This location has gone down hill dramatically. I don't know what changed but food seems to lack attention and is just thrown together. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches from the drive through around 1:30pm. When I got home(less than a mile down the road) the bun on both sandwiches looked deflated and the chicken was lukewarm and dry. The pickles were just tossed on there arranged to neatly fill the bun. I am glad the person making the sandwich did not so much mayonnaise that it oozes out on all sides like time I ordered chicken sandwiches from this location. It may work in a pinch, but I would not recommend this KFC. read more

Still great! 8-piece bucket for $10. Cooked right. Staff pleasant. Here's my tip: Take the lid off the bucket for the drive home. With all the steam, it can make the skin a little soggy if you don't. And of course, you get that wonderful smell on the way home. Sometimes they are sold out, but if you wait 10-15 minutes you will get a fresh batch. Always a treat for us. I've been here twice recently. On my first visit, my order was wrong. It was fixed pretty quickly, so not a huge issue. Food was ok, but didn't taste fresh. I'm not sure how Yum brands claims to be following Covid precautions when none of the employees at this store and many others in the area wear masks and also handle food/money at the drive thru....They obviously do not watch their franchisees and establish an across the board protocol or enforce it. I will NOT be going to any Yum Brand restaurant again, EVER. Popeyes down the road is following Covid precautions and is much cleaner than any KFC in the area, as is Chick Fil A and most other chains. Okay so, for the last 6 months, we felt like this KFC was being poorly run and the quality of the food suffered because of this. However, tonight 5-21-18 we went because well, we love KFC and we always hope for a better experience. WOW, what a difference tonight. Discovered that a district manager from Georgia was asked to come here and straighten this place out. A few people were fired and some, that worked here before, were hired back, and some were transferred from other stores. Now, for the review - The chicken was like we used to experience at KFC years ago. Juicy, not overdone and not underdone. When one orders the original recipe, you would expect to see a light golden brown crisp and not a dark brown crisp and dried up. The light golden brown and juicy is definitely what we got tonight. Wife had her grilled chicken thighs that she loves and commented how juicy and larger they were than what she had been getting. The sides we got were excellent and the biscuits were so soft and fluffy. All in all, I'd have to say that with the recent changes made, and the addition of good workers that know what they are doing, this is a promising upgrade and we look forward to eating here often. read more

This used to be a pretty good KFC. Tonight my family wanted KFC and so we went. We do the drive thru to get it to go. Most everything we wanted was unavailable... sold out? We wanted two pot pies... unavailable. We wanted a chicken sandwich... unavailable. Luckily they had our last want- 3 pc tender fill up box... And that is all they had... tenders! They did have side items. So we had to get four 3 pc tender fill up boxes. Honestly that is terrible. Is it the fact that things were sold out? Or were they just too lazy to cook anything else? You were just so darn rude and for no reason all because you were embarrassed about not having a flavor which I didn't really care about, I like other flavors as well. But because I had to ask you what diet soda you have. What ever personal issue you have in your life isn't worth me ever returning. A couple of weeks ago, vaguely remembering bad experiences here, I pulled through the drive thru and got a 3 piece dark meal. Once I got home I discovered that I had received a 2 piece. I considered going back but decided it was not worth it. I had to work Saturday afternoon and the wife suggested fried chicken, it was kind of late and I thought that Publix and Winn Dixie were probably out of chicken, so, against my better judgement I went back to KFC. The chicken was stale and old, but edible sort of. It was for the money very disappointing. Long story short everyone that had chicken developed vomiting, cramps or diarrhea. Everything left over was tossed into the trash. You knowingly served bad food to your customers. I saw that your posted mask policy was being ignored, so I believe that if visible guidelines were not being followed I can not imagine that the back of the house is any better at complying with common sense hygiene. This is consistently, the worst fast food place in Brevard county. Today, I ordered four "Chicken Little" chicken sandwiches and an order of their "Secret Recipe" fries. Since the Pt. St. John location gets our order wrong at least half the time, we looked inside the bag, which was greasy inside and out and there were 4 sandwiches and and order of fries. We went home, opened the bag at the table and started to eat. The first two sandwiches were good and so were the fries. Then we opened our second pair of sandwiches. One was correct but the second was covered in hot sauce! Not what we wanted! Examining the wrapper, there was no indication that this sandwich contained hot sauce. We threw it away and split the other sandwich. You ask why do we continue to go there? There aren't any other KFC's near us and not that many places to grab a quick chicken meal. We've eaten at other KFC's in the county and this one rarely gets it right. Why didn't we complain? Because we have, many times and the customer service leaves as much to be desired as does the accuracy of their orders. Hopefully this review will attract the attention of the owners. read more

Thank goodness there opening one in Rockledge. I drove atw from cocoa beach just to have the tall doofy counter guy make me feel like I'm a idiot because i don't know the whole menu. I love KFC, or at least I used to. Every time I've been to this location the chicken is dry and the coleslaw is both dry and kind of rotten tasting. It's the only KFC left open in the area. Went to KFC on US 1 in Port St. John. I ordered wings they explained it would take 11 minutes, Trying to see what alternatives they had the girl at the drive-through had like zero interest in trying to accommodate or up-sell, or even apologize for the wait. Once I got my order after having to park, I look in the bag no sauce, no napkins. I have to go in and girl at counter hits back of napkin dispenser and ask what sauce I want. Then I Explain to her that she's got an attitude and she's rude and that there is no reason that I should have to come into the store to get napkins and she could've given better service instead of copping an attitude then she decides to try to come out of the dining room and mock me. Manager came from back of store and out to parking lot, I explain to him how rude the other manager and girl at counter were. At that time another man came out and said he wanted to curse her out that she gave him and his friend attitude when they ordered. Worst KFC on the planet! Every time! We love KFC, but only go to this one when we're craving it so bad that we forget how bad this one consistently is. Today, after waiting 30 minutes for our food (that wasn't what we ordered because they were out of what we wanted) we find out they are out of utensils.
