We love Chick-fil-A. The service is always great and the food is very consistent. Before this location opened up, we always go to the one in Morris Plains which is almost always busy. This location seems to be less busy and parking is easier since it is standalone. We have been there a few times time it's less crowded and more enjoyable. The staff was very helpful when we needed help. BTW, the kids meal is such a great deal. You get chicken strips, very fresh fruits (unlike the chemical apple from McDonald's), ice cream, a drink.

Chick Fil A knows how to do fast food right! I stopped in at this new location in Parsippany yesterday for lunch and thought it was excellent! The chicken sandwich and strawberry shake were very good, just as you'd expect. This new location is easy to access right on Rt 46. I dined inside, but the drive thru line wasn't long. The parking lot is big, so no issue parking. Inside, everything is new and clean. Plenty of seating, with also some outside tables. Friendly service. Very solid Chick Fil A, just as you'd expect!

Parsippany residents can now chow down on Chick-fil-A without leaving the township. The popular chain opened its new branch in Parsippany (Route-46, near Patel Grocery store) on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Not a big establishment, but it can accommodate 40-50 folks easily (I guess). There is an outdoor seating arrangement as well. I could see, there were tons of freshers learning their job (good for neighborhood). Ordering was quite easy and fast. got the order in 5 mins as well. We Opted for dine-in. The place was full of people. In fact, drive-thru had less crowd. I chose my favorite spicy deluxe with waffle fries and Chicken Nuggets. Usual taste, nothing different, juicy chicken piece (not pattice, mind it) with fresh veggie and cheese. perfect..!! I also got their famous moo toy (inner child wanted it, so thank you :D) Ample parking spots (80+), also electric charging stations as well. Proper 2-lane drive-through - claiming 50-60 cars can fit in each lane so traffic issue - I am not sure. but I guess they know how to manage that. Timing: open for pick-up, dine-in, drive-thru, and carry-out from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and drive-thru until 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Chick fil A is great. On 46 with huge parking space. Pretty brand new. I love that the drive thru has human interaction through out. Super friendly employees. The inside is always clean and the staff walks around asking if you're okay. Pretty cool place

It's The Brand New Chick-fil-A of Parsippany and I'm pretty stoked to be able to report that they finally put one of these in the right direction [west bound] so people who work and don't feel like cooking can stop in before heading home. It's freakin brilliant people. And if you're from this area you know what a hassle it is to navigate through that other location where it's like an accident waiting to happen, but that's not gonna be my problem anymore thanks to this place.    I rolled in for their Grand Opening and grabbed a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Combo Meal which I found to be very satisfying in every way possible. Drive Thru Service was fast, friendly, and efficient even though it was a madhouse on it's first day open, I was able to get in and out reasonably quickly.    So now all my favorites on this menu are easily accessible here and whether that's a good thing or a bad thing I don't really wanna think too hard about it, lol. All I know is Chick-fil-A's in town and I'm ready to throw down. . some Seriously Delicious Chicken. You know the rest . . Come And Get Your Munch On!!

The only thing that bothers me is that they don't have a Mobile-Thru lane in the drive thru, only regular drive thru so you have to wait.

We were greeted ebulliently by the very nice server, and the service was great throughout the meal, with two servers and the chef or manager (both?) checking on us. There is an extensive menu, from which I chose the Jersey Carbonara and my dining partner had the Shrimp and Pancetta Risotto. Both entrees were delicious and filling, The restaurant bakes delicious bread, which is light and fluffy and somehow tastes vaguely cheesy also. We rounded off our meal with what I hope was a decaf capuccino--one of the smoothest coffee drinks I've had the pleasure to sample--and a truffle with two kinds of ice cream and a little jujube inside. 10/10 would eat there again.

Whether you're in the mood for a fresh, crisp salad or something more adventurous, they deliver. The star of the show for us has been the jambalaya served in a pineapple boat -- a fun, creative presentation that somehow makes an already delicious dish even better. It's the kind of thing you order once and immediately start telling your friends about. And let's not overlook the bar. The bartenders here are genuinely cool -- friendly, attentive, and they know how to put together a solid drink every single time. After being seated, I walked around the premises and saw a large room for private events, a vast area for outdoor seating, very nice wall artistry, and even a good-sized individual room for a private meal. Shyam was an exceptional Server. He took very good care of us and contributed to an enjoyable meal. I started with a Classic Margarita and it was served in a LARGE glass. So large, that I had to hand over the car keys, afterwards. The Fat Cactus complimentary chips and salsa was AMAZING. First, the salsa had chunks of tomato, onions, and lots of basil. It was so throughly enjoyed, that we asked for a second helping, which they gladly obliged. Our selections were: Chicken Tortilla Soup (Rich chicken broth flavored with onions, tomatoes, corn, black beans, finished with a dash of cream, crispy tortilla chips, avocado, sour cream, and cheese). This soup was served in a deep bowl, had a very nice presentation, and every spoonful was flavorful. The next item was the Burrito Michoacano (Shredded chicken seasoned with authentic Mexican spices, Mexican rice, black beans, pico de gallo, cheese, and chili arbol sauce). This Burrito was huge, all of the ingredients were well seasoned, and I took some home to enjoy during the NFL playoffs. The final item was the Tamales Chicken Pastor (Homemade masa tamales, stuffed with Chicken Al Pastor, served with red enchilada sauce, and topped with creamy sour cream). I'm glad, that I discovered Fat Cactus and will definitely revisit and/or dine at their New Brunswick location.

The staff I encountered were friendly & patient, which is shockingly not the norm these days! I ordered the tuna melt & fries & took a seat at the counter. I was the only one sitting along the counter, but there are also a few tables in the back that had parties at them. My food was ready relatively quickly & was served to me with a smile. The fries were of the steak cut variety, which aren't my favorite, but no fault of the delis - just my personal preference. They were cooked well & served hot - can't ask for much more! The tuna melt was actually a sandwich & not an open faced sandwich, as they tend to be, and I found that to be a pleasant surprise. Open faced tend to get soggy quickly. The tuna was aplenty & it was delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted & buttery as well. I do wish it was served with a pickle spear, though. Not sure if that's the norm & mine was forgotten or if it is not served as such. Either way, I'm obviously grasping at straws. Otherwise, it was a delightful lunch. I'm happy to have discovered The Cutting Board & even happier they are in the immediate area of my job, I will definitely be back to try more.
