I really hate posting this review but I feel that I have to. BWW is our go to place in SA because the bar is nice and there are plenty of TVs. The problem is they don't assign enough people to the bar...especially on Tuesdays for buy one get one traditional wings. This pace is packed every Tuesday and they still haven't learned. The bartender is VERY overwhelmed and people even sitting at the bar wait for 10-15 minutes to get anything. Thursdays they have multiple people working the bar, which makes zero sense, because it's not as busy. And beyond the Tuesday issue, don't order wings before 4pm any day because they WILL BE leftovers from the lunch crowd, which have been sitting under the heat lamp. I'm not really into the BWW myself, but my wife wanted to go there, mainly so she could purchase a bottle of their Thai Curry sauce, so we decided to have dinner there while out Christmas shopping. Walking in, we were told to sit anywhere we wanted, there were 4 other tables with people at them. We picked a booth and sat down. We were waited on fairly quickly, about 4-5 minutes, but he told us it was shift change and things were kind of hectic and that we would have another waiter. He went and got us menus and took our drink order. All good so far. Kevin, our new waiter brought my wife's tea and said he would get my beer in a few minutes. We went ahead and ordered the cheese curd appetizer. It actually only took about 10 minutes to get the appetizer which isn't bad time wise, so we started eating those and truthfully, they were pretty good. Kevin also stated that my beer was coming right up. He also asked if we were ready to order which we were so we ordered. My wife got the Wing Wing Combo and I got the Crispy Tender meal. While we are waiting and munching on the curds, I see that there are at least 10-12 people working. Granted it is shift change so maybe some are leaving. Still only four tables with people and 2 guys at the bar, still no beer. We've been at our table now for about 20 minutes, eating our cheese curds, my wife drinking her tea, and me wishing I had the tasty Vanilla Porter I ordered. Finally I see a bartender pour my beer and sit it on the serving area where the wait staff get the drinks. Kevin, one of the only shining moments in our visit, got my beer as soon as it landed and brought it to me. Thanks Kevin! Why it took almost 25 minutes to get a glass of beer is beyond me. It took 45 minutes for our food to come out, and this with very few tables seated during the entire time we were there. 45 minutes for wings and tenders? The food wasn't bad but it could have been better. The chicken was crispy and tasty but not very hot and the strips were very small, the fries on both our plates were old, hard and not good at all. I don't know how you can mess up fries, honestly. I can go around the corner to Freddy's and get the same three piece tender order and the portion is almost twice the size and cheaper, plus their fries are hot and taste much better. This only led me to believe our food probably sat for a while otherwise it would have been hotter and the fries would not have been hard and old tasting. For $55.65 I expect more. I can assure you I will not be back. Apparently, based on the reviews I see on here this has and continues to be a recurring problem. Almost all the reviews for the last year are about the same thing, slow wait times and mediocre food. I'm not sure what the deal is at this BWW but I've been to a few others and have never had these issues before. I will give Kevin props. He said he was pretty new and was still working on the menu, but he was attentive and was taking care of his tables in a timely fashion. That's more than I can say for the back of the house, something's off there and isn't being fixed. BLUF: I mean... It's a BWW, really. So I've now been to this BWW twice since being in the area, both times making online orders for pick up (COVID-19 is still a thing, contrary to what seems to be believed in this area). I had no issues making the orders (on their website) either time. The staff is friendly enough, of course my interactions with them are short. The second order was odd because I basically ordered the same thing as I did previously, and I got a call (although appreciated, I did think it a bit strange), from an employee in the online order area, calling to ask a question. The question was a bit odd and I thought the order was self-explanatory, but nonetheless, I appreciated the thoroughness. The online orders also seem to come out pretty promptly, which I find interesting because whenever I have dined in at a BWW, it never works that way :) read more

I ordered delivery and my order was not only wrong with what they delivered, but they didn't deliver the entire order. Most frustrating part was calling to try to fix it and the manager never answering so I had to drive to the location. The next frustrating part was ordering a bottle of water and then sending a cup, citing there were no bottled waters available, and then charging me still for the bottled water. I wish I could give a better rating because I love BWWs. I ordered at 1645 and my order said it would be ready at 1720. It took until 1735 and all I ordered was twelve boneless, a side of Mac n cheese and pretzels with cheese. Almost an hour for that and they weren't even busy inside. When I went to the carry out counter I was barely greeted and once I told her my name for the order, she just walked away. Didn't tell me "I'm going to check or grab your order". Just walked away. Last weekend my family had a lunch date at "BWW" and arrived before our guests. The staff welcomed us and stated we could sit wherever we wanted which was nice--I guess. I did feel a little awkward while we looked to see if the empty tables were clean and ready for guests. We found a table large enough for our party and our waitress was very patient while we waited for our friends. After considering the menu, my husband asked the waitress which foods were gluten-free because he has a gluten sensitivity. She kindly brought us a listing of the menu items and ingredients which helped immensely. Our party soon arrived so we ordered our meals. I choose the Street Tacos (small order) and then I ordered the Macaroni kids meal for my children. I was very disappointed with my Street Tacos. While the serving size was fine, the tacos were topped with a very distasteful, heavy sauce that coated the ingredients inside; I'm glad there were only three and I could only stomach two. My daughters enjoyed their fries, but played over the Macaroni and Cheese meal. The pasta was definitely overcooked which was another disappointment for the girls who refused to finish it. The "higher" rating given today was for the BWW staff customer service, but if I had my druthers I would not dine here again considering the food experience I had last time. read more

Updated review. This place went from 3 stars to 1 (less if possible). Unfortunately the quality of food and service isn't there. They are surviving on name alone. We switched to Wingstop but decided to give Buffalo a chance and get the Father's Day deal. An utter disaster. So many people waiting for pickups, times are extremely off. We got sauced traditional wings and sauce on side with our boneless. My wife asked them to double check boneless as they're for the kids....they weren't even in bag. Unfortunately my wife didn't check the rest of the order. By the time she got home (no short drive) we realized our traditional wings weren't sauced.... so I got to spend the evening making sauce for our wings. The fries that we got with the deal were not even kid sized. We assumed $40 for 40 wings and fries was a nice family meal. We assumed wrong. We will not be back. The best thing that can happen for Buffalo Wild Wings is for this location to shut down unfortunately. But if you're brave give it a shot. read more

Today we went to Buffalo Wild Wings, and the service was good for it being how busy it was. We waited about 20-25 minutes for our food to come out, and it usually comes out much faster and tastes way better. There was little to no sauce on the boneless wings that we got. I can safely say there was more sauce in the 2 oz container they give us then there was on our wings. Our food was cold, and when I continued to ask for more sauce in the 2 oz container the waitress proceeded to get upset. We usually come here on a regular basis, especially since we have the BWWs app, but we probably won't be coming back for a while. read more
