Deliciously crispy, sauced-up wings! My go-to here is the medium garlic mixed with the garlic parm sauce. I love that they let you mix the sauces together for your wings. I know the picture doesn't do the sauce justice, but I swear the wings were sitting in a puddle of medium garlic sauce deliciousness. Their fries and fried pickle chips are also incredible! Let it be known though that when you order large fries, they really do give you like an insane amount of fries haha. This place does get super packed on the weekends even though they have a decent amount of seating available (yes it's just that popular). Thankfully, Hourglass right next-door lets you bring in food. 1st and last time. I called ahead an order for a burger and was told 15-20 minutes. I get there 23 minutes after I ordered and I am told they will START my burger. I ask what the point of ordering ahead and being told 15-20 minutes was and was told "we don't start wings until you get here. I reminded them I ordered a burger not wings and was told to talk to the manager. I go speak to the manager - Tristan and what I got was an unapologetic and another "that's how we do things". The convenience factor is 10/10, and the food in the photos looks absolutely incredible--which is why the actual experience has been such a letdown lately. ​The Wings: Honestly, they're just "okay." They're fine for a quick snack while grabbing a beer, but they don't quite live up to the local hype. They get the job done, but they aren't something I'd go out of my way for if I weren't already at the brewery. ​The Fries (My Worst Enemy): This is where things fall apart. The pictures make these fries look golden and crispy, but the reality has been a massive disappointment. Out of the four times I've ordered them, two of those times they were missing from my to-go bag entirely. The two times I actually did receive the fries, they were inedible. One time they were burnt to a crisp, and this most recent time they were completely soggy. To make matters worse, there was zero salt or seasoning on them both times. ​ ​While the staff is generally quick, the consistency on to-go orders is lacking. Having to walk back over from the brewery to ask for missing items twice out of four visits is frustrating when you're trying to enjoy an evening out. ​ ​If you're ordering takeout to bring into Hourglass, check your bag at the counter before you leave. Missing items seem to be a recurring theme. If you're craving a side, you might be better off sticking to the celery and carrots or grabbing a snack from one of the other nearby spots until the fry consistency improves. read more

Everytime I go in here the food is always so good! I got 30 wings lemon pepper, sweet Thai chill and hot garlic and fries with a Mango Cart Ale! I have heard about Papa Bees for a while and I am so happy I finally got to try it! We went for a lunch break while at work. The restaurant was packed but we were able to grab a table by the bar. We've been loyal customers since the original Papa's location, but something has gone seriously wrong. The food now has a nasty, off-putting aftertaste -- we strongly suspect the grease is rancid. This is especially noticeable with the fries, which used to be the main reason we came here. They were once the best in Seminole County by far. Hands down the best wings in town! Papa Bees is my go-to spot for both boneless and traditional wings. The hot honey garlic flavor is my personal favorite, not too spicy but packed with flavor. Not a bad meal at all but not great. The wings were large and definitely the best part. They were fresh, plump, and tasty. We got the hot garlic which was marginally spicy but smelled much spicier. The bleu cheese sauce was great but the ranch lacked much luster. My hubby enjoyed his patty melt. The fries were super thin and definitely homemade. They could have used more salt but were still a pleasant surprise. The only downfall was my burger. I got a standard cheeseburger and while I appreciated the char, it was a very dirty tasting char. We stopped in later in the evening to place a to-go order. Inside has a ton of seating and TVs throughout if you want to dine in, though. They have a dedicated counter for takeout orders and even text you when your food is ready- which only took about 10 minutes! We ordered both boneless ($11.99 for 10) and traditional wings ($15.99 10) in the medium garlic sauce, and wow the smell alone had us excited. The flavor was unreal! The wings were big, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The boneless ones were my favorite. We also split a small order of fries with cheese sauce, and let me tell you, the "small" is huge! Got takeout at Papa Bees and it was unfortunately pretty disappointing. When we called to order we were told 15 minutes and we got there 15 minutes later but ended up waiting almost 30. The website was pretty unhelpful, with no menu available so we had to find a picture on Yelp that someone else posted and hope that it was the current menu. I got the garlic parmesan sauce and it didn't stick to the wings, it just fell into a pile at the bottom of the container. It needs to be mixed with something so that it's more of a sauce, it's just parmesan cheese, garlic and butter mixed but not even enough butter to make it a sauce. Unfortunately I had to remove my 5-star review. The wings are still solid and the staff has always been friendly. However, they are now charging a transaction fee for any card use, including debit cards. I've heard of fees for credit cards, but a $2.95 charge just to use a debit card was unexpected. From what I can find, debit card fees are not allowed, which makes this even more frustrating. I don't support added fees like this, so unfortunately I won't be returning. read more

Came in for a cheese steak. It took a very long time to get our cheese steak, meanwhile the wings were flying out of the kitchen. When our sandwich came the bread had been toasted on the grill and it was completely black on one side. It tasted like eating burnt toast with grilled Grease. The steak was okay not much flavor the waitress was attentive. The place was semi-packed so there was no reason for us to wait over 20 minutes for a cheese steak. It was pretty packed with families enjoying their Friday. We pulled up at the bar since my best friend and I planned to get in and out fast. My stomach was acting up, so I went with a salad and grilled chicken. My best friend did the chicken salad with fried chicken. Both salads came out in the wooden bowls and with a plastic knife. What? My personal favorite is the garlic parmesan - the wings come out hot and crispy and are DRENCHED with the garlic parmesan mixture. I truly cannot put into words how good they were. Located in a strip mall on one of the main drags through Longwood, you find this place quite hopping on a Saturday afternoon, well after lunch and well before dinner. My son and I stopped in to put some food in us before our brewery hop this Saturday afternoon and we weren't disappointed by the place. Papa Bees is a spot I've heard about forever but times just didn't line up for me to go. So when a friend suggested there and I was already free in the area, I gave it a shot. The wings did not disappoint and I see why they're loved by so many locals of the area. I'm not a fan of the fries but all else chicken wise is a hit. Drinks aren't bad either and a great selection of beers. Anything missing in that department is easily squared away by the brewery in the place just 2 doors down. read more
