dessert (raspberry lemon torte)... they gave us a 10% off meal for this. PRO: I think they give First Responder discounts CON: manager or guy working the bar sat us at the bar in the back seclusion room... with three tables open in the dining area. I asked to sit in the dining area; he said he didn't want us sitting there for waitress rotation or something like that ... also the seclusion room was 5-10* hotter than the dining area. Once he gave in I asked him two times if he wanted us to sit at the smallest stand table and he flat out ignored me. CON: Chicken wings are labeled jumbo but are small and their was a hair in the BBQ... $13 CON: Live music was WAAY too loud... it was acoustic guitar and was so loud I could not hear anything my spouse was saying... literally nothing... even yelling... headache inducing. I play the drums in a band... so there's your reference CON: menu basically warns not to get the hamburgers... take heed... they taste like frozen style bubba burgers... not cooked to order... are well done and honestly not as good as a bubba burger. Buns LOOK like they would be good but we're chewy and did not provide any enhancement in flavor... price was comparative of a gourmet Hamburger place ($13).

Nice bar type restaurant with a fantastic menu! The dirty fries are amazing and enough for 2-3 people!

The food was ok but the service was SLOW. Likely our first and last time there. Not really a busy day so no excuse for the service.

Never been so happy to be "hustled" in my life! First of…read moreall, I have to thank my daughter Lauren for turning me on to this place! She RAVED about it a few weeks ago and loved it so much she did a Google review on it! I have to say she was "DEAD ON" with her review! ( Go look at Google Reviews if you want to read it). As I am a native New Orleanian it's hard to impress me when it comes to food in general. I am extremely particular about most food I eat, and chicken wings are no exception. Too many people think that when you're from New Orleans everything you eat has to be loaded with cayenne pepper or salt. (They're completely wrong by the way, but that's a story for another day)... Anyway, even with Lauren's recommendation of the place I wasn't expecting a whole lot. At best I thought that they might have some flavorful chicken; I was also hoping that it wouldn't be dry. In short, this place blew me away! They have taken great care to create sauces that tease and delight your pallet, from slightly sweet blends, to burn the lips off your body (if you like that sort of thing), ! Seriously, there is something for EVERYONE here! I had a couple of different types of wings. I love sauces, but I'm a big fan of dry rubs as well. The lemon pepper here is better than any. I've tasted anywhere! I also had the Poppin Cherry wings, which if I'm gonna be honest, I thought it might've been way too sweet for my pallet, but surprise! They would just right, sweet with a nice kick at the end! I also had the Jammin jerk which reminded me of the Caribbean. The Peach knockout wings fooled me, because although they started off tasting somewhat sweet, but as soon as you got a good bite the heat hit you back of your throat! All in all, I think I tried six different sauces and one dry rub. None of them disappointed as evidenced by the pictures below. In addition, they have to be some of the sweetest people above that since I've been here in North Carolina. The host is wonderful, and she even gave us some advice on other places to try while we're here. I also got a chance to meet the chef, and it's clear that he loves what he does as evidenced by the way his food tastes and the way he talks about it. I love me some people that love what they do, and this young man does! As we speak, I'm on my way back to Hustle to get hustled again! Don't miss out on the spot, especially for you locals! Oh, I almost You be doing yourself a grave disservice if you don't go, try it!

The first thing I noticed was that you order at the register and then to the end of that counter you have the drink station and the condiments and all that other good stuff. The menu had a small but good variety of options. There were shareables, tenders, smash burgers, chicken wraps/sandwiches, and wings. I decided to go with the wrap and got the Asian chicken wrap. My mom and I sat down and the food was out in 10 minutes. My wrap was warm and pretty flavorful I would say. The chicken was grilled in a sweet sauce that kind of tasted like teriyaki, and it came with lettuce and tomato in it. As my side I decided to give the Mac and Cheese a try. I would say that the mac and cheese wasn't too impressive but it also did surprise me because it wasnt like your average bright yellow mac and cheese. So I would definitely try out another side when I get to come back here. Overall I enjoyed my visit at hustle wings. The service was good, the food was good. If you're in the area and want to try something new give this place a try.

What is happening here!?!?!?…read more This is the third visit where they were completely out of chicken sandwiches. On another occasion, they were out of chicken altogether. And unbelievably, one time they couldn't even serve it because they didn't have hot water to defrost the chicken. At this point, it's not just bad luck--it's a clear pattern of poor management and lack of basic operational planning. How does a chicken restaurant consistently run out of its main product? Ordering online doesn't help either. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes, only to find out when you arrive that they're out of what you ordered anyway. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and shows a serious disconnect between their system and what's actually available in the store. It honestly feels like no one is paying attention. I don't know where the general manager is, but something is seriously off here. It even comes across as if the staff simply don't want to work, so instead of managing inventory properly, they just say they're out of items whether that's accurate or not. Customers shouldn't have to gamble every time they show up just to see if the restaurant is actually serving what's on the menu. Absolutely ridiculous.

My daughter used to manage a German Restaurant, the owners being German immigrants, so she's pretty discerning when it comes to German food - let me tell you, she was absolutely blown away! She said hands down, all 3 items were the very best she's ever had. I opted for the Rueben, which, I was equally impressed with - the corned beef was tender, hardly any fat, and the dressing was to die for. Desert was equally as delicious, their Cheese cakes are nothing less than phenomenal - and lets just say their pasta salad and pimento cheese found its way home with us to enjoy with dinner that evening - amazing! I'd give them 100 starts if I could, a must stop if you're nearby - or worth driving if you're not. Can't wait until next year to come back!
