The quality of customer service and the attitude of the employees at this location is sadly lacking. The manager on duty Myriah leads her crew with a poor attitude and lack of training in customer service. I would choose another place for take out, a place where they don't treat you like it is a favor to wait on you and any mistakes they make in preparing your order are somehow your fault. read more

Haven't been to a KFC in awhile went through drive thru to order for me, daughter and kids. First off menu friggin confusing and person taking order was kinda rude/impatient. Chick at window was nice, but couldn't hear her say my total no wonder when I got the receipt and it showed $26 for 8 piece chicken tenders with no drinks!! WTH!! I told them these are for two kids and that is too much. Chick went to get some young white girl who copped an attitude. KFC, used to be good, the food was not what I was expecting!! Not a KFC tast at all in any if the items bought(chicken, tenders,pop corn chicken) I was verry dissatisfied!! So I will not be returning for their meat products!! Mash potatoes and Cole slaw was ok. This place should honestly be closed. They now don't do any substitutions and the person who was in the drive thru window was extremely rude to my fiancé and I. She just constantly had an attitude with us, acting like we shouldn't have even been there when it was only 2pm! We went to Popeyes instead because at least they can substitute things in their meals! Oh, and the five dollar boxes that they advertise all the time aren't five dollars anymore, which I was willing to pay the 6.99 for it, but figured since they still advertise them as "$5 boxes" online people should know that it's a lie. read more

I went in last night to pick up food for dinner and I waited 45 minutes and my food still hadn't come out. And I wasn't the only one as they had an entire dining area full of people waiting for food, some of which had partial orders and waited a half an hour more for the rest of their order to come out while the first half was getting cold. Finally after waiting 45 minutes and them getting barely any food out to anybody other than the drive thru which was apparently the priority, I asked for a refund on my debit card only to be told that the manager is the only one that could do that and that she was too busy with drive thru to do it. This was an awful experience. They completely messed up my order multiple times. And they gave us a ridiculous quantity of chicken to bread ratio. Im no rocket scientist, but making a sandwich isnt that complex. For some reason could not figure out how to make 2 separate orders for the same car, as well. I would not reccomended this place to anyone. That's not that hard to do, and personally I think the customer service should be augmented. I'd also like to add that the cook in there was disgusting, and had just about everything hanging out of her clothes. Ive tried 4 different times to get mashed potatoes brown gravy and potato wedges and EVERY time the mashed potatoes have chunks or almost like a gooey texture to it and the potato wedges are really cold not just cold like theyve been sitting there all day but like theyhave been out in the a.c. all day. Happy to find the last in a long heritage. Went through the "Drive-Thru", ordered a bucket of original with slaw and potatoes. From order to drive off took about 5-7 minutes. From the view into the restaurant, they appeared busy but well staffed. I would definitely return in the future. read more

This is the last remaining KFC in Pueblo. The restaurant is not to clean and all the tables were dirty. Bathrooms were dirty as well. We were the only ones in line and it took a long time to get our food. The person behind the counter was polite but they just seemed short handed. The food is still good for KFC. Let me start by saying I am a former GM of KFC. I usually don't eat at kfc too often because I have eaten it so much in the past. With that said, This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. 1st they only carry 2 sauces, ranch and bbq. Not that big of a deal but I do love the finger licking good sauce. 2nd window cashier was real abrupt and not friendly the least bit. I ordered a 20 dollar fill up, it's game day and sounded good to grab some kfc and watch the Broncos. Orders the french fries because they are new and it is my 1st time trying them. Tried a couple out of the box driving home and they were cold. Get home and the Mac and cheese is old. The top is crusty and deeper orange which comes from dumping an old Mac cheese into a new container. The bottoms get hard from sitting a long time. The mash potatoes were also old and not edible, they smelled bad from being old. Probably all of the sides were from yesterday. The oil needs to be changed judging by the color of the tenders. Instead of a golden color they are a brownish color and were also cold and flat. Biscuits were also old. Definitely a couple hours past the shelf time. This place is the worst kfc I have ever been to. Definitely a huge disappointment and waste of 21 dollars. read more
