We got a Bucket of Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Corn, to go. When we got home the Chicken was REALLY OVER COOKED!!! I mean the Skin was a Dark Brown!!! Like the Leather on a Couch!!! Maybe I got spoiled by Popeyes and Jollibee. It is fried chicken, so it is good thanks for grease. But, I am not into the spices. I like my fried chicken to be spicy that Popeyes and Jollibee have. The restaurant was dark and seemed diry despite being closed to indoor eating. My order was also wrong but everyone makes mistakes so I didn't hold that against them too much. The food overall was ok I got the new buffalo wings with the nashville hot sauce on them. They were pretty good for a chain place restaurant however the extra sauce at the bottom seem ed to have oil in it. We like coming to this location for their five dollar meals . We enjoy the meals and are usually happy with the amount of food we are given. The last time we went unfortunately they were out of the zinger meal but typically they have enough food to go around. The five dollar meal they have comes with chicken 1 drink, a cookie, and one side of your choice. This location although right on the highway actually seems a bit quieter than most fast food restaurant which we like. That could be because this location doesn't seem that busy so you don't have a lot of customers making noise either. read more

This KFC needs to get their act together. It's a busy spot but rushing people's orders just makes for disaster. Chicken is very greasy like they just scooped it out of the fryer. My one star is for the sides, they were good. Restaurant in general did not seem clean to me. The garbage was over flowing and there was a not pleasant smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom area. The tables were in need of a wipe down and floor needed to be mopped. This is place is Disgusting, Ripped seats, Men's bathroom dirty, Urinal with a plastic smelly bag over it. It looked like this place has not been swept since last month and workers are just hanging out on the side door propped open with a chair. Second time in two weeks that I have gone to KFC and been sorely disappointed. People don't listen and they don't communicate. 1st time went through the drive thru and was shorted a biscuit with the order. Person at the window apologized and disappeared for a longer amount of time than it should take to grab a biscuit. Get home and my wife is eating her meal and the biscuit wasn't fully cooked. Why couldn't they have simply asked if we would wait until it was done and then brought it out to us. Tonight I asked for wedges instead of mashed potatoes for a number 16, which should be a breast with potato, a biscuit, and a cookie. Made the mistake of asking for an additional side of coleslaw. Checked the order twice as best I could look into the box, and thought all was in order until I get home and my wife opens the box and asks, "where are the wedges"? Why can' people listen and get things right. I live a few miles away and was not about to drive back. Visited recently and was very clean. Plus the workers were nice and the food was cooked to perfection. Was still warm when I got it home.

The few times a year I go to this location, there's Always an issue. Not enough to make me so aggrivated then when I got home and opened the box to see a chicken drumstick smaller than a potato wedge. Like a wingette piece. And awful! The owner should take any offer the hotel behind it offers them to tear it down! read more

As a chain restaurant, I start with 3-stars. So I basically deducted 1 star for the front cashier. I had a really difficult time understanding him through his accent, as he was trying to speak over whatever loud humming is coming from behind the counter. They need to fix that! We go here about 3 times a month out of either desperation or hopes it actually tastes like what we know it can..or should. A few months ago this KFC had a spell where everything tasted like it did back in the 70's..delicious! I assumed all the crappy reviews forced a management overhaul , or more attention to cleanliness and quality. But tonight? Ut-oh..we're in the sh*t again. This place is hit or miss...almost always miss. Just bought 8 piece bucket with two sides deal. Threw all 4 biscuits out the car window on the way home. Improperly cooked, chewy like clay and "crunchy". Got home. Mashed potatoes semi-normal but gravy was runny and water-thin. Kerplunk into the trash. On to the corn. Dark colored and old. Void of any nutritional value and un-edible. Another visit to the trash can. All the chicken was over fried, dark and just disappointing. We ate it..we HAD to. I called the manager and explained the whole pitiful experience. To his credit, he agreed with all my points, blamed it on the "new cook" and promised a full "made fresh" replacement. I am only giving this KFC one star because I have to give it something. We ordered two meals to go and asked for chicken breasts please. Got home and discovered we had all thighs instead. The potatoes were greasy and inedible. Could only eat the biscuit and corn. Called the restaurant to complain. After being on hold for 15 minutes, we gave up. Oh, and the thighs were so small there was barely any meat on them. Will never visit this place again and would not recommend to anyone else. This was my first visit to this KFC. It was a Thursday at noon. I observed an empty parking lot which soon served it's purpose as several cars including my own were soon parked at nearly the same time. The only reason I have one star was because I had to. This used to be an institution. Now it is a joke that people even go to this place anymore. KFC was subpar compared to Roy Rogers, but somehow overachieved as survived as the leader of fried chicken. Popeyes obviously holds that crown now. The fact that KFC uses fake chicken and listen the last time I ate it it was horrendous. I'm not sure why they have commercials still. Came to the drive thru for a bucket of baked chicken. They didn't have much do they made me a fresh batch. Didn't take long at all. The manager also came up and asked if I was the guy in the drive thru line. He then gave me a cup and said have a drink on us. Very nice customer service. I just missed my lunch break while ordering from the drive-through. If I hadn't gone in I imagine they wouldn't have even noticed. They asked for my receipt when I walked in about ten minutes after placing my order and frantically began preparing my food. I was offered no explanation or apology until asking what the issue was. Now - they've closed almost all the KFCs nearby, and so this is the closest one to my home. Ever since Iris left, we have had nothing but bad experiences with the food and/or service. We order the same thing every single time, at least once a week. We show up with missing pieces, wrong sides and this is when we forget to check the bucket. Well, tonight has done it for me - I show up 30 minutes before closing and they are out of chicken. They didn't offer to make any, so we asked them to only for them to tell us, it's 10 minutes and we're only making one kind. I'm pissed - because we just drove 20 minutes one-way for this disappointment. I think we'll be giving them a break for a couple months of not entirely. read more
