We ordered a 12 piece bucket for pickup. After we got home there were only 9 pieces in the bucket. What a rip off.

The employees obviously have zero training. We've gone Tybee the drive thru maybe half a dozen times. They got the order right one time. . They can't seem to tell the difference between a breast and a thigh, a wing and a leg, or even original and extra chrispy. So done with this KFC! Haven't been here in a good while and the only reason I decided to go again was to try the new chizza. As usual, this place is a disaster. Ordered a chizza. She asked if I wanted small or large and combo or the chizza only. I told her what I wanted and then she says "I don't have that right now". WAIT you just asked me if I wanted a combo and a small or large. Why did you ask that if you don't have that? I'm assuming that because it was busy and they didn't have any ready, rather than take my order and park me, she just said I don't have that RIGHT NOW. Ghetto AF!!! Ordered on Uber Eats an hour before they closed. After the 4th driver canceled, I called the driver. He said they were so rude when he tried to pick up the order. The manager told him that they don't have any chicken cooked for the order and won't make any changes/accommodations. Pulled up to the drive-thru and made my order. The poor girl couldn't hear me and kept saying, "You said...." She was always wrong, corrected the order, but was very polite. I get to the window and the total was $28 (all white meat on the order). She starts filling drinks and says, "we only have 1 sweet tea" (we ordered two). Ok, no problem, we swapped to a fruit drink. Then, she comes back and says we are out of original wings. Ok, we swapped to crispy. Then, she comes back and says, we are out of original breast. Ok, frustrated at this point so we switched to all crispy white on all the orders. We get the order and drive home. Open the boxes and we low and hold, we got all original dark soggy meat and the biscuits were rock hard. None of which was edible. The chicken was so soggy, the box it was in was practically broken at the bottom. Ordered "Quick Pick-Up", but it was anything but quick. Took 20 minutes after the designated order time and an actual interpersonal conversation to get my pre-ordered food. Me and another guy were standing around waiting for our orders while the staff was seemingly very busy putting together other orders, but not ours. I wish I had read the reviews before I went. This place is the worst fast food place I have ever experienced. Employees milling around on their cell phone. I walked inside to place my order and she couldn't get the register to work and told me to use the portal. Midway through the portal she said she had the register working. After I ordered and paid, I was informed that the chicken would be 45 minutes before it would be done. The is a chicken place. There should always be chicken available. Needless to say I asked for a refund, which I will watch closely on my credit card to make sure it was credited. I'm not sure anyone there knows how to work the register. If the owner is reading this, get new employees or come in and work at the place yourself. Your obviously not willing to pay for quality employees. I realize there is a labor shortage, but for the right price you can get good ones. YES that means paying employees more and taking less profit for now!!!!!!!! Your loosing more money with dissatisfied customers, then it would cost you in revenues. Who taught you economics? One star is too much. read more

Food was delivered promptly, however, it was horrible! The fries were so dried out and hard...it's as if they were left out overnight and thrown back into the fryer for my order. The chicken was just as bad!!! It was old chicken that they reheated and then boxed up for me. They will never get my money again! read more

I'm shortening the exchange to keep it from being so long. Used the drive through at about 1:00 PM. I had looked up a chicken bucket on internet before driving. Asked for the 12 piece bucket. Internet said 12 piece bucket with only chicken, no sides was $21.79. I was picking up for small group with no sides needed. Lady says "what sides". I say "no sides" chicken only. She says it comes with sides. I say I'm only looking for the chicken at $21 or so. She says yes that includes sides. I say great I must have read it wrong. She hesitates and says oh. That's tenders not regular chicken. I say no. I didn't ask for tenders. I want original. She says $30. I ask why it's not $21 like the internet. I say is that without sides. She says it only comes with sides. I'm blocking traffic so I say ok. I must be mistaken so give me the sides. As I wait to get to the pick up I check the internet and sure enough it has chicken only as I asked. I show the ad to the lady at the window and she says oh I didn't know that's what you wanted. I say I said no sides. She asks if I still want sides. I say no. She says no refunds. I ask what kind of business has no refunds on their mistake. I have not taken the food yet so the can't say I touched it left with it. She says she can take out the sides but I can't have my money back. How stupid can you be. I can pay for them and just leave them there? I'm all ready late so I take the bag and end up paying an extra $8.00 for sides that no one wanted or ate. I will not be going back to this KFC ever.
