Last nights dinner should be a zero star. We ordered Nashville Hot strips meals (which I love BTW) They are supposed to be packaged in the black plastic due to the sauce. Ours were packaged in the white/red original boxes. WHAT A MESS. Leaked everywhere. The only concern about my experience at your restaurant was your staffs attitude. As i was ordering, my cashier, named Jessica gave me the most attitude I have ever experienced in a restaurant. She completely ignored us as we ordered and was more focused on her surroundings. In addition to her attitude, when our order was ready we mistakened our order for someone else's and Jessica screamed, implying that we did not hear. I definitely love your restaurants food but this has truly been one of the most uncomfortable situations I've had at a restaurant. This is the saddest excuse for a fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. Even during what I would consider a moderately busy time, people waited 20-30 mins for a simple meal and even more for the family meals. There was no ice, no lids, and apparently a shortage of food and or staff. The only thing saving it from a one star rating is the friendliness and good attitudes of the employees. This restaurant needs help. This food was ok but I first used the restroom and it was dirty and papers all over and no soap for your hands. The lobby area was dirty and paper all over and floor dirty too. The tables were you get your soda was sticky and dirty too. There was a lot of employee behind the counter but no one wanted to clean up the lobby area. This store needs a lot of work. I also saw tile that fell off the front counter and I think that the lights in the place are going out because it is somewhat dark in the restaurant. They need more lighting in this place. hadn't had KFC for a while and decided take a drive and pick up fried chicken, Saturday, May 14, 2016. I ordered, picked up, and went home. I was missing the 8 piece hot wings that I paid for, but told myself I'd just go and pick it up on Sunday. On Sunday, I went in the restaurant and was told, "Since I didn't call in that I was missing a piece of my order, there was nothing they could do, per the manager Arlene Hernandez. I looked her in the eye and say, "Tell me why I would lie about eight hot wings when my order was over $28.00?" She should have said before this came down to a face-off, "I'm sorry your order was incomplete, let me fix it right now." Instead she was defensive and completely in adolescent mode. The idea of not completing a quality check before going out the window (they were absolutely not busy, for I was the only person in the drive-through and there were but a scant number of cars in the parking lot, with many other business in the area.) Today I went through the drive thru, ordered the popcorn nuggets $5 fill up with mashed potatoes and raspberry iced tea. Upon arriving home and looking in the bag I noticed I received no biscuit which does come with this meal and no utensils. The popcorn nuggets were ok and mashed potatoes had an unusual consistency and odd taste. It was harder than usual (perhaps undercooked?) It also came in a much smaller container than usual. I asked for a raspberry iced tea which was correct on the receipt but what was in my cup was coke. Very disappointed with the food and attention (or lack thereof) given to it. I use to live near this KFC and they use to have pretty decent food. I had not eaten here for over 5 years; one because I move a little further away, but mainly because of rumors of impropriety inside at night.
