Especially during these big football tournament days. Being prepared for the overload of people, would be a good idea for these fast food restaurants. Inside was clean, but there was like some sort of sewer smell all throughout their lobby and near the bathrooms. Maybe septic tanks need their dumps? Idk. It was bad. Not the kind of smell you want around the food you're about to eat. Once I checked out at the kiosk, it took them 25 minutes to get one meal and two frappes out. When I approached them, they were "cleaning" the frappe machine. Our frappes were super runny and the cool whip on the top was all melted. Ugh! But prior to me approaching the counter, they never said one thing to me about the wait. I got distracted on my phone during that wait, then I looked at my receipt and realized...wow! Time went by quick and I still don't have my food. lol! They were apologetic when the runny frappes finally came out. This was our second time there this weekend. The first time, we went through the drive through. Maybe it's best to go through the drive through instead, that way you're not smelling that sewer smell in the lobby. My burger was nice, though. Frappes. Again, runny and melting. It's much better than jack in the box, but you'll be better off providing your own grill for burgers.

What this restaurant just did should be considered fraud. They have messed up on 4 of the last 6 times we have been there. Im done with them. I ordered a #3 deluxe. For those who don't know, a #3 is a double 1/4 pounder and the deluxe has extra stuff on it. Well, they charged me for a single 1/4, adding an extra slice at 2 dollars and then adding 2.20 for bacon as if that's the deluxe. This adds quite a few $ to the order and if they do this often, that's thousands in up sales that people did not order. On top of this, if they mess your order up, make damn sure you open the bag and inspect it when you get your food. It seems this place, if you bring up a mistake, their cooks add so much Mayo/ketchup/mustard on your burger you don't want to eat it. This feels retaliatory because they don't do this(pic) when the order is fine, only when you come up and address something. If you can, drive to the other side of town if you have to eat from this shit hole Next is corporate.

As we were leaving, the coworker next to her--who I assume was a manager, dressed in black--and an older woman in a red uniform yelled after us saying, "She was just playing." Regardless of whether it was meant as a joke, it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. We never even got the chance to sit down or order. I can't say for certain what motivated the behavior, but as a Hispanic family being treated differently than the customers before us, it definitely felt upsetting and concerning. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope no one else has to go through something like this.

Took our drink order right away and when she returned took our food order. She was very friendly and provided great input on options. We started with the nachos add steak, which were delicious. I had the chicken club sandwich and it was exactly what I wanted. Chicken was cooked perfectly, delicious avocado and pesto sauce on it. The bacon, crispy. My mom had the Hawaiian burger and ate every bite. The fries were also fresh and nice and crispy. My dad had the prime rib and it was cooked exactly how we wanted and the meat was very tender and flavorful. He got it with a baked potato and veggies. My daughter had the beef teriyaki and her steak was cooked as she wanted. The mac salad was diff than I'm used to as they add pineapple to it but we enjoyed it. My son in law did the ribs special and the meat fell off the bones. It was a large portion and he didn't finish it but really liked it. I was actually very impressed and would go back when in Mesquite.
