They are always very quick to come out with your food, and the quality of everything is top-notch. The inside has a lot of seating and is very spacious. Ordered via the drive through, they asked us to park. It was just chicken fingers and a side of toast, nothing unusual. 20 minutes later, multiple customers who came after us got their food, we had not. Used to work there, they are horrible to employees, horrible to eachother. They pretend to be nice but trash talk everyone from customers to other employees behind their backs. When it comes to washing dishes all people do is rinse them out, not even wipe them down which results in raw chicken residue getting everywhere. We signed a paper saying if we were sick in any way then we would call out as to not put anyone else at risk of getting sick. Even so there were countless times people were not allowed to call out and employees were coughing or theowing up while working. They also had a minor working every single day and everytime she had a day off she'd get excited telling ppl she could sleep that day. The "day off" comes up and shes called in and getting yelled at her entire shift. Not a clean environment. New manager fired all minors leaving like 10 people. Overall horrible place. read more

Normally I get great service. 10/10 . But today ? Fuck no. June 27 2022 , I came in at 5-5:30 hoping for my wonderful meal. Not only did these new mfs fuck up my order- they didn't put any butter on ANY of my toast. There's the WHITEST amount of Cajun on my fries. Add to the fact, there's no marinara. Which would've been fine if they had told me prior to me ordering a specific meal that comes with it. It's been awhile since I have eaten at a Zaxby's. I am happy to say this Zaxby's was awesome. The service was excellent. The food was served fresh. The wings were so good. OK I've been to other Zaxby's and this one need improvement I know it's new but my daughter many years ago when they had one on the beach side it was very good and sorry it close. The palm coast one is very good. My food was not so good the bun looked not fresh the whole food didn't look great the fries was not fresh it wasn't hot. I ate their food last night about 9 pm. I was up at 5 am puking and having diarrhea the entire morning/afternoon. I'll never eat there again because they gave me food poisoning. Upon arriving a couple days ago I had the wrong order, and poorly, rude customer service! I had an order of a Cajun Chicken Sand which meal, and a Zaxbys Club Sandwich meal with no sauces on the club because my husband had allergies, went home that night and found my husbands meal had sauces! They've been open a few months now. No issues anytime I've been. Good, typical Zaxbys food. Read some reviews that people don't like fingers or fries. I love the fries with season salt. And the fingers are always nice and crispy like deep fried food is supposed to be. If you'd rather have bland, soggy tenders and fries there's a Chick fil A nearby. read more

Wow I am not impressed, I heard so many great things about this corporation and this certain location I have to say honestly does have very nice workers very good experience with them but the food was terrible all three of my family members dealt with the same problem. First experience at Zaxby's and I got the blue salad with blacken chicken and it was a very generous portion and delicious. My husband got the traditional chicken wing plater and he was not as impressed. My daughter got the boneless chicken wing plater and her response was just ok and she would not order that again, but would come back to try the Chicken sandwich while I get my salad again.
