I've reviewed many Chick-fil-As on here and this one is no different. All the staff I came in contact with were friendly and polite, food is always consistently good and well prepared, and the restaurant spotlessly clean. Bravo to the team at this location for holding up the company standards. I got the basic Chick-fil-A sandwich combo with fries, and cashed in a reward for a birthday cookie. The food was as expected, very tasty, quick and got us back on our road trip in no time. One thing I have not seen before, this location had several EV chargers for electric cars in the parking lot...great idea! I'd definitely dine here again I ever pass through again. read more

Dear Yelp, I've been to this Chick fil A location A LOT. And it's an excellent location. Drive thru, walk in, order ahead on the app...you name it. And each time, the customer service is 100%. Everyone is always friendly and pleasant. My order is correct 100% of the time. Sauces are never forgotten. Food is consistently delicious. Women's bathroom is clean. We love Chick-fil-A. The service is always great and the food is very consistent. Before this location opened up, we always go to the one in Morris Plains which is almost always busy. This location seems to be less busy and parking is easier since it is standalone. We have been there a few times time it's less crowded and more enjoyable. The staff was very helpful when we needed help. BTW, the kids meal is such a great deal. You get chicken strips, very fresh fruits (unlike the chemical apple from McDonald's), ice cream, a drink. read more

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. As a business model. I think all of their locations are amazing. I particularly am so happy that the opened one in Parsippany so close to me. This location has so much parking and ample to line up in the Drive-Thru so it's wonderful to be able to pick up food fast and get on the go. Chick Fil A knows how to do fast food right! I stopped in at this new location in Parsippany yesterday for lunch and thought it was excellent! The chicken sandwich and strawberry shake were very good, just as you'd expect. This new location is easy to access right on Rt 46. I dined inside, but the drive thru line wasn't long. The parking lot is big, so no issue parking. Inside, everything is new and clean. Plenty of seating, with also some outside tables. Friendly service. Parsippany residents can now chow down on Chick-fil-A without leaving the township. The popular chain opened its new branch in Parsippany (Route-46, near Patel Grocery store) on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Not a big establishment, but it can accommodate 40-50 folks easily (I guess). There is an outdoor seating arrangement as well. I could see, there were tons of freshers learning their job (good for neighborhood). Ordering was quite easy and fast. got the order in 5 mins as well. We Opted for dine-in. The place was full of people. In fact, drive-thru had less crowd. I chose my favorite spicy deluxe with waffle fries and Chicken Nuggets. Usual taste, nothing different, juicy chicken piece (not pattice, mind it) with fresh veggie and cheese. perfect..!! I also got their famous moo toy (inner child wanted it, so thank you :D) Ample parking spots (80+), also electric charging stations as well. Proper 2-lane drive-through - claiming 50-60 cars can fit in each lane so traffic issue - I am not sure. but I guess they know how to manage that. Timing: open for pick-up, dine-in, drive-thru, and carry-out from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and drive-thru until 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. read more

Always a great experience and the food quality is amazing. I don't have a restaurant near me so when I do get to visit one it's really a treat. I have to mention one item that I hope they will address. I ordered a new ice cream float with my combo meal I didn't notice the spoon was missing. I had no way of eating the delicious ice cream so I had to find a Wawa store, order a soda and grab a plastic spoon with it. Not the worst thing that could happen but certainly an inconvenience. It's The Brand New Chick-fil-A of Parsippany and I'm pretty stoked to be able to report that they finally put one of these in the right direction [west bound] so people who work and don't feel like cooking can stop in before heading home. It's freakin brilliant people. And if you're from this area you know what a hassle it is to navigate through that other location where it's like an accident waiting to happen, but that's not gonna be my problem anymore thanks to this place.    I rolled in for their Grand Opening and grabbed a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Combo Meal which I found to be very satisfying in every way possible. Drive Thru Service was fast, friendly, and efficient even though it was a madhouse on it's first day open, I was able to get in and out reasonably quickly.    So now all my favorites on this menu are easily accessible here and whether that's a good thing or a bad thing I don't really wanna think too hard about it, lol. Another Chicky-Filly, here we go! My SO and I visited a couple of days after the grand opening. The restaurant is a great size with ample parking, even accommodating EV charging. The inside was super clean and organized, happily displaying decor to kick off the new restaurant. We went early in the morning and received our order quickly without any hiccups. I was able to continue my tradition of getting some kind of potato from CFA, so I was happy that my hashbrowns did not disappoint. Much better today. I placed another mobile order, and this time everything came out correctly. Three different people greeted me and asked if I need help. Food is as tasty as always, but the chicken noodle soup was exceptional today. Knocked down one star because of speed of service. The restaurant was not crowded at all, but it still took 13 minutes for my order to come out. MP's location was always super crowded, but my order was always ready under 10 minutes. This location just opened up. Prior to that, I was going to the Morris Plains location. Food is excellent as always with Chick-fil-a. The service is quick. The only thing that bothers me is that they don't have a Mobile-Thru lane in the drive thru, only regular drive thru so you have to wait. This is a great location of Chik-Fil-A. Have used the drive thru in the past and it's quick & efficient. Ate inside this time and the order was served hot & tasted good. Restaurant is very clean. It's also possible to order from the App & have them bring the food to your table. Wish my local location was more like this one. read more

Right now my only comment is that they are still in their training phase and it's quite obvious. No matter what time of day I have gone, and this is with a mobile order placed, you always wait, and quite a while. The food is standard Chik-Fil-A, so it's probably the best fast food around, but just be patient and not in a rush until they get some more time under their belts. Nice new build and plenty of parking. However, they have not gotten their act together yet. I'd give them a few more weeks. Went there today, not a good experience. Staff was nice but slow. They got our order wrong on drive through. They forgot all our sauces in the bags. And the chicken was greasy, and gave us some issues afterwards. We go to the one on Route 10 in Morris Plains and much better. Until this site gets their act together I'd hold off. Also agree with the comment it is in a poor location (west bound) and the on/off is not the best. Poor planning. read more

We've now been to this new location a handful of times including my son's birthday. The owner Charlie is amazing! We called ahead of time to let him know we were coming for our celebration and he made my son's birthday extra special. We brought in our own cake and the crew came out singing and even lit the candles! We also had a crew member take our dinner order at our table and delivered it to us. The second time I went here; I was sitting at a table enjoying my Chicken Sandwich. Suddenly there was a Manager in my Face accusing me of not paying for my meal. I just looked at her, like what are you crazy? Anybody who goes there knows,that when you pay you get your receipt and wait for your food to be ready and you show your receipt to them and they make sure it's the right order. So I don't know why she accused me of not paying for my lunch. I just sat there enjoying my lunch letting her talk, she eventually gave up and just walked away. We had our daughter's bday party catered today and everything was fantastic. We got the 120 nugget platter, a tray of Mac n cheese, a fruit salad tray and a tray of fries. The manger and owner were both super attentive when I picked up the food, and the owner insisted on helping carry the food to my car (and even threw in some stuffed cows and sunglasses for the kids). I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of food we got. Kudos, highly recommend if you are looking for a fun, easy way to cater a party! read more
