Culver's always has good food. I love me a chicken sammich. I also know that its hard to work at a fast food joint. Hangry customers, high pressure, need for more help. I get it. I always get a good sammich from this location. Today was not their day, but what matters more is how they handle it! I was hangry and my chicken sammich was messed up. I called and the person who answered was kind, found a quick solution, and handled my cranky a**. We cant expect perfection at every moment in our lives. (you're keeping me humble Culver's). Stopped on our way on our family road trip! Very fresh and good quality spicy chicken sandwich basket. My fried cod sandwich was perfectly crunchy and moist thick cod content. Son's corn dog kids meal was good with good portion and free scoop of custard coupon on kids meal bag! The crinkle fries were excellent! The meat is paper thin. For $7 a burger, you would hope for enough meat to fill a tummy of a 9 year old. When it comes to the food and desserts I have no complaints. It's pretty good and I haven't had any issues with quality. A few times they have forgotten my food or gotten my order wrong, but they fix it. I think the dinner area needs to be tended to better it often has dirty tables. The drive thru is a mess we came 45 minutes before closing and there was one car in front of us, they stalled so long that by the time we got to order they told us they were closed. read more

Where do we even begin. We stopped through on a road trip twice, once on our way up and back. Both times we had issues. Let's start with the service- we walk in and a girl behind the counter is standing there staring at the line of people- no "I can take the next guest" nothing just stood there. Plus can't say anyone over the age of 18 works here, and none of the kids seem to know what is going on. To add they all seemed to be doing anything else but working, including talking about personal lives. Both times the ice cream was gritty, and one OF THE CONCRETE mixers was served to me that was more like the soup of the day. Best service I have had here! Haven't been in here in a while Food was good, hot and delivered quickly. It wasnt real busy inside but the drive thru was. The counter person was very friendly and engaging, not something you always see here. I think his name was Ethan. Kudos to him. I hope others are more like him. We ordered cod dinner and a Wisconsin melt double basket with only ketchup and a dish of the flavor of the day which was Carmel peanut butter cup. The burger came with onions on it and I hate onions!!! The flavor of the day didn't have any peanut butter cup in it and it was gritty. My wife to the burger back to the counter and told them that it was not supposed to have onions so they said that they would make another and she told them about the ice cream. They said that they would make another and add milk. Over 15 minutes later we got the burger and the meat was half off the bun and it was burnt. We asked the kid that brought the burger where the ice cream was and he said that we would have to go to the counter and talk to them because he's just a delivery person. The ice cream never came. I was the fourth car in line and waited 20 minutes for my food at the drive-thru, cars backed up to at least 10 cars with people going in to get their food because they had waited a half hour I don't know what has happened at this location but, you can wait 20 minutes just for one item and that's pretty ridiculous.
