We had a horrible first time here but gave them another shot and they have been very good lately, no missed items. The chicken has been very good. We go on Tuesdays to take advantage of the 10$ 8-piece dark but we always add the sides for a 20$ meal. We eat at least 2.5 meals out of it. We have had it to greasy but that was last year. Worst experience in my life. The employees are the nastiest, trashiest and most unprofessional group of 'human beings' I've ever encountered in a restaurant. They should be ashamed of themselves. I can't believe how long it takes to get an order in the drive up. This is ridiculous . I wait 30 minutes in line for drive up, then it's another 10 minute wait in the parking lot because I ordered crispy.... crazy huh? when I ordered, I asked for 16 thighs. I was told "we don't have 16, do you want to wait 20 minutes". I said that I didnt want to wait so give me 16 piece mix and she said "we don't have any white meat, so I can give you legs". I asked her if they have tenders and she said yes, so "I said give me whatever thighs you have and mix the other pieces with legs and tenders". I drove around, paid, and a different young lady took my money and asked me to pull around to the spaces and she would bring it out. 45 minutes later, I pulled back thru to find out where my food is. I gave this location its third and final chance and I was disappointed again. It seems the team needs more training because orders were getting all mixed up. Some people were picking up their orders and were having to come back in to get missing items. I ordered mine online and I actually showed up right on time. I ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes for my order, and the chicken was cold. Customers were not happy with the long wait time and all of the order mix-ups. The employees were running in circles, trying to fix the mix -ups and it was very disorganized. They need a district manager to show up to see what's going on and to get some real training for the employees. read more

Where do I begin, I'm honestly completely taken back. We ordered our meal online, ( which was probably the best experience of the entire situation). We arrived as it was being completed ( per the online app), and I went inside. The meal was not ready, ( which is fine as I would take that as being made fresh). As I waited approx 10 minutes a crew member called out " 8 piece meal" and I asked "is that for John?" She replied "no it's not a delivery/pickup". Ok someone was ahead of me, no biggie, as time continues to roll on, now close to 17-20minutes ( after the app showed it was completed 6:23) still no meal. A young woman asked me what my name was on the order, and when I told her John, she looked at me and said we already made that order. I replied excuse me, what, as I was perplexed. The young lady spoke with a supervisor and was telling her the order was made, and kinda looking for direction on what to do. I told them I didn't have the order, and was really taken back when their response was, well we made it, like referring that I already received it and was trying to get another meal. I told them I do not have the order, and we can go outside and look in my car if they want, that I didn't have any food in the car. No one said anything, but just went on about their business, I was assuming they were working on my order, ( you know what they say about assuming), but I was wrong. Now while I'm waiting customers are still coming in to be served, and pick up online orders, and then getting their meal and walking out, or sitting to eat. In fact one customer had to wait maybe 7-8 mins and the young man at the counter told her, I put a extra leg in there for the inconvenience of having to wait, ( good customer service, I give him props for that). Now we are approx 48 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready, when the same young woman tells me they are going to prepare my order again, (uh like I thought they already were), this is when I found out I was wrong. A few minutes later, when she gives me my meal, and before I even walk out the door I checked to ensure, and we'll you can figure what happened next, yup it was not complete. So when I go back to the counter to show them and ask for my 2 missing sides, I was greeted with disbelief, and had to show them my order receipt which in fact proved what I was stating. I know things happen and get hectic, but I think the kick in the teeth of the whole situation, was they would not apologize, or even offer something extra like they did the lady I mentioned earlier. If I could give zero stars I would, better yet, I would give negative stars. In all reality they provide a service, to paying patrons, and decent customer service would have been to apologize for the situation, and give a discount or something for the inconvenience. When you break it down, things happen to every one and every business, it's not about the issues, it's how you handle the issues or stand behind your product or service is what sets people apart. I guess in the future I will just go to Publix, or drive right past KFC and go to Popeyes. read more

Went there on Father's Day about 6pm. Ordered chicken strips meal to go. When I got home and started to eat, what are usually good chicken tenders, were not tender at all. They tasted like they were made earlier in the day or maybe the night before and reheated. Couldn't even chew them. And they were spicy to boot. This location was closed for several months for renovations . They have now reopened and there is such a disgusting smell of mildew - or some type of water damage still . The old location had water problems and black water damage in ceiling tiles and this new ceiling has started to show water problems already . The restaurant is great and everything, but the workers are not that respectful. Not all of them are just the girl who was at the orders. She treated us badly because of a misunderstanding because we did not understand what she mean, but she was intolerant and she has no right to do that. I would give the store 5 stars for their food but the SERVICE SUCKED. On Monday 9/24 at 5:48 I went through the drive thru and was net but the most condescending girl. And yes I say girl because she could not have grown up yet because if her attitude. According to my receipt her name was Tarrin and what a smart mouth on her. I actually thought I was back in HS. I went to KFC around 1PM and ordered 3 thighs, extra crispy, nothing else. Prices definitely have increased, but I still ordered thru the drive-thru. I get home and the thighs were a dark brown color for the skin, looked like the original recipe, and skin was soggy and a bit salty. I tasted and it was the extra crispy, but clearly OLD and probably from the day before. Nothing was crispy, and when you pulled the skin back and removed, the meat had several areas of a dark brown color, which told me it had sat under a heat lamp for far too long. Why did they even sell this to me? I paid under $8, which was expensive, and I tossed. I did not want to drive back to KFC and ask for a refund. I should have, but it was something I simply did not want to have to do. But I can write a review. So this is it! Very disappointing. Soggy, old chicken, should not be sold, period. read more

It used to be that you could go to any KFC anywhere and knew when you ordered what you would get. Not anymore. I miss the old KFC. The "original recipe" now has a crunchy crust or maybe its been sitting under heat lamps for too long - hard to say. Whatever it's not the fresh juicy soft coated chicken of yesteryear. She helped get me my food quickly, double-checked to ensure I had everything I needed, and was really friendly and caring.
