No chicken restaurant should have greasy chicken. Either the chicken was put in oil that wasn't hot enkugh or they tried to reheat previously fried chicken. Normally, the breading is the best part of KFC but my bucket of both crispy and original was too oily to eat. I ordered an all dark meat 8 piece with sides and was half white meat anyway when I opened it and got home. Plus, even though I ordered it 20 minutes ahead, I got stuck waiting an additional 20 minutes for it when I got there. Go to Kwik Trip for your chicken. read more

Unbelievable!!! The restaurant was unbearably hot, the poor young man who waited on us said the air conditioning had not been working all summer. The soda machine had no ice, the beverages were warm and they had NO spoons or forks to eat the food with!! The employee was so kind and apologetic. This restaurant should be reported. Zero stars if i could... No one parked in the parking lot, no one in the drive thru... took 3 songs on the radio before they were ready to take my order. Must have been finishing smoking their bowl. Asked for a bucket and a 3-piece w/coleslaw. Chicken in the bucket looked overdone. My 3-piece w/coleslaw magically turned into a 2-piece w/mashed potatoes & gravy. I ordered 2 Famous bowls and a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. When i got home and looked at the meals i received i couldn't believe it! The "Famous Bowls" were half full with gravy dripping all over the outside of the containers. The sandwich was the real treat though! It was just a plain chicken sandwich,not Nashville Hot and looked absolutely disgusting. There was mayo completely covering the ENTIRE sandwich. When i called to complain about the meal i just paid for,I WAS HUNG UP ON! Where do they get these people from?!? After a 2nd phone call,they offered to replace my order. We have had the chicken tenders before and they are very good. This time we went there the tenders were very small. We got a 9 piece for $10.00 and some of the tenders were barely 2" long. That's ridiculous for that price. When I looked at the real short ones it looked like they were broken off from other pieces. So I guess this is what KFC is doing now. Breaking the pieces into smaller pieces then still counting them as one. The picture shows some of the pieces. The remaining pieces were normal size. read more

Food is subpar. They should change their oil more often. Service is horrible. They mess up orders regularly. They run out of chicken and side all the time causing you to wait 30 minutes if you still want it. They come across as if they don't care about their customers. read more

Waited in drive thru line for 30 min for our order. 2 employees came from behind the trash dumpster area when we pulled up to the drive thru. They got locked out of the back of restaurant and one employee almost passed out leaning against the door waiting for someone to open it. Definitely sketchy business happening there. As we pulled up to the window, each time the window opened a terrible smell came from inside the restaurant. The dining area is closed due to covid, and it appears that things are definitely not kosher in the kitchen! I've never waited for so long for fast food. We could not eat our food after seeing the drugged out employees and that SMELL from inside the restaurant. Please don't eat here! Management PLEASE tend to this store! read more
