The dedication to customer satisfaction at this location really stands out to us. We try and stop here every time we visit the beach and this time was no different. Food was great, exceptional service from Jordan at the counter who was helpful and friendly, and the location and bathrooms were clean. I like the placement of the napkin bar because you can grab utensils as you wait. The staff looked calm and not stressed and it wasn't as hectic as some of the other Chick fil A locations. In the past I've noticed people coming in from the beach with no shoes on which is kinda gross... but it's directly across from the beach, so, guess that's to be expected. read more

My main issue is the chicken patty quality and size. Their chicken biscuits used to be my favorite thing but now I don't know if I'll be back, they changed their chicken and I've noticed a significant difference. I just waited almost an hour for the most mediocre chicken biscuit I've ever had. I waited in a drive through line for 30 minutes that literally didn't move a centimeter for a solid 10 minutes, after not moving one bit I decided to pull out and go inside, waited another 15-20 in there. My mother came in tonight and picked up a take out order for me and brought it home. The sweet tea I got had a used MATCH that was at the bottom of the cup. I took a sip and almost choked on this match at first I thought it was a tea leaf but then I got a paper towel and squeezed it and wiped it and soot was all over the paper towel. This is absolutely disgusting and a disgrace meanwhile I called the manager and they told me "You can have a free meal" Please don't give these a-holes business. Normally chick fil is one of my favorite places. I got here 3 minutes before closing. They were very polite, took my order along with other patrons in the store. I asked for chick fil a sauce with my sandwich. I should have double checked before leaving. I just got home and now I have a dry sandwich for a very late dinner. I'm here on vacation, it's after 9 pm and Publix is closed too. So I can't purchase condiments anywhere. It seems like the only time I crave breakfast from Chic-Fil-A is on, of course, a Sunday. BUT once in a blue moon, I long for a Chicken Biscuit sandwich and actually get to the restaurant before 10:30A. To my regret and craving disappointment, this location missed the mark. My chicken was cold, and about the size of 2 small nuggets - I kid you not! On top of that, the biscuit was hard as a rock and I ended up tossing it. I reached out to their customer service and they didn't even so much offer to replace my sandwich! Now I've lived all over the south and my husband and I have enjoyed this chain time and time again. But we live out on the island now and this is the closest location to us. They usually miss the mark and we usually overlook it because OVERALL, we admire the brand and enjoy the food. Now you may be wondering - why is this woman whining about a darn chicken sandwich. Because I paid for it, and wanted it, and expect restaurants to deliver on their service guarantee. Chic-Fil-A sets the precedent for fast food chains all over, simply because their employees are educated on being kinder and providing the best service possible. Amazing as always, the service was pretty solid, nothing crazy and got to us quite quickly. The chicken was spot on and I absolutely love the sandwiches, grilled chicken sandwich is absolutely top tier, the price is good and the food is better. Plus it also gives you a good feel when you go through the drive thru or go inside, it doesn't feel like everyone hates being there, it felt welcoming and peaceful. Which is honestly hard to find when it comes to fast food, so I can easily say this is a great place to stop by for food. read more

No explanation, no apologies from their workers. This location doesn't have good operating management like the Tyrone or 4th at location. The salad looks good but unfortunately I don't like fruit in my salad. Not having inside dining during the pandemic has made the drive-thru line very long at all the locations, on the beach even more so with all the hotels full of snowbirds visiting, if you are not a patient person and cannot wait 5 or 6 minutes, then cook at home. Considering how long the lines here do get, I am impressed with the quick service and polite employees. read more

WORST CHICK FIL A I have ever been to. Wish I could give 0 stars. Got there right when it opened at 6:30AM and they took our order and charged our card. THEN they told us they didn't have biscuits so we would have to get chicken minis so we agreed. THEN they told us it will be 5-10 minutes on minis because they just opened. We pulled around to the curb side to wait and it took them 36 MINUTES to bring our 4 orders of chicken minis. We got 1 of the 3 sides of hash browns we ordered, no napkins, and 6 straws??? Ridiculous. All could have been avoided if they told us up front BEFORE they charged us that they were not prepared to be open. This cost us 40 minutes on our trip and they "apologized" by giving us coupons that only work at this Chick Fil A. We live 4 states away. read more

I love this chicken place! The whole cow thing is hilarious, my little ankle biter loved it! My young in was told if he turns in his toy he gets a free ice cream! I Must say my last visit in the chicken restaurant was how darn dirty it was! The tables weren't clean and the floor had cream for about 5 feat across! I was worried for all the kids safety, there were lots of kids there and the floor screamed a tripping Hazzard!! Nice company tho alot of nice girls working the counter. I had a chit chat with the manager he was a pretty cool boy. The playground hasn't been up in running for extremely long time, we saw at least a couple families go on in and try the door. I love this chick fil a and have been coming here for over a year now. However, lately the lemonade has been absolutely horrible; it's just straight up seeds and pulp. It's disgusting. I don't know how this can be fixed, but lemonade from other chick fil a locations do NOT have as much pulp as the lemonade from this one. Good food and questionable service seems like an odd ways to describe this particular Chick-Fil-A. Twice I've had orders screwed up. Once with a lost sandwich. The other with a free sandwich card that they failed to credit at payment time. Complaining will get results. They apologize and take care of their customers. My guess is the sheer volume of customers lead to inevitable problems with a young staff. Even a well trained staff. I'd never been to Chick-fil-a before yesterday. I went yesterday night and this morning for breakfast. I'm blown away. Chicken strips were absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend getting the Chick-fil-a sauce with them. I also got the frosted lemonade and it was fantastic. I tried some of my Mom's frosted coffee and it was also great. The waffle fries were meh for me, not crispy enough. The following morning I had the chicken biscuit (the biscuit was buttered btw) and my mom got the sausage, scrambled eggs, and biscuit platter with the gravy. The gravy goes PERFECTLY with the biscuit. My mom even asked if they served biscuits all day so she could come back for more of them (they don't). The coffee for me was weak but I'm used to jet fuel from Starbucks Clover machines, but for my mom it was a bit too strong (she's a regular coffee drinker, *sticks nose up in the air*). The customer service both times was super friendly and on point. The restaurant was very clean, bathrooms too. The bathroom actually has a complimentary mouth wash dispenser with little cups on the side. The faucet of the sink even bends forward so you don't have to put your head underneath the faucet to rinse after. I'm just so impressed on so many levels. Those comparing Chick-fil-a to Burger King or McDonald's are so far off they don't know what they're talking about. Please expand into Boston Chick-fil-a, I never knew how much I needed one till I tried it. read more

One of the better fast food options along Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete. If you're tired of dining at sit down restaurants and/or your wallet needs a break, you can't beat it. Great place to pick up a quick lunch for kids who are picky, unadventurous eaters. Due to the COVID craziness, the two times we went it was Drive Thru only. The lines were long but went very quickly. This location is clean, has good parking, and has the same awesome food as any other Chick-fil-a. The staff are friendly and actually appear to be enjoying themselves. This location is a bit short-handed, but it is hard to find good help in the fast-food industry. Here's the skinny. The good: Good food, easy parking, awesome staff The bad: The music wasn't quite loud enough. The skinny: I have eaten here before and I will eat here again. On the political side, this has always been a conservative Christian establishment. Hearing that the head honcho supports a biblical view of marriage should shock no one. They are closed Sundays for a reason folks. If you don't agree with their views that is one thing, but digging at a location because of a political difference is unfair and uncalled for.
