5/28/2026 we decided on KFC for dinner. By far, this is the nicest and cleanest KFC we've been in and we have lived all across the USA. James took our order and was friendly and well put together. What I mean by put together, clean clothes, nice haircut and a nice smile. food was fresh and hot, big box is my favorite from the place or the chicken twisters! not too crowded which is nice for a change, and not too loud, staff was friendly and answered my questions I had about the new items in the menu (I'm not an avid KFC customer) so I'll definitely be making a stop there again. read more

Food was decent. The folks behind the counter were not in a rush at all. They handed me my bag to go (went in to order for a to go). I checked the bag and was missing gravy, corn, and dipping sauces. I returned to the counter and nicely told them. The lady behind the counter looked like she could not care less. The one guy working the drive thru ignored her, the other guy was putting other orders tighter. I waited for several minutes and saw no one making progress to get me the missing items. I asked her about it and she said "we are working on to go orders right now cuz they keep track of the times" ummmm.... As I stand there with my food. Everyone working at this location has their heads in their ass*s. Employees, AND managers. I ordered a simple famous bowl combo and a single biscuit. The famous bowl arrived with no chicken (isn't that like, the main part of the famous bowl ??) It was just mashed potatoes and corn. Which looked so silly, how could anyone possibly mess that up. No biscuit. The drink was filled like 2/3 of the way up but whatever about the drink. I ordered it again, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I also called to ask VERY NICELY if they would please remember the chicken and biscuit this time because I was really craving it! I really didn't want just corn and potatoes. I was very sweet to the girl as I figured it most likely wasn't her fault. She muttered no more than a half-assed, drunk-sounding, "okay." I said thanks so much, and she hung up. Second order arrived. Prepare to laugh. They sent me mac and cheese with chicken on top. No biscuit. No drink. I was not going to order again, but I called once more simply to express that I was concerned about the lack of (literally any!!) effort. I was kind and cordial. No yelling, cussing, anything of the sort. I simply did not want this happening to others who are trying to get a simple dinner. A young man answered, I said very nicely "Hi I was just wondering if there might be a manager available at the moment?" He goes "yes." Five seconds pass, and it sounds like the exact same person said hello again. So I have no clue if it was actually a manger or just the young guy fu*king around. I figured whatever, and began explaining the issue (again, not rudely AT ALL, I work in customer service and know what it is like). Not even ten seconds into speaking, he hung up. These people do not care about sh*t. I am not eating anything they sent, who knows what they did to it. And I will never be buying from KFC again. And I'll be sure to share this story with anyone around me who ever mentions being interested in KFC (: you guys are definitely making corporate proud. read more

Went to another fast food restaurant (starts with an M) and after 5 minutes of no move, just left. Glad I did! Came to my childhood favorite and was not disappointed. Had the two piece chicken, original style. Perfect cooked and flavored. Everything on the menu was fried, oh well. Quality sacrificed for speed I guess. The mashed potatoes with it were just as reliable and good. Ditto the biscuit. If you want good food, fast. This is your spot. read more

So I went to one of the kfc in san angelo tx today I haven't been to one in awhile so I ordered an payed then went home to eat while I was eating I noticed the cup said "Diablo" wich means devil so it kinda rubbed me the wrong way I was already done with most of my meal then I look at the back of the cup an it was more demonic stuff I was kinda pissed like their forcing the negative upon our generation.. I really like the tenders!!! I also like the crispy chicken they serve but here lately it just doesn't seem crispy. I'm not sure if the recipe was changed or not but it just doesn't have that crunch I am used to. Great staff and customer service!!! read more

Ordered from Door Dash. I ordered 3pc combo, 2 breast, wing with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Got 5 piece tenders with mashed potatoes and corn. Ordered 3pc 2drumsticks one leg with mashed potato/gravy and cole slaw, got no sides with it. The tenders were dry. Tried to call to complain and the phone busy all the time. I love KFC but my experience with their service was horrible. I asked for 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy with an extra side of gravy and the lady repeated the order but did not receive the extra side of gravy or a receipt. Like I usually do I parked on in a spot to make sure everything was right and when I saw the gravy missing I went inside and asked if I could have an extra gravy and the lady that took my Odor argued with me saying that I didn't order one and so I just left upset. The lady had such a rude tone and was so angry that I just left. Even if I messed up or they messed up a simple would you like to pay for one since I didn't have a receipt would have been great. I just had a horrible experience at this KFC! I was disappointed that they no longer offer grilled chicken for health-conscious diners, but went ahead and opted to buy the combo with two legs and a thigh to hav a second meal later. There were only two pieces of chicken when I got home, and there was NO plastic ware to eat mashed potatoes with. I ordered tea to drink and got SWEET tea instead. The grilled chicken is very good if it's well cooked. Too many times I've gotten it and had to put it in the oven before we could eat. This restaurant tends to short the count as well. I've quit stopping for food here because of these faults of this store. read more

the food i ordered was good but i wish i had used the the drive up so i wouldn't have seen how dirty it was inside the dinning area and windows where filmed with oil lots of employees behind the line but none that seemed to care about cleaning tables and seeing that i was happy i didn't get the shits from my order i think ill play it safe and eat at clean restaurant read more
