I rarely go to KFC because it's never a pleasant experience. So, to appease my wife, i reluctantly went to this location. I just finished a 12-hour day, and I ordered a 12 Piece family meal. I get to the window and the worker informs me they're out of thighs, which so happens to be my favorite piece. He offers me legs in place of the thighs, and I was pissed. Why are they out of thighs?? Did some Jack hole come and order twenty thighs?? Seriously.. how does this happen?? Popeyes won't allow someone to order a box of only thighs because it's wrong and screws up meals behind it. I just got the Donut Sandwich. I asked for the Chicken to be Nashville Hot and to add pickles to it. The guy who took my order look at his screen and said it wasn't really an option, but he would make it happen. Service was quick and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make my donut sandwich magical. Really appreciate it when you can order what you want and the kid behind the counter makes it happen and isn't trying to figure out a way to charge you another $3 for a $6 sandwich on the stupid compute that doesn't give them options to order the way you want it. I normally don't write reviews for good service and seldom have anything positive to say about ANY fast food restaurant, but I was impressed that I was not let down and my sandwich was amazing. I hope the donuts stick around longer than the double down sandwich did, I found a new favorite sweet-spicy mixture with the weird crunch-chewy sensation only provided by a fried chicken sandwich. I stopped in this KFC tonight at about 7:25pm. Went to the bathroom first and as I was washing my hands after using the urinal, the toilet in the stall flushed, the door opened, and a KFC employee in uniform came out and went directly out of the bathroom. He did not wash his hands even though there's a sign on the door saying employees MUST wash their hands after using the restroom before returning to work. I went out right after him and went to the counter and asked for the manager. A young female, mid to late 20s, came to the counter and said she was the manager on duty. I told her what happened and her response was that he washes his hands when he gets back to the kitchen. I looked at her in amazement and reminded her what the sign in the restroom says and I told her customers would have no way of knowing if he washed his hands. She then looked at me perplexed, as if I had a third eye on my forehead. Then I saw the same guy from the restroom in the back...preparing food. I asked for the district manager's phone number, got it and left. No way in the world would I ever go back to this place and eat...ever!
