Nice bar with nice clientele. I dropped in as I was in the area and hadn't been there since it had new owners, 5 1/2 years. Well lit inside. Dropped in on a Tuesday when it was Music Bingo with Kevin. He was pretty cool and funny. Lots of fun, I might add. Wish there were more people. No, I didn't win out of eight possible wins, darn it. Lol. They have a gaming area with six games. Parking is limited by the main entrance. But there's 2 hour street parking. The bartender was nice, too. U shapped bar with about 16 seats, and then there's six counter high tables. Food.....omg I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Lol. So, I ordered the chicken strips. Uh folks, these things were huge, the first I've ever seen in a bar. Tasty, they were with the house sauce. Thin batter and very moist. I also ordered the fries. A mistake on my stomach, I couldn't eat them all and they were big Crinklecut crunchy fries. Everyone I asked in the bar eating said their food was excellent. So I can imagine the rest of the food. Eugene, one of the owners, was cooking. He was also pleasant to talk to. I saw their wings and they looked yummy as well. Be advised that none of their chicken is frozen pre-battered. Hint hint. Is why it's so good. It doesn't appear there's anything on tap if that's important to you. Drinks were a good pour,but don't expect them to have everything. They have a DJ playing on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday's; which gets a decent crowd according to the bartender. It's a mixed crowd when it comes to age. Overall, there's nothing negative to really say about this bar, and that's very rare for me. I will revisit because of the atmosphere and food. Locals need to visit this place often. When we walked in the server was very kind and showed us the food menu. And we ordered the 10 pc wing and the French fries and the food came very fast. Then we ate and the wings were very very juicy and tasty and the sauces were very flavorful. Also the French fries were salted perfectly and tasted fresh and all the food was very hot. I do not like bars in general... but this place is different because they serve the BEST WINGS that I have ever had in my life and the staff is so fun and nice. The wings here are juicy jumbo and crispy fried and the homemade (railhouse sauce) is so delicious and compliments the wings so well. The homemade (railhouse sauce) is so unique and perfectly executed it has my favorite combination of flavors it is sort of spicy with some heat and has a sweet tang. The ranch dressing is phenomenal as well and I know know why.. I asked and was told they also make that in house and what sets it apart from other places is it is made with real buttermilk and when you dip something in it for instance the beer battered mushrooms the taste is cool light and refreshing. So glad that they updated the menu here and brought the food back and reopened the kitchen. On some nights they have a DJ and karaoke, a bingo night and trivia night. Some gaming machines as well. The environment isn't the worst as they played good music and the food smelled amazing. My only issue is your bartender who was present on 7/3/24. Her demeanor and service is the absolute worst. Talk about the definition of horrible customer service. She did not ID a friend of mine as she knows the individual, yet had to ID everyone at the table, which is fine and understandable, as it is the law. However, after approaching her with her resting b face, I asked what the issue was and immediately she said she wasn't serving me because I questioned her attitude. I understand, you have multiple individuals in your establishment, but refusing to serve a completely sober person for being blunt and checking someone's attitude is pretty baffling. You would think someone of her age would know how to act. Shows that you can't teach people how to serve others or how to have class. She is a joke, she can do better! The owner can do better. We were looking for some finger foods and found this place on yelp. We arrived and saw that it is well put together. Walking on the inside it's got plenty of things to do and smelled super clean! The manager actually saw us walking outside and came out to introduce himself. He pitched the 1/2lb burgers and we were sold. We ordered burgers (which were 1/2 price and a 1/2lb) and wings and they were both AMAZING! They tasted hand packed and were cooked to our perfection. The fries are really good. The bartender and manager both offered us free beverages and made us feel super comfortable. He is an extremely nice man and I know for sure we will be back to take advantage of the 1/2 price foods that he mentioned while waiting for our food. read more

What a great find for what you would think is a hole in the wall. So this place has obviously been revamped. Perhaps under new management. The husband found it with a new coat of paint coming home from Ace Hardware. We come in for a beer and some food. The small area is clean. The beer taste good (which tells me the taps are clean). The staff is friendly and selection is really good. We start with the Fried Pickles, which are pretty darn good and simply kick back and enjoy "hanging out". We eventually order the chicken wings and WOW are they good with their house sauce. Definitely a place I will be hanging out in more.
