First off the food sucked and the floor was all sticky,the people working there were all grouchy and acting like they hated their job.

This happened 3 years ago. I placed my order. Cost $85. Took my money. i didnt see the no money back ting next to the till. Anyway, I sat down and I watched the supervisor who took my order, head into the back. Followed by the employees. One employee was cleaning, WHILE I WAS STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO BE STARTED ON. took them 30 minutes for the supervisor to come out. Because there was a line forming. I started telling people to go elsewhere. Since by that time, it has been 30 minutes since I ordered. I told her That I wanted my money back. That was whn she told me no money back. The guy that was working didnt even know about my order. When I finally got my food. Some of the things I got was dry. Do not go here. State street is much better. read more

One star since I can't go in the negative. They have uneducated employees who have no manners and no care for customers. They might as well have you make your own food, at least that way you could get it right, fresh, and not have to figure out what they are saying into the drive through speaker. Jakayla was very rude and hard to understand. Cut us off on the speaker with a total before we even finished our full order. We have never had a good experience at this location. read more

This location appears to have staffing issues. Drive through line is very slow, and the pay window employee keeps walking away to do other jobs. 3 of the last 4 times I have come here they have messed up my order. Received mashed potato's instead of Mac and cheese, regular hot dog instead of a coney dog are a few examples. I do not plan on coming back to this location anytime soon. I will stick with Arby's and Burger King, which have great food and excellent service. read more

Should've known better to stop and get a bite to eat here at 9 PM, although it shouldn't matter what time you go to a restaurant and order food, the employee's should know when the food has been sitting under the heat lamp too long to sell. horrible experience here, i'm. pregnant and went to get food on my way to work, got to work and realized they didn't give me mashed potatoes and gravy, sauce for my tenders, and no honey for the overly dry biscuit. oh, also they don't sell wedges at this location. i called to let them know and they told me to have anything fixed i need to bring the food back in. so they didn't want me to eat for the 8 hour work shift so i could bring it back to them and they could fix it when i have a growing child in me to feed read more
