When I placed my online order and included a chocolate cake, I had no idea that the store I was picking it up from would not have that product. When I came through the line, the staff did not notify me that the chocolate cake was not available. When I got home and realized the chocolate cake was missing. I tried to call back, but the line was busy. I drove back to retrieve the chocolate cake only to find out that they were completely out at that store and the app wouldn't know that. We went to this Oviedo KFC to get chicken for 30 people. After asking for 2 buckets of chicken, we started to ask for 2 packs of chicken wings. The cashier was lost. He did not understand why. Then, the manager went out and she was lost also. She only rang up 12 pieces of chicken wings. When she told me $12, we told her that was wrong. Then, she realized the previous cashier deleted the order. She started to yell at the customers. When the customer started to tell her she was yelling, she said she could not serve people anymore, and she walked away and let the customer wait at the counter. This is a great group of people who work here. We asked for a manager's phone number, and they did not refuse to provide them. Made a mistake with my order, sent ti wrong location and paid for it. Asked the manager at this location if she could help me out and she immediately said there was nothing they could do when I make a mistake. I immediately said ok, im leaving. Once is said that and walked away, the manager started backpedaling and saying I didn't even wait for her to offer a solution. If you want to help, after a customer already says that they understood that they made a mistake and were just asking for some kind of assistance. You don't reiterate the fact there's nothing you can do. If I make a mistake, you explain that you will do what you can to help out.But this particular manager waited until after I was not happy.And leaving to say anything about the fact that she was going to try and offer a solution. S L O W - A F!!! I thought I was at Popeyes for a few moments. I ordered via the App in order to get the free Saucy Nuggs with $10 purchase. It was an app only deal so I ordered from the parking lot waited a bit, then went inside. After about 10 mins, the lady in the tiny pick-up area asked if I ordered the Korean BBQ. It was me, she said they were out so I chose a different sauce. After another excruciating amount of time, they finally brought my food to the counter. I would have thought everything would have been fresh since it took so long, but nope. The nuggets were not crispy or hot or anything. Terrible excuse for nuggets, especially at their price point. After work had to immediately go UCF supply shopping with my daughter which meant no time to make dinner. . . because it was late and we were tired we mobile ordered and picked up Kentucky Fried Chicken on the way home. I know restaurants often have their slumps, but I'll tell you that was some of the best fried chicken we've had in a long LONG time. The flavor took us back to when my husband and I were kids. The meat was so moist and actually wonderful. When we arrived the drive through attendant was friendly, actually smiled a lot, and was very courteous. So, I don't know why I'm disappointed. I should come to expect the fact that fast food restaurants can't get your order right. I really think that these fast food chains need to pay Chick-fil-A to train them on how to do customer service. Staff is too busy on their phones And playing around to pay attention to what they're doing. I ordered a two peaks box of thigh leg with mashed potatoes and gravy and a small extra container of gravy and of course they charged me for the gravy, but they left it out. This particular facility always leave something out. It's getting quite old. I guess I will have to hold up the drive-through line and check my order each and every time to make sure that these incompetents put everything in the bag. This KFC is so hit or miss. The first time I came here my chicken sandwich was Amazing, but since coming back twice it has just been okay. Two of the three times I have been I had to pull ahead and wait in a parking spot for the food to be brought out. Food is consistently better than the Burger King nearby. Service is just as bad though. Clearly no customer service training provided to the drive through staff. Always asked to move the car forward and park to wait. Wait times are always absurd given no customers inside or out. Always something wrong with the order. Doesn't appear to be more than two people working there and they always look confused when I show them the order is incorrect. This KFC is awesome. The staff is quick to assist in any way possible. We've never had a problem with the orders we've requested, and the food is prepared to perfection. The only thing I would suggest is opening on time. I know after Covid, many locations are still having difficulty with staffing, but it would be wonderful if they could strive for opening on time. I ate dinner here on Thursday the nineteenth and was beyond dissatisfied with the service. It took my girlfriend shouting excuse me in order to get a staff member to assist her. First no original chicken so ok take crispy and give them a coupon for 12 piece meal, they charge me full price tell me they can't refund me the $10 difference tell they will give me 16 piece meal instead. We have tried this location 3 times and every time they never have the crispy bucket, only original. And we go around dinner time when things should be prepared. Went to Kentucky fried chicken in Oviedo. . They are supposed to open at 10:30 . Arrived at 10:45 . I just wanted some cold slaw . I knocked on the door . People were in there but ignored me . I went around to drive through and knocked on window . They said they could not open until chicken was ready . I just asked for some cold slaw said I didn't want chicken . Then they said couldn't ring up because manager had to open register !! At that point I left . I hope they get their act together . By the time I gave up it was 10:50 still not open !!! well I wanted an 8 piece white meat extra crispy. 20 minute wait so I went with the regular all white. what I got was the regular dark and white. we don't like dark so basically I had two pieces of chicken we could potentially eat. the chicken was smashed into the bucket. the pieces were breaking apart it was over cooked with soggy skin. that is a deal breaker for me. the cole slaw was as always really good. Ordered 2 crispy chicken breasts but was given two greasy pieces of chicken unlike anything I have ever seen--maybe like the chicken's shoulder with part of a wing attached. Almost no meat at all on these weird looking scraps of chicken. The little bit of meat on them was dark, not white. Really soggy skin. Certainly not crispy.
