We went through the mobile-thru and that was definitely an experience! It genuinely expedited our order and it was neat seeing the ways this location has adapted toward utilizing the drive-thru. As a previous CFA employee, I would've given ANYTHING to have a fan as big as theirs and a walk-in instead of the drive-thru window. One of the worst experiences I've had at this location of Chick-fil-A. I purchased dinner for my daughter after an event at Tuskawilla location , and the mac & cheese tasted old and was clearly not fresh. The University and Forsyth location was literally down the road from where I live, I stopped there hoping to simply replace the food I had already paid for. Instead of helping, I was met by a team lead named Adaline and another team lead named Gabriel, who immediately told me they could not exchange the food and that they were not going to give me "free food," even though I had already purchased the meal and only wanted a replacement. Adaline stated, "This is not Walmart, we don't do those types of exchanges," and claimed it was not their fault. Gabriel then told me I could repurchase the same food again at a discounted price. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager available at the time. When I asked for the manager's name, I was told they could not provide it due to "privacy," which made no sense considering employees wear name tags displaying their names. I also asked for the phone number to the location and corporate so I could file a complaint, and they refused to provide it, telling me to "just Google it." The way I was treated was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing, as if I were trying to get something for free, when all I wanted was a replacement for food that was not fresh. To make matters worse, they even threatened to call the sheriff, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. This was far from the "my pleasure" customer service experience that Chick-fil-A is known for. I definitely want nearby residents and families to know that this is the kind of service being provided at this location, and experiences like this may explain why the location currently has only 3.5-star reviews. read more

This is the first time I've been in since the remodel, errrrr... the tear down and rebuild, and I thought it would be great. Boy, was I wrong. If they continue down this path, their cow mascots are going to get devoured! I ordered via the app and was able to get in and snag a table and the meal came out rather quickly. It looked good to start, but after digging in, there were a lot of things that just weren't up to par. First, the sandwich, the LTO Jalapeño Club with a spicy patty... the spicy chicken was good. It had a nice size and fresh veggie toppings. The bun however, was dry and already falling apart (see pic). The waffle fries were not hot, but not cold either, and there were a lot of small pieces in the container. I remember when every fry was a full waffle fry with no broken ones. The layout was weird too, especially when I went for a drink refill. It's just an odd distance from everything to the counter with a big open area. If this is their new store design, then ugh! What a great time! We had our puppy with us and ask if they had pup cups because my son was asking. I came to the mobile thru area and asked and they said they could get us one. The staff there were talking to us while we were waiting for our food and we ended up showing them our puppy and they all went nuts. They thought he was adorable-he really is. He looks like the cocker spaniel from lady and the tramp but he's a mini long haired dachshund. He's such a loving little baby. He was only 9 weeks old and his day was made!! The mobile thru and drive thru were separate and well organized. It always looks well maintained at their store and the outside area. Our food was fresh and very good. Sharing a parking lot with Costco, this location gets super busy! Like most other locations for this chain, the lines move fast! The only issue is really getting into and out of the location overall. Since it sits both at a busy corner, and has a busy lot, it's a bit of a pain. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The drive-thru is painless and we've never had an issue with getting through the lines. The inside is well-kept, clean, and has plenty of seating. Today we went through the drive-through and we were served by Dominick, he was an absolute gem. He helped us navigate the menu and options with a smile. No question was too dumb. I wish all servers at Chick-fil-A were this dedicated and passionate in their roles. Thank you so much to Dominick, who truly made this pleasurable experience ours! Once arriving in the drive-thru line, the staff member outside confirmed my name and had me pull up to the window. The whole process only took a few minutes to get through the drive-thru and secure my order. Once home, I started to assemble my salad. It comes with the dressing packet and red bell pepper crispies. The salad container seemed nice and full. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. While there was plenty of chicken, I thought the chicken could have been a bit fresher tasting. Today was opening day of the newly constructed from the ground up Chic-Fil-A! I can't say enough good things about how much of an improvement this location has been given with the amazing new building set up. The parking lot is so much bigger. The entrance off of university has been pushed back so there are no back ups onto the road anymore. The drive thru is three huge lanes with one detonated to mobile pick up orders and completely under a huge canopy cover so there is zero chance of rain soaking your order. I was so impressed by the drive thru. And pick up was a breeze. We stepped inside briefly to check out the interior and the completely updated look with all the celebration balloons for the grand opening was actually a lot of fun. The food is the quality you expect and perfectly done. The drive thru was quick and the app was easy to use for that mobile ordering. This is now my favorite location. Always a really nice experience at this location. Even if there's a big line, it moves fast because there's a full team working the demand. I'm not sure how Chick-fil-A does it; but they hire extremely friendly and positive associates from the order to pick-up. Items are always very tasty and satisfying, My wife gets grilled chicken gluten-free without the gluten-free buns as the GF buns have amaranth. Soon, EPIC will be opening so expect this restaurant to be even busier. read more

This sandwich is a BONUS for the Apple-wood smoked bacon--that was the REAL stuff, cause no-one likes a faker. The brioche bun was the BEST to hold the entire sandwich together. WAFFLE POTATO FRIES- this is my winner for BEST side you can get at a "fast food" establishment. Their perfectly crispy while still maintaining those squishy parts, like a good bum bum. Always hard to order a large cause they sell out FAST. Get these with the Sweet N Spicy Sriracha Sauce- THE BEST SAUCE HERE. This sauce I will actually replace on ALL my sandwiches from now on, a delicious blend of chili peppers for a spicy twist. Unfortunately, it's one of the only sauces you can't get in bulk. Get the POLYNESIAN SAUCE in the bulk bottle, the CHICK-FIL-A sauce goes bad FAST in bulk bottle. There's really no point in going with mobile orders at this location because the employees here are very bad at paying attention to mobile orders. I'm usually someone who opts for mobile order, and the other Chick-fil-A locations I've visited are great at handling mobile orders, except this location. I'd click Prepare My Order a while before I even reach the parking lot, and I'd still be standing for nearly 5-10 minutes after arriving to wait for my order. While waiting, I'd watch the employees work and they would be handling every other order and acting like the mobile order screen doesn't exist. It isn't until the other screens are cleared that they bother looking at the mobile orders. There should be people constantly checking to see if a guest with a mobile order has arrived. read more

I'm done. Every single time I order food in this location, somehow they ALWAYS get it wrong. One time, I ordered a chicken biscuit and two other breakfast meal, came to the drive thru window to pick up my food, came home, and when I opened the bag, they gave me JUST a freaking biscuit with no chicken. I live by this Chick-fil-A and the East colonial one this one is actually closer to me, but I always go to the other one unfortunately today that one was being renovated and sadly I don't know how long that will last. I say sadly because not only once or twice but every time I come to this Chick-fil-A, it never fails. They always give me COLD nuggets and SOGGY COLD fries every time. I was in a rush today, so I had to come and not only is the food nasty. I have eaten at many Chick-fil-A restaurants over the years and this is the worst one I have ever visited. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. But the food is just not up to par. The standard Chick-fil-A sandwiches I have gotten from here have had very small pieces of chicken which didn't even completely cover the bun. The 12 count nuggets have been so small I've actually counted them because they in no way filled the box. The chicken biscuit I ordered this morning has to be the most pitiful yet. The chicken was thin and flat and didn't cover the biscuit. The biscuit was already crumbled into pieces before I even took a bite. I have called and complained and the managers have always been nice and apologetic. They have always given me a free item on my next visit to replace whatever was bad. But I don't want free items every single time I go there which are no better than the items I paid for to begin with. Having to call the store to complain constantly is just way too much drama for me. So after today, I'm not calling anymore.
