What happened to the breadsticks!?! This last time couple of times we ordered, the breadsticks were just awful. We used to love the sticks. I've had freezer bought sticks with better taste. Seriously it was like cardboard with some Parmesan. And, while the pizza has always been decent, it was just blah. Man do I miss the days of an awesome pizza from Pizza Hut!! The service of the place is fine, but I think we are going to pass on ordering for awhile, if ever again. Sigh. read more

Do not order and pay online. I ordered online, paid, verified the address is our local Pizza Hut. I received a confirmation number and email. We went to pick up the pizza but they had no record of our order. I showed her everything on my phone, confirmation, email, bank showing the transaction... but she said the card would not be charged because it didn't process. It was showing pending on my bank account. She offered to recreate our order if I paid again. No thank you, that's horrible service to make someone pay twice. A few days later the charge did post to my account so now I have to take time to reach out to my bank and dispute the charge! There's no customer service on pizza huts website to fix these issues and the local store didn't offer a solution. read more

I just recieved a all meat pizza delivered. I think you could of left it in oven for a few more minutes. I actually felt a slight memory from 1988 Boy what a great feeling!! the crust needs more cooking I did enjoy it but missed my crispy crust using the pan. read more

Order from Pizza Hut forgot my wings, took them 40 minutes to return to my house they were cold , the girl just threw them on the ground at my front door and the sauce on the ground which exploded all over my front door, not even in the bag, barely any toppings on the pizza, the manager didn't even care , I will never order from them again for what I paid. read more

They are usually on time with delivery and the one time they weren't they compensated us with a free large pizza. The food is always hot and tastes great. Carryout or delivery both great ways to get pizza or wings from here. One time my friend ordered and didn't use the $5 menu and I called them before delivery and they were able to change the order and we ended up saving her 15$. Great customer service! read more

This is the second time my pizza has been delivered undercooked. The first time I thought it might have been a fluke. Now weeks later I decided to give them another chance, and once again my pizza is very undercooked. On top of that, the girl that answered the phone seemed like she was off in la-la land somewhere. Delivery from here is awful. Was estimated at 40 minutes, I called when an hour had passed and the tracker said my food was still cooking. Girl who answered cut me off, said the delivery driver would be leaving in a few minutes. Food was cold when it arrived, grease from the breadsticks had soaked all the way through the bag and the pasta box was soggy. Also sent the wrong dipping sauce, not what I ordered. This place is managed by a straight up liar. Every time I choose to order pizza from this place I also like to get breadsticks. For some unknown reason this location feels that their marinara sauce should be taken directly from the refrigerator and placed into the take out container. I've never had this at any other pizza hut. It's gotten to the point to where I now have to either leave a note in the special instructions or acknowledge it in store during pick up whether the sauce is hot or not. Well on Halloween this year I decided to order my meal. I get to the store to pickup and speak with one of their cashiers and he seemed new, regardless I asked him if my sauce which I ordered double of was hot.. He looked at me puzzled for about a second and then the manager JEAN I believe her name was decided to speak for him in a hurry and just said "yes it is". I simply said ok thank you and even left them a $2 tip on a takeout of like $14. Now I'm hungry and decide to get into those breadsticks... FREEZING Marinara!! I'm pissed!!!! Not like I'm heading home with this pizza, I'm out trying to trick or treat with the family. I can not believe the manager would lie directly to a customer instead of simply following what all other pizza huts have been doing and heat the marinara! I'm so sick of them basically stealing my few dollars every time and simply being lazy. I hope the upper management can access camera footage of this incident and discipline the management. Called to order an the guy put me on hold 3 times. Then when I was asking about the specials he was being rude an only said he had one special. An then that he couldn't deliver to the campground that I had to come pick it up. An when I was ordering he put me on hold in the middle of me ordering an then came back on after me waiting 5 min.
