Went and ordered a kfc bowl, 2 piece all white and chicken little no mayo. Got kfc bowl ok, 3 piece meal all DARK and chicken little work mayo! Called store a basically told oh well unless I bring it back tonight. No option of making it right in the future or any other options other than spending 30 minutes returning it for them to fix their mistake. When I called I asked for a manager and this is the service I received. Go somewhere else as they truly do not care about customer service. They make a mistake and it's your problem!!!!!! read more

We had not been to a KFC in a minute but we were driving by our local Ooltewah location & it spoke to us. And boy oh boy am I glad it did!!! The food was fresh, hot & FABULOUS I would love to have made a photo of our meals but honestly it didn't last long enough But truly, the cherry on top of the evening was the awesome customer service Tresa delivered at the counter with such a delightful & gracious demeanor. I made a trip about 40 miles from where I live to visit someone and I was thirsty so I thought I would get a Pepsi zero. The guy kind of , I tried to talk and rapport, but he did not seem personable. only asking me if I wanted my receipt and the response to my chitchat I said no so later I checked my bank app and one large Pepsi zero was $5.88. I called to ask them about it and the manager said it would've been a dollar charge for the cup of water, but the employee charged me for two large The manager would not refund my debit card for the remaining difference. she only said I could come back at some point and get $1.59 worth of something well diet Pepsi is $5.88 what am I gonna get for $1.59 a napkin? This is the best KFC that I have been to, in years. Tresa was amazing, and so friendly. The food was fresh, hot, and fantastic!! If you are in the area, and have a hankerin' for some KFC, run (don't walk) to this location!!! Don't forget the apple pie poppers! read more

It's always a hit or miss. Some of the employees are extremely rude, while other can be nice. There are a few employees who will try to tell me I can't order specific piece of chicken, when I know they can. They just are too lazy to drop more chicken. I usually try to be understanding, especially since I've worked fast food, but they often feel as if they can do what they want and if an accommodation is "too much of a hassle" tell the customer they can't do whatever you asked. I love KFC and if it wasn't 2 minutes from my house I would chose a different store. Even the managers can have a snobby attitude. Overall, if you're craving KFC they are a good choice but don't expect to be treated nicely, especially if you would like a accommodations to your order. read more

I went here during a time when there were zero other customers. No drive-thru line and nobody inside. I ordered a meal and an extra crispy leg. I got home to find that I didn't get the leg in spite of being charged THREE DOLLARS for it! I called and not only did nobody answer, but no answering machine answered either. The first call, it rang 30 times with no answer!!!! The second and third times I waited 15 rings. Today was my second visit to this KFC. Disappointing both times. They do not have the KFC recipes down yet. Maybe because they are so new but I will wait a few months before going back. Mashed potatoes and chicken were way too salty. Mac and cheese was cooked too done...had chunks of burnt cheese in it and the biscuit was hard. KFC biscuits are supposed to be light and fluffy...not hard and heavy. I'll give it a few months before going back. read more
