We travel back and forth every two weeks from Boulder City, Nevada to Parowan, Utah. We stopped at the Domino store in Mesquite, ordered two small pizzas and a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. Asked for napkins. They had been "out for several days." There is a Smith's Market next door. They probably sell napkins. The sandwich was Very Good. The pizzas? Not so much. Should have ordered extra cheese because what was there hardly existed. We should have ordered extra sauce because it, like the cheese, was very hard to detect. Took them home, added Prego sauce and cheese and microwaved them. Not quite what we wanted. By the way, the Domino website is not any easier to navigate than renewing your passport over the internet. Call Pizza Hut instead. We ordered pizza while staying at a nearby hotel. After about half an hour our order said canceled. my wife called and they assured us it was a computer glitch and David was going to deliver our order in about 9 minutes. After another 1/2 hour I called them and the woman continually wanted me to come up with a solution while making excuses about how busy they were. Finally they agreed to resend the order with some whining about how some employee was about to leave. They then called my wife's phone that we had ordered on and hung up, she called back and the woman at dominos said they needed the order number. My wife misunderstood and started giving her the address. The woman started instructing my wife not to have an attitude and threatening to hang up along with more whining about how busy they were. Jennifer at the Sandhill location was excellent! As the manager, she mentioned she'd a new hire and she was working alone when I came in. She did a great job greeting incoming customers, preparing pizzas and monitoring the ovens all at once. I ordered 2 large pizzas to be delivered later that day. We ordered a pizza over 90 min ago by phone because their app was not working they had told us the pizza would be delivered in 40 to 45 min and they took our credit card number with the tip. We called back (again 90 min later) and they told us they hadn't even stated making it and it would be another 40 to 45 min. We have since canceled the order, called Pizza Hut down the road. We have previously ordered pizza about 6 months ago and it was not very good! Mediocre at best! Two nights ago we decided to give them another try. We ordered a large Wisconsin 6 cheese thin crust pizza with extra cheese. Had it delivered and when we brought it in and opened it up, it was a hand tossed crust and I swear that there was no sign of extra cheese and the cheese that was on it was barely visible! I've had many Dominos Pizza's from many outlets in several states and this particular franchise ranks way down on the charts! I don't know how they keep the doors open for business! Hard for me to even give one star... the original guy that took my order ended up hanging up on us as I was asking if he wanted my CC number or pay with cash. I thought it was odd but waited 45 minutes with no luck. I called back another gentleman answered Dominos we're closed. When I asked him about our delivery he told me my order did not exists. Ordered 3 pizzas and it took over two hours from the time we ordered to deliver it 2 miles. I called the store after an hour and a half and they told me that it was going to be another 20 minutes to have it delivered. On the pizza tracker the pizza showed completed after 1 hour and 15 minutes. The employee on the phone didn't seem to care that it was taking so long and had no explanation as to why it was taking so long. I will definitely order from Pizza Hut next time. read more

My favorite pizza is pineapple and banana peppers with buffalo sauce. Two orders in a row, the buffalo sauce was missing. Apparently the "quality check" stage that the Domino's app tells me is a thing they do isn't real. On my third order, I asked politely in the special instructions that they not forget the buffalo sauce. I received a pizza completely drenched in buffalo sauce. There was more buffalo sauce than pizza sauce. My other toppings slid off the pizza every time I picked up a slice. I don't know what I did to receive such shitty treatment but I'm sure other pizza places will make my pizza correctly without throwing a tantrum. read more

I left a past review on Domino's Pizza in Mesquite, NV., that won't allow me to edit it with the outcome and follow-up by the store manage. I wanted to add that he actually reached out to me with genuine concern for my experience in his restaurant. I am really impressed that he took the time to call me personally to discuss everything. I don't like to leave poor reviews and only do it when I feel it's warranted but I never expected anyone to reach out to me. I am impressed by the way that the manager handled my issue and took my initial complaint seriously. this is the last time i'm ordering from this place. you download the app and you can check on your pizza. almost every time i see my order getting started right away. then it goes into the nebulous "quality control" and stays there for 35 minutes before it goes out. if they're waiting for another order just start mine when they start the other order. it only takes 5 min on the conveyor belt. so this is my last stone cold pizza! read more

Absolutely terrible customer resolution at this location. The last time I had ordered with this location, I received product that was inedible and the dough had literally not risen on the crust or been cooked through in any way. When I called today to redeem my replacement order, the manager insisted that I prove that I had placed an order with them despite the fact that I offered my address, name, time, date, credit card number, and multiple phone numbers that an order may have been placed under. I'm not sure why Domino's gets to take my money, deliver an uncooked product, and then demand that I prove that I'm even a customer with them the one time I have an issue with my order. The Manager today, Julie, is willing to lose a consumer that spends an average of $70 every 6 weeks thereby putting the burden of proof on me to even have a discussion as to whether or not I had a service issue at her location. When I called the customer care line, they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and kept playing a Voiced Over message telling me to call the store if I had a service issue. read more

We order from here all the time! We LOVE the pizza! My mom came from Park City area and said when she ordered up at her house it wasn't as nearly as good as it is here in Mesquite! We have two german shepherd huskies, they love to greet the employees that deliver our pizza! And the employees are so good to our fur babies every time they come, that is HUGE for us! I ordered an extranganza pizza meduim from dominos tonigh and never recived. I ordered on line, and when the driver showed up, he was a kid about 16 or 17 years old. It was going hand me some country time drink that i never ordered, and when i got my pizza it was not what I ordered, but keep in mind he was given a two dollar tip cash. I caught up with the driver to inform him of this and that i wanted the order to be corrected, he said he would make sure of that. I placed a call to them and spoke to the person in charged, and he told there was a glitch on their website and they had be down for a different order, after about 5 minutes, he said he would get my order out and i would be the first on the drivers list. now keep in mind the the driver showed up with my order about 10:40 pm. Now if I am waiting again for my pizza it is now 11:40pm and no show 11:50pm still no pizza i placed a call both times, and at 11:50PM he placed a call to the driver and he said he was on his way, i said ok. The Person in charge stated he would not charge me, and he refunded my money back on my credit card. I have been sitting in the living room right where my front door is and i could here knock or doorbell. 12:10am i placed a call and this person told the driver showed up and knocked at the door, he did not knock at door, i argued the point, I even told him flat out that his driver is a liar, there was no resolution the manager believed the driver over me, why would i stay up late to wait for my pizza and through this, Driver lied and took a two dollar tip for poor service and no pizza. I will never do any business with this organizaiton again, and I will let people know here in mesquite. The driver needs to be fired, and so does the person in charge. read more

One thin 14 inch, one thick crust 12 inch three topping. Confirmed order for pick up ((I live 2 miles away). Selected pay at pick up. Got a progress display of my order and est. ready time. Ready on time. Still warm on home arrival. Easy to warm in microwave. Wife and I rated both pies as very good flavor and taste. Toppings were adequate. $7.99 price each was based on pick up.
