I can get a good chicken sandwich elsewhere but it is the atmosphere that goes with the chicken sandwich that keeps me coming back.

Zaxby's is a national chain with a focus on Chicken and Fried Chicken and they also have other items on the menu as well. The staff was great and helpful and answered my questions about the food and suggested I try the Grilled Chicken Zalad from the 'Asian Zensations' menu as I wanted to see what all the hype was about. The Asian Zensation Zalad is a mixed greens salad with grilled marinaded chicken and comes with an egg roll. The chicken is served with a honey sesame teriyaki glaze, made with soy sauce, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, honey, brown sugar and wonton strips. The egg roll is marketed as hand-rolled in a crispy wonton wrapper, filled with shredded cabbage, carrots, green onion and seasoning and served with Zaxby's signature Sweet & Spicy sauce. The 'Zalad' lacked greens but came with a very healthy portion size of chicken. The egg roll tasted like it was a frozen egg roll that was heated up.
