I went to the round lake beach location on 12/7/24 around 5:20p.m.with my wife and have never felt so discriminated against in my life, there was 2 people in front of us waiting to order and it took them forever to serve one lady and so we waited and waited and waited to get served, so the guy in front of us asked the rice server What's up and why don't you take our order's and she told us that the white ticket orders get severed first, even though we were there before the ticket came out People we getting pissed off because of what was happening. We left this establishment and will tell all of our friends about this very,very bad experience. The worst panda that I have ever been too. This place is a -5, and where do I start! I went there for dinner thinking it will be a fast and with a good or at least ok service and hell no that did not happen.
